본 연구는 스포츠복지문화 활성화를 위한 정책요인에 대해서 AHP를 활용하여 가중치를 도출하고, 향후 어떠한 정책요인부터 우선적으로 실현해야 하는지에 대한 제언하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 김민규와 송정란(2018)이 연구한 스포츠복지문화 활성화를 위한 정책요인들을 활용하여 우선순위 산정을 실시하였다. 이에 따른 주요 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 계층 1은 정책 요인이, 둘째, 계층 2의 하위계층은 서비스전달체계 요인이, 셋째, 계층 2 중 정책 요인의 하위계층은 서비스전달체계 요인이, 넷째, 계층 2 중 인프라 요인은 콘텐츠웨어 인프라 요인이, 다섯째, 층 2 중 연구개발 요인은 전문가양성운영체계 요인이, 여섯째, 정책 요인의 계층 3 중 유관 법안 개정 요인은 관련 법안의 지원에 대한 논의 요인이, 일곱째, 정책 요인의 계층 3 중 정책개발 요인은 스포츠복지 정책사업 개발 요인이, 여덟째, 정책 요인의 계층 3 중 인식개선 요인은 지자체 및 유관기관의 복지적 관점 증진 요인이, 아홉째, 정책 요인의 계층 3 중 서비스전달체계 요인은 행정지원 부처 결정 및 역할 정립 요인이, 열 번째, 정책 요인의 계층 3 중 예산관련 요인은 예산확보방안 요인이, 열한 번째, 인프라 요인의 계층 3 중 하드웨어 인프라 요인은 기존 스포츠 시설 활용의 효율성 제고 요인이, 열두 번째, 인프라 요인의 계층 3 중 휴먼웨어 인프라 요인은 스포츠복지 강사충원 요인이, 열세 번째, 인프라 요인의 계층 3 중 콘텐츠웨어 인프라 요인은 스포츠복지 프로그램 개발 요인이, 열네 번째, 연구개발 요인의 계층 3 중 전문가 양성 운영체계 요인은 스포츠복지학의 교육과정 개발 요인이, 열다섯 번째, 연구개발 요인의 계층 3 중 기초자료 조사 요인은 스포츠와 복지 전문가의 상호교류 요인이, 열여섯 번째, 연구개발 요인의 계층 3 중 기획연구개발 요인은 스포츠복지 대체 프로그램 개발요인이 최우선 고려되어야 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 정책과정 전반과 학문의 유기적 결합에 도움이 될 것이다. 추후 학계와 현장의 의견 교류 및 비교분가 가능한 질적연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to identify the weight of the policy factors by using AHP for the purpose of activating sports welfare culture and make suggestions as to which policy factors should be implemented in the future. For this, priorities were set for the policy factors for activating sports welfare culture as studied by Kim Min-Kyu and Song Jung-Ran (2018). The key conclusions were as follows. First, for layer 1, it is the policy factors that top priority should be given to. Second, for the sublayer of layer 2, it is service delivery system. Third, for the sublayer of policy factors for layer 2, it is service delivery system. Fourth, for the infrastructure factor, it is content ware infrastructure. Fifth, for the R&D factor of layer 2, it is professionals training system. Sixth, for the related legislative amendment in layer 3 of the policy factors, it is the discussion of supports for related legislative proposals. Seventh, for the policy development factor in layer 3 of the policy factors, it is sports welfare policy project development. Eighth, for improved perception in layer 3 of the policy factors, it is the greater focus on welfare with local governments and related agencies. Ninth, for service delivery system factor in layer 3 of the policy factors, it is the determination of the government ministry and its roles for administrative supports. Tenth, for budget in layer 3 of the policy factors, it is how to get budget. Eleventh, for hardware infrastructure in layer 3 of the infrastructure factors, it is the increase of efficiency in using the existing sports facilities. Twelfth, for human ware infrastructure in layer 3 of the infrastructure factors, it is the recruit of sports welfare instructors. Thirteenth, for content ware infrastructure in layer 3 of the infrastructure factors, it is the development of sports welfare programs. Fourteenth, for the professional training and operation system in layer 3 of the R&D factors, it is the development of a curriculum for sports welfare studies. Fifteenth, for basic data research in layer 3 of the R&D factors, it is the mutual exchange between sports and welfare professionals. Sixteenth, for planning and R&D in layer 3 of the R&D factors, it is the development of alternative programs in sports welfare. The results of the study will be helpful in organically combining the policy course as a whole with the academic disciplines in general.

Min-Kyu Kim*․Jong-Hwa Kim**․†최근 자율 운항 선박에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 특히, MUNIN (Maritime Unmanned Navigation through Intelligence in Networks) 프로젝트를 계기로 자율 운항 선박에 대한 개발과 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 또한 국제해사기구 IMO는 자율 운항 선박 시대에대응하기 위해 자율 선박을 MASS (Maritime Autonomous Surface Ship)라 정의하고 선박 자율화 정도에 따라 4단계 등급을 제시하고 있다. 완전한 자율 운항 선박에 대한 요구조건을 만족하기 위해서는 항로 결정과 제어기술이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 여러 가지 기술 중 선박의최적경로를 생성하는 기법을 다룬다. 기존에 최적항로를 생성하기 위한 방법으로는 , Dijkstra와 같은 알고리즘들이 주로 사용되었다. 그러나 이와 같은 알고리즘은 섬이나 육지에 대한 충돌 회피는 고려하고 있지만 수심 및 연안 선박에 대한 규정들은 고려하지 않고 있어실제로 적용하기에는 한계점이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 안전을 위해 선박의 선저 여유 수심과, 해도에 규정되어 있는 선박 운항에 대한여러 규정들을 반영하여 최적 항로를 생성하고자 한다. 최적 항로를 생성하기 위한 알고리즘으로는 강화학습 기반의 Q-learning 알고리즘을적용하였다.

This paper proposes an attitude control system to keep the balance for a two-wheeled mobile manipulator which consists of a mobile platform and a three D.O.F. manipulator. In the conventional control scheme, complicated dynamics of the manipulator need to be derived for balancing control of a mobile manipulator. The method proposed in this paper, however, three links are considered as one body of mass and the dynamics are derived easily by using an inverted pendulum model. One of the best advantage of a sliding mode controller is low sensitivity to plant parameter variations and disturbances, which eliminates the necessity of exact modeling to control the system. Therefore the sliding mode control algorithm has been adopted in this research for the attitude control of mobile platform along the pitch axis. The center of gravity for the whole mobile manipulator is changing depending on the motion of the manipulator. And the orientation variation of center of gravity is used as reference input for the sliding mode controller of the pitch axis to maintain the center of gravity in the middle of robot to keep the balance for the robot. To confirm the performance of controller, MATLAB Simulink has been used and the resulting algorithms are applied to a real robot to demonstrate the superiority of the proposed attitude control.
FEA를 이용한 이식형 인공중이용 차동전자 트랜스듀서의 진동 모델링과 최적 설계

최근까지 개발되었던 청각 보조기 중에서 공기 전도형 보청기의 하울링 (howling) 현상과 수술 후 이소골 등 기존 음향계의 재생이 불가능한 인공 와우 (cochlear implant system)의 단점을 해결하고, 동시에 청음 명료도가 높은 음성 신호를 전달하기 위한 수단으로 연구된 것이 인공중이 (implantable middle ear hearing device) 이다. 본 연구에서는 인공중이의 음성 신호 재현을 위한 진동 장치인 차동전자 트랜스듀서 (differential electromagnetic transducer, DET)에 대한 수학적 모형화와 계의 진동을 기술하는 운동방정식을 유도하고 그 해를 구하였다. 제한된 크기와 인가 전류 $1\;mA_{rms}$ 정현파에서 최대 구동력을 얻기 위해서 전자기력에 대한 유한요소해석을 수행하였고, 결과에 의해서 자석과 코일에 대한 최적 크기를 결정하였다. 사람의 중이 내 등자뼈 (stapes)의 진동 특성과 유사한 진동을 갖는 DET를 설계하기 위해서, 진동막의 강성계수를 변화하면서 진동해석을 시뮬레이션 하였다. 설계된 DET는 마이크로 머시닝 기술에 의해서 제작하였고, 그 진동 특성을 측정 하였다. 최종적으로 측정된 진동 특성에 대한 분석을 통하여 인공중이를 위한 진동 장치로서의 적용 가능함을 확인하였다. Among various kinds of hearing aids which have been developed so far. the conventional air conduction hearing aids have some problems such as the acoustic distortion, an howling effect due to acoustic feedback. Another type of hearing aid. the cochlear implant system can be applied to the profound imparied person. However. it shows the disadvantage that there is no possibility of recovery of the acoustic organ such as ossicle. On the other hand. the implantable middle ear heaving device directly vibratos the ossicular chain and has better sound qualify. good cosmetics for appearance. and wide frequency responses so that it can overcome the defects or the conventional hearing aids. In this paper, a mathematical modeling and a momentum equation derivation of the DET has been performed. For the optimization of the structure dimension generating maximal vibrating force of the DET. the computer simulation using a finite element analysis (FEA) software has been performed. Also. the vibrating transducer has been designed to make the frequency characteristics or the transducer be similar to those of the normal middle ear. Through the experimental results, the measured vibration characteristics of the DET has been evaluated to verify the performance for the application to implantable middle ear hearing devices.
무인수송체 시스템용 TOF 방식 이차원 라이다 센서 개발

A TOF type LADAR is utilized for unmanned systems(UGV, UAV, USV, etc.), precision digital elevation maps, and electronic fences. Electronical and optical signal processing techniques are melted in LADAR sensor systems. In this study important factors are examined for high reliability sensor development. By considering those factors, hardwares and softwares of a test LADAR is developed and tested, We report the practical design tips, test results, and future works for better LADAR system development.
Birth of puppies after intrauterine and intratubalinsemination with frozen-thawed canine semen

The present study was performed to assess the fertility of frozen-thawed dog semen prepared by freezing with 6% glycerol and thawing at 70ºC for 8 sec, and to evaluate the least number of post-thaw spermatozoa necessary to achieve pregnancy by intrauterine or intratubal artificial insemination. It was found that the pregnancy rate of intrauterine artificial insemination was 100% using 6% glycerol buffer and thawing at 70ºC for 8 sec with 5 × 107 spermatozoa. Even though the pregnancy rate (80%) and the whelping rate (24.5%) in the 5 × 106 spermatozoa inseminated group were lower than those of the 5 × 107 spermatozoa group, conception was confirmed with 5 × 106 spermatozoa. Although the pregnancy rate of intratubal insemination was low (20%) with 4 × 106 spermatozoa, this study is the first report to show the pregnancy rate of intratubal insemination with frozen-thawed ejaculated canine semen. In order to improve the pregnancy rate with intratubal insemination of canine spermatozoa, it is necessary to investigate the optimal insemination site of the uterine tube, the appropriate number of sperm, and the direct effect of buffer on oocytes.
Prioritization of Strategic Factors for Revitalization of the Sports Contents Distribution Industry

Purpose: The objective of this study is to explore and prioritize strategic factors for revitalization of the sports contents distribution industry. Research design, data and methodology: To this end, strategic factors for revitalization of the sports contents distribution industry were explored based on literature review, and 14 experts were consulted to prioritize the factors. Results: Major conclusions deduced are the following: First, the factors were prioritized in order of legal policy factors, contents factors, and technical infrastructure factors. Second, subdomains of legal policy factors were prioritized in order of policy process factors, legislation enactment and revision factors, budget factors, business model factors focusing on sports contents. Third, subdomains of contents factors were prioritized in order of humanware contents factors, sports contents diversification factors, and high-quality sports contents production factors. Fourth, subdomains of technical infrastructure factors were prioritized in order of sports contents service platform factors, technical development and standardization, global distribution channel provision, and distribution metadata standardization. Conclusions: Findings of this study are of significance given that this study stratifies factors of sports contents distribution industry revitalizationabout which there have been very few previous studies- analyzed mainly in terms of justifiability and timeliness, and presents preferential business strategies.
GPS Klobuchar 전리층 모델의 장기간 정확도 분석

Global Positioning System (GPS) is currently widely used for aviation applications. Single-frequency GPS receivers are highly affected by the ionospheric delay error, and the ionospheric delay should be corrected for accurate positioning. Single-frequency GPS receivers use the Klobuchar model, whose model parameters are transmitted from GPS satellites. In this paper, the long-term accuracy of the Klobuchar model from 2002 to 2014 is analyzed. The IGS global ionosphere map is considered as true ionospheric delay, and hourly, seasonal, and geographical error variations are analyzed. Histogram of the ionospheric delay error is also analyzed. The influence of solar and geomagnetic activity on the Klobuchar model error is analyzed, and the Klobuchar model error is highly correlated with solar activity. The results show that the Klobuchar model estimates 8 total electron content unit (TECU) over the true ionosphere delay in average. The Klobuchar model error is greater than 12 TECU within $20^{\circ}$ latitude, and the error is less than 6 TECU at high latitude.

Mycotic aneurysms are uncommon, but are fatal without appropriate management. Previous reports have shown that anaerobesand gram-negative organisms are less common but more dangerous than other causative agents of mycotic aneurysm. Wereport the case of a 60-year-old man with poorly controlled diabetes mellitus and atherosclerosis in the aorta, and a 10-day ofhistory of lower abdominal pain and fever. This man was diagnosed with an uncommon abdominal aorta mycotic aneurysmcaused by Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron and Acinetobacter lwoffi i. The aneurysm was successfully treated with antibiotics therapyand aorto-bi-external iliac artery bypass with debridement of the infected aortic wall. We present this case together with areview of the relevant literature.
