비의도 움직임 완화 필터 기반 동영상 안정화

Please This paper presents method of video stabilization based on detection and adaptive motion smoothing filtering of undesirable motion. The proposed algorithm consists of two stages: the detection of undesirable motion and smoothing filtering of detected undesired motion. To incorporate desired properties into the motion smoothing process, the local maximum and the local minimum are defined in a set composed of the parameters of accumulative global motion. Using the local information, the constraints on detecting undesirable motions are defined. Based on these constraints, the alpha parameter of the alpha-trimmed means filter is adjusted, so that the degree of motion smoothing in the reconstructed video sequence is controlled. The experimental results demonstrated the capability of the proposed algorithm. 본 논문은 비의도 움직임 검출 및 적응적 움직임 완화 필터를 이용한 동영상 안정화 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 비의도 움직임 검출 단계와 검출된 비의도 움직임을 완화 필터링하는 단계로 구성된다. 움직임 완화 과정에 요구되는 속성들을 활용하기 위하여 누적 전역 움직임 매개변수들로 구성된 집합의 국부 최대값과 국부 최소값을 정의한다. 국부 정보를 사용하여 비의도 움직임 검출에 필요한 제약조건을 정의하며, 제약조건들을 기반으로 하여 알파-조정 평균 필터의 알파 값을 결정하여 재구성된 동영상의 움직임 완화 정도를 제어한다. 실험 결과를 통해 제안된 방식의 성능 우수성을 입증하였다.

자유 시점 TV에서 시점 합성을 위한 시공간적 배경 정보 추정 기반 홀 채움 방식

본 논문에서는 자유 시점 텔레비전에서 시점 합성 영상 획득을 위해 시공간적 배경 정보 추정 기반 홀 채움 방식을 제안한다. 신뢰할 수 있는 시간적 배경 정보를 획득하기 위해 새로운 배경 코드북의 구성 및 갱신하는 과정을 수행한다. 더불어, 공간적인 국부 배경 정보 추정을 위해 홀 영역의 배경 및 전경 영역의 구별 및 갱신 과정을 수행한다. 추정된 시공간 배경 정보를 조합하여 홀 채움 과정을 수행하고, 잔여 홀 채움을 수행하기 위해 깊이 배경 정보를 이용한 우선순위 함수를 결정하여 표본 기반 인페인팅 기법을 적용한다. 실험 결과를 통해 제안 방식은 기존방식들과 비교하여 평균 0.3~0.6dB의 성능 향상이 있음을 확인하였으며, 동영상 특성 및 홀 형태에 관계없이 제안된 방식이 새로운 시점 영상을 효과적으로 합성할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. This paper presents a hole-filling algorithm based on extrapolating spatial-temporal background information used in view synthesis for free-viewpoint television. A new background codebook is constructed and updated in order to extract reliable temporal background information. In addition, an estimation of spatial local background values is conducted to discriminate an adaptive boundary between the background region and the foreground region as well as to update the information about the hole region. The holes then are filled by combining the spatial background information and the temporal background information. In addition, an exemplar-based inpainting technique is used to fill the rest of holes, in which a priority function using background-depth information is defined to determine the order in which the holes are filled. The experimental results demonstrated that the proposed algorithm outperformed the other comparative methods about average 0.3-0.6 dB, and that it synthesized satisfactory views regardless of video characteristics and type of hole region.

본 논문은 Ferroelectric을 사용한 3D Charge Trap Flash (CTF) NAND memory에서 가장 높은 channel potential을 갖는 최적의 ferroelectric 조건을 제안한다. TCAD Simulation 결과, P_S는 28 µC/cm², P_r은 15 µC/cm², E_C는 2 MV/cm 일 때 가장 높은 channel potential 값을 갖는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 oxide로 인한 전하 손실 억제는 물론, 작동 전압 감소를 통한 Program disturb 및 전력소비 개선으로 이어진다.

한국변호사의 해외 진출

1990년대 말의 외환위기는 사회 모든 분야에 걸쳐 많은 구조적 변화를 가져왔고, 한국의 법조계 및 법률시장도 예외가 아니었다. 법률서비스의 수요자 및 필요로 하는 법률서비스의 내용, 그리고 그 수요를 충족하기 위한 법률서비스 제공 참여자 측면에서 큰 변화를 가져왔고, 특히 법학전문대학원 제도의 도입 및 외국법 자문법률사무소의 개설은 한국 법률시장의 패러다임을 바꾸는 계기가 되었다. 한국 경제발전의 원동력인 국제교역의 확대는 법률서비스의 질적 변화 및 확장을 요구하였고, 그러한 측면에서 법률서비스제공자는 사회간접자본으로 인식되어 경제성장의 필수불가결한 구성요소로 평가되고 있다. 한국 기업의 해외 진출은 한국법률사무소의 해외 진출을 요구하게 되었고, 2014년 3월 현재 13개의 한국 법률사무소가 13개 국가, 18개 도시에 진출하고 있으며 30명의 한국변호사 및 66명의 외국변호사/현지 변호사가 동 사무소에서 근무하고 있다. 이러한 한국 법률사무소의 해외진출은 현재 매우 초보적인 단계에 머무르고 있고, 한국변호사의 업무 관여의 정도도 상당히 제한적으로 평가되고 있다. 그러함에도 한국 법률사무소의 해외진출은 법률서비스 수요자에 대한 양질의 서비스 공급 및 한국 법률사무소의 시장 확장을 위하여 반드시 필요하고 향후 계속되리라 예상된다. 한국 법률사무소의 해외진출을 보다 체계적으로 운영하기 위하여서는 정부, 변호사 단체 및 개별 법률사무소의 공조 및 협력 체제 확립이 필요하다. 특히 market access에 대한 정보의 수집 및 확인이 선행되어야 하는데, 이를 위하여서는 정부 간 협력 및 각국 변호사 단체와의 교류가 반드시 필요하다. 이러한 토대 위에 각 법률사무소의 개별적 노력이 더해져야 효과적인 해외진출의 결과를 볼 수 있을 것이다. 위와 같은 노력의 체계적인 진행을 위하여 가칭 국제 법률서비스 자문위원회의 설치를 제안한다. 동 위원회는 정부, 변호사 단체, 그리고 법률사무소의 각 대표자로 구성되어, 필요한 market access 정보의 수집, 한국 법률사무소의 해외 진출에 대한 청사진의 작성, 전략적 진출 대상 국가의 선정 등을 주 임무로 제안하고자 한다. 이와 함께 법률서비스 수요자인 한국 기업과의 정규 포럼을 구성도 제안하여, 동 수요자의 필요 부분에 대한 의견 청취도 병행하기를 제안하는 바이다. The financial crisis in late 1990s’ brought structural changes in Korean society, and the Korean legal professions and the legal market were not the exceptions thereto. There have been dimensional changes with respect to not only consumers and necessary services, but al service providers. Especially, introduction of law schools and opening of the legal market to foreign law firms have resulted in a paradigm change in the Korean legal market. The international trades, which have been an impetus for the economic developments of Korea demanded the Korean legal community to do systemic changes and expansions in terms of service areas. Legal service providers have now been recognized as the infrastructure of the Korean economy and being indispensable for further economic developments of Korea. Also, Korean companies, which have expanded their overseas markets, have requested Korean law firms to go abroad together. As of March, 2014, 13 Korean law firms have 18 overseas offices in 13 countries in aggregate. It is reported that in those offices, 30 Korea licensed lawyers and 66 foreign licensed lawyers/local lawyers are currently working. However, going abroad by Korean law firms as of now should be assessed as being an inception stage, and Korean lawyers have involved in providing necessary legal services to quite a limited extent. Despite all of these, going abroad by Korean law firms is required for providing quality services to Korean companies and important for expanding market horizon of Korean law firms. Thus, it is expected that Korean law firms will keep expanding their overseas offices. In order to achieve more systemic developments in regard to overseas expansion by Korean law firms, it is imperative for the government, bar association and respective law firms to closely cooperate and effectively coordinate with each other. One of prerequisites for overseas expansion is collecting and confirming information regarding market access; which requires cooperation between respective governments as well as friendship and exchanges between foreign bar associations and the Korean Bar Association. Based on those, Korean law firms should exert their respective efforts for their purported expansions. It is proposed to establish so-called “The International Legal Services Advisory Committee” in the Ministry of Justice. Respective representatives from the government, bar associations and Korean law firms should participate in the Committee. Missions of the Committee should include collecting necessary information regarding market access, preparing a blue print for overseas expansion by Korean law firms and coming up with strategies therefor, among others. Also, it is proposed to launch a forum where the consumers, i.e., Korean companies can take a part in and freely address their needs.

Pairs trading is an arbitrage trading strategy using statistical properties of the spreads between two assets. This study analyzes the performance of the statistical pairs trading with the pairs selected from the same category as well as from the different category in the CME and other futures markets. Empirical results show that the pairs trading performance of the same category is poor whereas that of the different category proves profitable. This implies that the spreads between different category pairs can have the mean reversion property if pairs are properly selected using co-integration test, which is contrary to the existing research results on the overseas futures pairs trading.

In this paper, we analyzed program characteristic according to trap profile of charge trap layer in 3D NAND flash structure through TCAD simulation. We applied the Gaussian distribution to trap profile, and parameters such as Nt, Et, and σ were used. As a result of analyzing electron trapped charge, it was confirmed that as sigma increases, both the characteristics of deep/shallow trap appear. In addition, as a result of analyzing Vt in ISPP, it was confirmed that as sigma increased, it tended to be closer to the deep trap level energy model.
