다중 프로세서가 운영하는 데이터 전송 시스템에서 시간효율성 높은 이벤트 처리를 위한 프로비저닝과 시그널링
데이터 전송 시스템에서 연결 지향적 데이터 경로 서비스는 운영 중인 데이터 경로에 문제가 생겼을 경우, 이의 인지와 변경을 제한된 시간 내에 끝내야 한다. 서비스 중인 데이터 경로에 이상이 있을 경우 계속해서 데이터 유실이 발생하기 때문에, 경로 서비스를 제공하는 데이터 전송 시스템은 문제의 경로를 신속하게 정상 경로로 전환해야 한다. 시스템의 신속한 경로 전환을 위해서는 문제 (이벤트)의 인지와 공유와 처리 과정이 신속하게 끝나야 한다. 본 논문에서는 다수의 제어 프로세서가 운영하는 테라비트 데이터 전송 시스템에서 제어 프로세서 사이의 시간 효율성 및 시간 결정성 높은 이벤트 공유를 위해 프로비저닝 (provisioning)과 시그널링 (signaling)을 이용한 제어 프로세서 메시징 방법을 제안한다. 프로비저닝과 시그널링을 이용한 방식은 크게 두 개의 절차로 구성된다. 하나는 이벤트 서비스를 시작하기 전에 시행하는 이벤트 프로비저닝 절차이고, 다른 하나는 서비스 운영 중에 시행하는 이벤트 시그널링 절차이다. 이벤트 프로비저닝 절차에서 이벤트 서비스를 셋업 하는 제어 프로세서는 관련된 다른 제어 프로세서들에게 이벤트 수행에 필요한 데이터를 전달한다. 이벤트 데이터를 수신한 제어 프로세서들은 이벤트 데이터를 변환하여 지역함수와 지역변수를 추출하고, 이를 이벤트 테이블에 등록한다. 이벤트 시그널링 절차에서 이벤트 발생을 인지한 제어 프로세서들은 자신의 이벤트 테이블에서 이벤트에 상응하는 지역함수와 지역 변수를 불러와 실행시킨다. 제안한 프로비저닝과 시그널링을 이용한 방법은 서비스 운영 중에 글로벌 이벤트 발생에 따른 제어 프로세서 사이의 이벤트 공유를 단순화하고, 이벤트 데이터에 의한 시간 변동성을 최소화 하여, 글로벌 이벤트 처리의 지연 시간을 줄이고 시간결정성을 향상시킨다. 본 논문에서는 제안한 방식의 제어 프로세서 메시징 방법을 22개의 제어프로세서가 운영하는 3.2 테라비트 데이터 전송 시스템에 적용하고, 실험을 통해 그 성능을 검증하였다. 데이터 전송 시스템의 포트 혹은 라인카드 문제로 다수의 패킷 경로를 변경해야 하는 글로벌 이벤트의 공유와 처리에서, 제안한 방법은 일반적인 제어 프로세서 메시징 방법보다 4,000 개 경로 변경 이벤트 처리에서 약 50% 의 지연시간 감소 효과가 있었다. 제안한 프로비저닝과 시그널링을 이용한 방법은 이벤트 데이터가 이벤트 공유와 처리 시간에 미치는 영향을 감소시켰다. 제안한 방법은 다른 일반적인 제어 프로세서 메시징 방법 보다 경로 개수 (이벤트 데이터) 증가 대비 지연시간 증가율이 약 30% 떨어지는 결과를 보였다.

In recent, a number of the coffee shops and franchise coffee shops are continuously increasing, also the competition is growing more fierce. And customer's service experience shows significant information about service estimation. So customers' service experience must be managed successfully to increase their satisfaction. We analyzed the effect of customers' emotional responses to physical environment(as factors of service experience) on their perceived acceptability and intention to revisit, focused on the coffee shops, through precedent studies, suggesting a theoretical model, and survey. This research results indicate that cleanliness, esthetic physical environment affect more importantly on reducing negative emotional responses than space, and to reduce negative emotional responses is more important than to get positive emotional responses. In coffee shops, customers' negative emotional responses affect negatively on their perceived acceptability and intention to revisit. Also, customers' positive emotional responses and their perceived acceptability affect positively on intention to revisit. Therefore, coffee shop managers must persue the strategy to improve these customer satisfaction factors.

Conductus, a leading mark of the Notre Dame period, was the most popular music of Southern France in the 12, 13C due to the excellence of the medieval composer, L?nin and P?otin. The success of conductus is especially owed to the work of P?otin. Currently, three types of polyphony music represent the medieval era. Among them conductus has established a definite place. The other two styles are organum and motet. There are many reasons why conductus played an important role in the medieval era. However, the most significant reason is that all voices were composed completely rather than borrowing tenor from the Gregorian chant. In other words, conductus was the first polyphony music to freely allow various voices to be played together. Conductus did create completely new melodies. The text of conductus is in Latin. Therefore, the very first conductus songs were mostly religious, being played in various religious ceremonies or town celebrations. Later, the lyrics became more secular. Howeverl, most of the songs were religiously related. As the 14C approached with a new form of music called motet, interest in conductus declined and many forgot about this older style of music. Still, in the short time that conductus bloomed in its existence, the contributions it has made to music will remain forever.
