일상성 담론의 조각적 해석 연구 -마페졸리의 현재주의적 관점을 중심으로-

본 논문은 프랑스의 사회학자 마페졸리의 일상성 개념의 조각적, 예술적 번역 가능성을 고찰하는 데 목적이 있다. 일상성 담론은 20세기 초 후기 후설의 생활세계 담론, 하이데거의 세계 내 존재로서 현존재에 관한 존재론적 분석에서 이미 시작되고 있다. 하지만, 예술분야에서 일상성의 영역은 오히려 모더니즘이라는 순수주의와 자율성의 강령 아래 배척된 요소였다. 누보 레알리즘, 팝아트, 포스트팝, 포스트모더니즘의 문화적 흐름은 다시 예술과 일상적 삶, 그리고 사회를 연결하려고 하였고, 이에 모더니즘 이후 일상성 담론은 예술과 이론의 주요 요소로 등장한다. 특히 프랑스의 철학자 르페브르와 사회학자 마페졸리는 일상성 담론에 주요한 역할을 하였다. 르페브르는 일상성에 대한 자본주의적 침식을 비판하고, 일상성을 다시 근원에서부터 회복시키기를 바랐다면, 마페졸리는 오히려 일상성을 존재의 시원이자 근원으로 긍정한다. 이러한 입장은 그의 현재주의적 관점에 잘 나타난다. 그는 동시대를 진보가 약속하는 미래를 믿기보다 현재 자체, 즉 순간을 긍정하는 시대로 규정한다. 필자는 본인의 작품론을 전개하면서 마페졸리의 현재주의적 입장을 이론적 방법으로 삼아 이를 동시대적 예술적 생산방식과 미학적 언어로 번역하였다. 결론적으로, 이 논문은 일상성의 이론을 조각적, 예술적 관점에서 순간의 미학과 일상의 포스트프로덕션으로 규정하였다. 본인의 작품은 은유나 알레고리, 혹은 상징적 관점을 배제하고 철저히 일상의 현재 순간을 긍정하는 순간의 미학을 주창하고 이를 조각적으로 구현하려고 하였다. 한편, 일상의 포스트프로덕션에서는 동시대의 예술적 생산방식 즉, 포스트프로덕션의 입장을 취하고 있다. 포스트프로덕션에서 예술가는 기존 문화의 임차인으로서 기존의 것을 관객들에게 재작동하게 만든다. 본인은 유명한 영화의 사랑에 관한 장면을 포착하거나 포착된 이미지를 사용하여 이를 다시 부조 조각으로 옮긴다. The purpose of this thesis is to examine the possibility of sculptural and artistic translation of the concept of everydayness of French sociologist Maffesoli. In the early 20th century, the discourse of everydayness has already begun with Husserl's discourse on the life-world and Heidegger’s ontological analysis of Dasein as being in the world. However, in the field of art, the realm of everydayness was rather an element rejected under the program of purism and autonomy of modernism. The cultural flow of Nouveau Realism, Pop Art, Post-Pop, and Post-Modernism tried to connect art with daily life, and society again. In particular, the French philosopher Lefebvre and the sociologist Maffesoli played a major role in the discourse of everydayness. While Lefebvre criticized the capitalist erosion of everyday life and wished to restore everydayness to the source, Maffesoli rather affirmed everydayness as the origin and source of existence. This position is well reflected in his presentist perspective. He defines the contemporary as an era that affirms the present itself, that is, the moment, rather than believing in the future promised by progress. In developing my own theory of work, I tried to combine Maffesoli's presentist position as a theoretical method and graft it with the contemporary production method. In conclusion, this thesis defines the theory of everydayness as the aesthetics of instantaeousness and the post-production of everydayness from a sculptural and artistic point of view. My own work excludes metaphor, allegory, or symbolic point of views, and insists on the aesthetics of the Instantaeousness that thoroughly affirms the present moment of everyday life, and tries to embody it sculpturally. On the other hand, in the post-production of everyday life, the contemporary artistic production method, that is, the position of post-production is taken. In post-production, the artist is the tenant of the existing culture, making the existing things function again for the audience. I capture a love scene from a famous movie or use the captured image to translate it back into a relief sculpture.
백모근 추출물의 T helper 2 세포 분화 조절 효과

Objectives : The aims of this study were to exploring the therapeutic effect of Imperatae Rhizoma Extract(IRE) on Asthma. Methods : To investigate biological modulation activities of IRE, we conducted the cell-based assay whether IRE could regulate T helper 2 cells activity with EL4 T cells and mouse splenocytes, and followed animal study to conform the efficacy of their therapeutic potential on OVA-induced asthmatic mouse. Results : In cell study, IRE suppress the nuclear translocation of GATA binding protein-3 protein in phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate/Ionomycin-stimulated EL4 T cells and Interleukine(IL)-4, IL-5 and IL-13 production in splenocytes at concentration dependent manner. In animal study, IRE-treated groups both 100mg/ml and 200mg/ml improve airway hypersensitibility reaction(AHR) response to methacholine about 30% and 40% with positive control group. Peritoneal blood analysis reveal that eosinophil number and ovalbumin-specific IgE is reduced by IRE treatment. Cell number of eosinophil is also reduced in bronchoalveolar lavage of IRE group like to peritoneal cell and real time-polymerase chain reaction data show that expression levels of IL-4, IL-5 and IL-13 were down regulated in lung tissue. Finally, histological analysis indicate that IRE protect the bronchial tissue damages through the accumulation of inflammatory cells and collagen, and these effect may be cause by interfering Th2 cells activity. Conclusions : Our data represent that IRE potentiates therapeutic activities to the allergic diseases such as asthma by regulating Th2 cells differentiation.

The purpose of this study is to develop supporting system of small business for rural woman in Korea. Government has conducted policies for rural woman( small manufacturing business) The Policies was aimed at the rural development and promotion of woman status through activation of small manufacturing business of rural woman. Methods: Institutions analysis, survey analysis, interviews and observation. Findings: 1) Effects of the Policy ① extraordinary incomes of Farm families ② improvement of status of rural woman ③ re-discovery and activation of traditional know-hows. 2) Limits: ① insufficient legal devices ② lack of legal knowledge ③ lack of acquisition of new technologies ④ lack of Management and advertising abilities Policy Proposals 1) preparation of proper regulations for rural small business 2) providing the easy accessible manuals for rural woman 3) education for new technologies, management, advertising abilities 4) develop nationalized brand for marketing and use the nara-jangteo (internet shopping mall of government)

This study aims to measure a crack property quantitatively through a unmanned automatic robot system for a concrete wall of high-rise buildings apt to age by being exposed to an open air environment. Through this, we aim to present the application of efficient repairs and reinforcement by deterioration phenomena by deriving a plan to measure cracks in reinforced concrete accounting for most of the lawsuits against defects in the current apartment houses with scientific and objective data.
