전세계적으로 RFID 기술은 반도체 칩이 내장된 태그, 카드 등의 저장된 데이터를 무선 주파수를 이용하여 비접촉으로 사물 인식할 수 있게 해주는 기술로써 최근 물류, 유통등 다양한 분야에서 활용하고 있다. RFID 시스템은 태그, 리더기와 안테나 등으로 구성되어 있으며, RFID 태그는 전원의 유무에 따라 능동형(Active)과 수동형(Passive)으로 구분 할 수 있다. 수동형 태그는 능동형 태그보다 저가이지만 눈, 비, 안개, 오염 등과 같은 환경적인 요인에 의해 태그 인식거리 감소 등 성능저하가 발생하기 때문에 RFID 태그 패키징 개발부터 신뢰성 확보가 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 저가의 Passive 태그를 철도분야의 열차위지검지용으로 활용하기 위하여 강수환경에서의 900~960MHz에서 스티커형 상용 Passive RFID태그 인식거리 측정 결과 분석을 제시한다. In the world, RFID technology system which detect and recognize object with non-connecting using wireless signal remotely is being widely used to many industrial areas for position detection. The RFID System is composed Tag, reader and antenna The RFID Tag can be classified active and passive Tag. Passive Tag are cheap than active Tag, but is essential to ensure reliability from developing RFID tags packaging because the performance degradation such as tag read range reduced by abiotic factors. In the paper, the sticker-type commercial passive tag read range in the frequency bands 900~960MHz has been measured for utilize the train position detection in the precipitation.

In this paper, Theoretical read range test have been carried out according to the variation of the volume of tag packaging and the precipitation in the 915MHz for application to apply low cost commercial passive RFID Tags for train position detection. Tag performance analysis has been performed. This test was performed to analyze the tag performance in the precipitation environment. Based on this information, manufactured the tag packaging which was unaffected by meteorological environment and tested the performance of the theoretical read range forward then evaluated the performance of it. In consequence, the theoretical read range forward produced in precipitation 50mm was measured 1M. In order to apply RFID passive tag in the railway field in the future, Reliability verification through the additional manufactured tag recognition test in high speed is expected to be required.

최근 도로교통분야에서는 WAVE (Wireless Access in vehicular Environments) 통신기반으로 도로, 차량, 운전자/보행자 간의 통신으로 교통 서비스를 교환, 공유하는 Cooperative Intelligent Transport System (C-ITS)에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 저비용이면서 고속의 환경에서 차-지상간 안정적인 무선통신성능을 갖는 WAVE 통신 기술을 철도에 도입하기 위하여 실차 시험을 수행하였다. 본 철도용 WAVE 무선기 실차 시험은 대불시험선 차세대 전동차와 영산강 교량 위에 도로용 WAVE 기지국 무선기와 차상 무선기 및 다이폴 안테나를 설치하여 차상-지상 데이터 통신 시험을 수행하였다. 본 실차 시험에서는 주행 속도 30㎞/h, 80㎞/h에서 데이터 지연시간, PER 성능, 핸드오프 지연시간, 접속시간, 통신 커버리지를 측정하였다. Recently, Cooperative Intelligent Transport System (C-ITS) that exchange and share information on traffic service between the roadway, vehicle and driver/pedestrian base on WAVE (Wireless Access in vehicular Environments) has been studying in vehicular Communication Environment. In order to apply WAVE communication as low-cost and stable wireless communication in high-speed environment, we conducted the field test. The field test of WAVE device in Railway has been performed data transmission test between wayside and onboard by using WAVE OBU/RSE and dipole antenna at the DABUL test line. We have measured data latency, PER, handoff delay time and wireless communication coverage.

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 스마트폰 중독과 자기생활관리의 관계에서 보호요인인 긍정심리자본과 위험요인인 정신건강의 매개효과를 확인하는 것이다. 대학생 266명을 대상으로 스마트폰 중독, 긍정심리자본, 정신건강, 자기생활관리 척도를 실시하고 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관련 요인들의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 스마트폰 중독은 자기생활관리와 긍정심리자본에서 유의한 부적상관을 나타냈으며 정신건강간의 유의한 정적상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 대학생의 스마트폰 중독과 자기생활관리의 경로분석결과 긍정심리자본이 매개 효과를 나타냈다. 셋째, 매개변인인 긍정심리자본과 정신건강 하위요인들과 자기생활관리 간 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 긍정심리자본에서는 낙관성과 탄력성이 자기생활관리에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 정신건강에서는 우울과 충동성이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 대학생의 자기생활관리를 위한 교육적 시사점과 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of positive psychological capital as an protective factor and mental health as an risk factor on the relationship between smart phone addiction and self life management of university students. The following are the results of the analysis on the measures of smart-phone addiction, positive psychological capital, mental health and self life management among the 266 college students. First, the analysis of the correlation between relevant factors, smart-phone addiction showed a significant amulet correlation between self life management and positive psychological capital and a significant static correlation between mental health. Second, the positive psychological capital showed a mediate effect as a result of the analysis of university students’ smart-phone addiction and self life management. Third, the results of a regression analysis between positive psychological capital and psychosomatic health sub-factors, optimism and resilience in the positive psychological capital and Depression and Impulsion in mental health, had a significant impact on managing self-life management Based on the results of this study, we discussed educational implications for the management of university students lives and suggestions for further research.

In this paper, an efficient SAD(Sum of Absolute Differences) processor structure for motion estimation of H.264 is proposed. SAD processors are commonly used both in full search methods for motion estimation or in fast search methods for motion estimation. Proposed structure consists of SAD calculator block, combinator block, and minimum value calculator block. Especially, proposed structure is simplified by using Distributed Arithmetic for addition operation. The Verilog-HDL(Hard Description Language) coding and FPGA implementation results for the proposed structure show 39% and 32% gate count reduction comparison with those of the conventional structure, respectively. Due to its efficient processing scheme, the proposed SAD processor structure can be widely used in size dominant H.264 chip.

Here we report about the stress response to the exogenous stimuli in the developing cucumber cotyledon genes. We tested about water, salts and cold-stress to the fully developed cucumber cotyledons. The genes are involved in glyoxysomal, peroxisomal, mitochondrial and cytosolic compartments; ICL, gMDH, mMDH, PCK and GLO. Its gene encoding enzymes are essential in lipid mobilization by glyoxylate cycle/gluconeogenesis (ICL, gMDH and PCK) cell respiration by TCA cycle(mMDH), extra photo-respiration in C3 plant photosynthesis(GLO). We used standard RT-PCR technology to examine the gene expression level. As the results of the examination, the gMDH, PCK and mMDH genes were repressed to water and salt-stresses at the 4 day after stress. However, GLO gene did not show any significant changes in gene expression to the water and salt-stresses. In case of cold-stress, gMDH, PCK and mMDH genes showed slight up-regulation in gene expression but not the case in the GLO gene expression as the previous two experiments. It may be explained that water and salt-stresses are the strong exogenous down-regulating stimulus to those gene which repressed ones but cold-stress may not be the same case of the gene expression in cucumber cotyledon development. However, these results are the just pre-mature one to be made final conclusion.
