        다가구 매입 임대주택 입주자 주거 실태 및 의식조사

        As a new way of stabilizing the housing for the urban poor, the Korean government proposed 'Dagagu' Housing Purchase and Public Rental Program (DPPRP) and implemented a pilot program in 2004. The purpose of this study was to find out whether DPPRP could be an alternative measure to solve the housing problems facing the urban poor. Physical aspects and community conditions of 'Dagagu' housing purchased by the government will be evaluated. The changes in the tenants' perception of the quality of housing after moving in the current dwellings will be studied. 46 households were temporarily selected, who moved in the purchased public rental housing in 5 districts (DPPRP pilot area). And among them, 32 households were designated as the final subjects, which could do the interview. The surveyors made door-to-door visits to tenants' houses and conducted in-depth interview by using a questionnaire The effects of 'Dagagu' Housing Purchase and Public Rental Program can be summarized according to housing environment aspects and economic aspects as follows: After moving in the public rental housing, the respondents saw improvements in overall housing environment and were satisfied with the current housing. According to a survey on the rental fee before and after moving in public rental housing, the rental fee of the latter had greatly declined. Given that the quality of previous housing was inferior to the current housing, the lessened rental burden was very meaningful.

        광주.전남지역 대학생의 주거가치와 주거 만족도

        The purpose of this study is to gather baseline data on perceived housing values and satisfaction rates among consumers with the aim of using this information for future planning. Self-administered questionnaires were provided to 1000 university students from Gwangju and the Chonnam area from 2007 October 8th to 30th. The collected data was used to conduct comparative and descriptive statistical analysis: factor analysis, cluster analysis, t-test, $x^2-test$ and one-way ANOVA. The main findings are as follows: Firstly, in relation to perceived house values, students identified three factors as important: pursuit of convenience, disposition toward individuality-orientation and consciousness of others. The respondents regarded convenience as very important, especially in regard to one's safety, health and location of amenities. Secondly, cluster analysis based on perceived house value revealed passive and energetic types. Students in the energetic type exhibited a tendency to prefer convenience, independence, and consciousness of others. Finally in terms of housing satisfaction, the respondents identified four factors as important: house quality, neighborhood environment, local socio-psychological environment, and location. Housing satisfaction was higher among students who lived in large or new houses, shared the same house with their family, and had a room all to themselves. Accoding to these findings, university students important value safety, health and environmental-friendliness in a house and they find location important. Therefore, future houses should reflect these wants.

        한국의 연속보호체계형 노인주거환경(CCRCs)의 개발 및 계획을 위한 기초적 연구 - 한국사례를 중심으로 -

        This study aims to develop the Korean types of continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs). CCRC is well evaluated as a residence that applies aging-in place concept, which is ideal for senior housing. Recently, in USA the CCRCs in which the increasing seniors' population and older households are guaranteed to get continuous protection without moving regardless of their deteriorating health are increasing. In Korea, CCRCs have emerged but not well developed in status quo. We conducted case study using three facilities located at Seoul and its suburbs in Korea to compare five categories such as application of 'aging in place' concept, location, architectural features, services or programs, and management. This study is expected to be used basic materials for CCRCs' complex and architectural planning, management strategies, and services or programs.

        대학생의 기숙사 실내공간에 대한 주거만족도 - 광주.전남지역을 중심으로 -

        This study examined the actual use and users‘ satisfaction with the university dormitories in Gwangju and Chonnam and analyse the related variables that affect on them. Self-administered questionnaires were provided to 200 university students from Gwangju and the Chonnam area. The collected data was used to conduct comparative and descriptive statistical analysis: T-test Below are the study findings. Female students express more satisfaction with community affinity than male students in the satisfaction about socio-psychological environment. Students residing in the rooms for 2 persons express more satisfaction with the division of private space with common space, study appropriateness etc. than those residing in the rooms for 4 persons. Students residing in the cluster-type rooms express more satisfaction with the division of private space with common spaces study appropriateness and relationship with other students in other rooms etc. In relation to the room environment, female students express less dissatisfaction with the noise than male students. Students residing in the rooms for 2 persons express more satisfaction with the room size, interior temperature pleasantness, brightness etc. than those residing the in rooms for 4 persons. Students residing in the cluster-type rooms express more satisfaction with the bed size, the condition of interior finishing, interior temperature pleasantness, brightness and interior air pleasantness etc. than those residing in unit-rooms. In relation to common using environment, male students express more satisfaction with the library than female students. And students residing in the rooms for 4 persons and those residing in the cluster-type rooms express more satisfaction with lounge than those residing in the rooms for 2 persons and those residing in the unit-rooms. Organizing the university domitory planning according to the students' demands, based on this study, the change to general function of domitory in sleeping, studying, leisure activity and culture acitivity is needed. Interior environment technical factor of interior air pleasantness and noise should be improved.

        다가구매입임대주택과 영구임대주택 거주자의 주거환경 및 지역사회복지서비스 이용 실태

        The purpose of this study was to gather baseline data to be used for improving housing environments and developing welfare policies for low-income groups by identifying the similarities and differences in housing environmental conditions and in the usages of community welfare services between the dwellers of Da-Ka-Gu rental housing and those of permanent rental apartment. This multifaceted diagnosis currently being undertaken can be utilized through the lowincome housing planning and welfare policies as the basis for future policy formulation. Self-administered questionnaires and interviews were carried out by 212 dwellers in Da-Ka-Gu rental housing (104) and permanent rental apartments (108) in the city of Gwangju from July to October of 2010. The main findings are as follows: 1. The dwellers living in both Da-Ka-Gu rental housing and permanent rental apartments are satisfied with their housing environment. Specifically, a higher satisfaction with transportation and a lower satisfaction with neighbor's inter-relationships were evident. The dwellers of Da-Ka-Gu rental housing appear to be more satisfied with community spaces and housing management than those of the permanent rental apartments, whereas the latter appear to be less satisfied with the noise of the housing complex than the former. 2. Of the community welfare service programs, a higher usage is shown for meals service, free health screenings, home repair, and after-school learning programs among all residents in the two housing types. In particular, for the residents of Da-Ka-Gu rental housing, the children's education and parent education programs are more popular, whereas for those of the permanent rental apartments, the housekeeping services and health services utilization are highest.

        영구임대아파트 거주자 주거지 정비 수요조사 연구 - 인천 만수주공 7단지 거주자를 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study is to collect baseline data about the demands for housing regeneration of the permanent rental apartment dwellers. Self-administered questionnaires and interviews were provided to 144 dwellers in Incheon Man-soo 7 complex from 2008 December 29th to 31 st. The collected data was used to conduct comparative and descriptive statistical analysis: frequency, t-test, and $\chi^2$-test. The main findings are as follows: 1. House repairing and papering is most common used service by respondents. They also have much need for economic support. 2. Residents were satisfied with general environment of house. This survey shows that the highest satisfaction was about using food waste disposal sites, and the lowest satisfaction was about soundproof facilities on the other hand, among the questions. 3. Dwellers wanted to remodeling such as bathroom, restroom, a flower garden, space of landscape architecture. More than half dwellers preferred to leave among themselves living at permanent rental apartment as it is. 4. There is important difference in the demands of housing regeneration as the family trait, and variables of those were nuclear family or elderly, handicapped-family.

        부산지역 약수터수로부터 Yersinia enterocolitica의 분리에 관한 연구

        On the purpose pf epidemiological study related to yersiniosis, a total of 720 aprings water collected from 60 points in the Pusan area were examined for the presence of Y. enterocolitica and also the isolation rates, biotype, serotype, biochemical properties and antibiotic susceptibility. Fifty-eight(8.0%) strains of Yersinia species were isolated from 720springs water. Isolation rate for each species was 49 (6.8%)strains of Y. enterocolitica, 3 (0.4%) strains of Y. pseudotuberculosis and 6 (0.8%) strains of y. frederiksenii. Seasonal distribution of isolated Yersinia sp. were shown considerably from November to April, and Y. enterocolitica was especoally isolated in order of January (20.4%), December (16.3%), March(14.3%) and April(8.2%). Isolated T. enterocolitica was divided into 4 kinds of biotype such as 1, 2, 3, and 3B. Distribution of each biotype was shown in order of biotype 1 (51.0%), biotype 2 (30.6%), biotype 3B (16.3%) and biotype 3 (2.1%). The serotypes pf 49 Y. enterocoliticawere typed 7 kinds of werotypes (0 ; 3, 0 : 5, 0 : 9, 0 : 13, 0 : 18 and 0 : 21), and serotype 0 : 8(34.7%). 0 : 9(30.6%) and 0 : 3(10.2%) were encountered most frequently.

        베이비부머의 라이프스타일과 은퇴 후 선호하는 주거특성 - 재미 한인 베이비부머를 중심으로 -

        This research investigates and characterizes lifestyles and housing preferences of Korean-American Baby Boomers in the USA, and proposes future housing design and planning directions to meet their needs. A questionnaire survey was conducted from June to September 2012 examining lifestyles and preferred characteristics of postretirement homes. We targeted Korean-Americans born from 1955 to 1963 in either Korea or the USA who currently reside in New York, Washington DC, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Lansing, Grand Rapids, and San Francisco. To analyze the 247 responses, we employed factor analysis, cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA, and crosstabs. Respondents preferred three-bedroom, singlefamily housing types with a size of 26-35 pyong, favoring city outskirts or suburbs over urban areas. Four groups having different lifestyle types were identified: innovators, believers, fashion experiencers, and makers. Housing preference differed depending on lifestyle types. The 'innovator' group desired homes 56 pyong or larger, while the other groups preferred 26-36 pyong. The four lifestyle groups did not show statistically significant differences in most of preferred housing features, community facilities, or indoor environmental characteristics. Each group still showed slightly different preferences in some housing planning characteristics, which future planners can refer to when providing postretirement homes for them.

        주거지원사업 참여 탈 노숙인의 뇌파 특성에 대한 융합연구

        본 연구는 주거지원사업에 참여한 탈노숙인들의 뇌파 검사 시행 후 정량화된 결과를 분석한 융합연구로, 그들의 인지, 심리, 행동적 특성을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구 참여자들은 임시노숙인 시설 혹은 노숙인 생활시설에서 거주한 경험이 있고 주거지원사업에 참여 의사를 밝힌 6명이다. 뇌파 측정은 국제 10-20법에 따라 브레인마스터 장비를 이용하였다. 분석 결과, 연구 참여자들은 감정적 측면의 특이점을 보여주는 Theta파, Beta파, High Beta파가 높게 나타났으며, 이는 감정적인 측면에서 분노, 불안, 불면증 등 감정적 측면의 특징을 보여주는 결과이다. 따라서 이들이 향후 지역사회에서 안정적으로 주거생활을 유지하기 위해서는 스트레스 관리, 상담, 신체적 건강관리 서비스를 제공할 것을 제안한다. 본 연구 결과는 노숙인의 인지, 심리, 행동적 특성에 대한 정량적 근거를 제시하였으며, 향후 그들이 지역사회에서 자립생활을 유지하기 위해서 필요한 지원체계에 시사점을 제공한다. The purpose of this study was to derive their cognitive, psychological, and behavioral characteristics through a fusion study that analyzed the quantified results of post-homeless people participating in the housing support project after the electroencephalogram test. Participants in this study are 6 people who have lived in temporary homeless facilities or homeless living facilities and have expressed their intention to participate in the housing support project. Electroencephalogram measurements were performed using Brainmaster equipment according to the International 10-20 Law. As a result of the analysis, the study participants showed high levels of Theta wave, Beta wave, and High Beta wave, which show the peculiarity of the emotional aspect, which is a result of showing emotional characteristics such as anger, anxiety, and insomnia in the emotional aspect. Therefore, it is suggested that they provide stress management, counseling, and physical health management services in order to maintain a stable residential life in the community in the future. The results of this study presented a quantitative basis for the cognitive, psychological, and behavioral characteristics of homeless people, and suggests a support system necessary for them to maintain self-reliance in communities in the future.

        다가구매입임대주택과 영구임대주택 거주자의 사회적 배제 실태조사 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the social exclusion of 'Da-Ka-Gu' rental housing and permanent rental apartments and to provide basic source of their socio-demographic characteristics and actual conditions of social exclusion. Self-administered questionnaires and interviews were carried out with 212 dwellers in 'Da-Ka-Gu' rental housing and permanent rental apartments in the city of Gwangju from July to October of 2010. The main findings are: 1. The social exclusion of physical deficiency dimension composed of income and employment has been found to be the most serious level, compared to all the other dimensions. 2. The social exclusion from health has been found to be the highest level in the dimension of the approach to social rights. The next highest level has been found to be the social exclusions from residential areas and education and service areas. 3. The level of social exclusions from the areas of family relations and social relations, which are in the dimension of social participation, has been found to be next highest to the level of physical deficiency dimension. 4. The level of exclusion from cultural and normative integration has not been found to be of significant difference between the two types of residence in this study. This study of the actual conditions of social exclusion among residents living in 'Da-Ka-Gu' rental housing and permanent rental apartments suggests the necessity and some practical implications for policy measures of social integration for the residents of lowincome housing.
