Nussbaum 사상에 기반한 대학교양 세계시민교육 모형개발

The purpose of this study is to develop a university-level global citizenship education model based on Nussbaum's thought related to global citizenship education. To this end, we reviewed the primary literature related to Nussbaum's global citizenship education to reveal the purpose of global citizenship education in universities and developed an educational model consisting of goals, content, methods, and evaluation. As a result of the study, the purpose of university-level global citizenship education based on Nussbaum's ideology is to 'recognize that all humans are dignified beings with equal value and rights, and oppose discrimination based on any external distinction such as region, race, gender, or class. Pursuing a just social culture, the goal was to nurture talents who contribute and cooperate to individual freedom and growth, social development, and world peace. Accordingly, educational goals, educational content, educational methods, and evaluation were designed for each emotional, cognitive, and behavioral area. In particular, the educational content is presented as a binary classification system with four subject areas and three activity areas, so that the subject area on the horizontal axis expands concentric circles into I-You-We-World, and the activity area on the vertical axis is about feeling, empathizing, understanding, and judging. In addition, it helped organize systematic educational content with a matrix structure that progresses to the implementation stage. We hope that these research results will contribute to the transformative design of a more humanistic and reflective university-educated global citizenship education, and will ultimately become the foundation for overcoming the crisis of today's global civil society and the crisis of universities. 본 연구의 목적은 Nussbaum의 세계시민교육 관련 사상을 바탕으로 대학교양 세계시민교육 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 Nussbaum의 세계시민교육과 관련된 1차 문헌을 고찰하여 대학교양 세계시민교육의 목적을 밝히고 목표, 내용, 방법, 평가로 이루어진 교육모형을 개발하였다. 연구 결과, Nussbaum 사상에 기반한 대학교양 세계시민교육의 목적으로 ‘모든 인간은 평등한 가치와 권리를 지닌 존엄한 존재임을 인식하고, 지역·인종·성별·계급 등 어떠한 외적 구분에 따른 차별에 반대하고 정의로운 사회문화를 추구하며, 개개인의 자유와 성장, 사회발전 및 세계평화에 기여하고 협력하는 인재 양성’을 도출하였다. 이에 따라 정서·인지·행동 영역별로 교육목표와 교육내용, 교육방법 및 평가를 설계하였다. 특히, 교육내용을 주제영역 4개와 활동영역 3개의 이원 분류 체계로 제시하여, 수평축인 주제영역은 나-너-우리-세계로 동심원이 확장되고, 수직축인 활동 영역은 느끼고 공감하고, 이해하고 판단하며, 나아가 실천하는 단계로 나아가는 매트릭스 구조로 체계적 교육내용 편성을 도왔다. 이러한 연구 결과가 보다 인본적이고 성찰적인 대학교양 세계시민교육의 변혁적 설계에 기여하고, 궁극적으로 오늘날 세계시민사회의 위기와 대학의 위기 극복방안의 토대가 되기를 기대한다.

교사의 미래 핵심역량으로서 소통역량에 대한 중등 예비교사의 요구분석

The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs of preliminary secondary school teachers to find out what communication competency are necessary as the core competencies of secondary school teachers. To this end, 159 students in the teaching course of Busan P University were surveyed on a total of 21 questions corresponding to three categories of social, instrumental, and creative communication and seven sub-competencies (understanding, expression, attitude, digital literacy, information data literacy, collaboration, and innovation). For demand analysis, the difference between importance and current retention was analyzed through the corresponding sample t-test, and the priority of communication subcapabilities was derived through Borich demand analysis and The Locus for Focus Model. As a result of the overall analysis, there was a significant difference between the required level and the current level in all questions, and the top priority competencies derived by comparing the Borich demand and the LF model were ‘understanding competency’ and ‘information and data literacy competency’. By department, the humanities and social science departments and arts and sports departments had the highest demands for information and data literacy competency, and science and engineering departments had the highest demands for innovation competency. These results can be used as basic data for the development of curriculum and educational programs in future teacher training institutes.

역량기반 대학 교양교육에 대한 새로운 가능성 탐색 : 듀이 철학을 중심으로

일반대학원 교육학과의 발전방안에 관한 연구: P대학교 교육학과 대학원 수업 사례를 중심으로

This study aims to analyze the current situation and problems and explore the development plan of the department of education as a general graduate school at P university. Previous studies dealt with the development plans were reviewed and comprehensive analyses conducted for the department of the general graduate school at P university. Public discussions and debates for the enrolled students in the course of Master and Doctor’s degree were held during the semester to achieve the research purpose. The results reached in the study are as follows. First, it is necessary to re-establish the objectives and identities of the department as a general graduate school to share vision with the members. Then, it needs to be considered as the changes of Master and Doctor’s course in the academic affairs organization and operation system for the multidisciplinary education problem-solving. Third, it is vital to plan substantial co-work, cooperative instruction and projects for the feasible research and practice. Finally, the open network among the graduate school members and human/physical environments are needed for the higher level of internationalization and effectiveness. The development plan would not be individually pursued but regarded as the organic relations embracing various and influential factors to the system and support of the department. In addition, it is required to make persistent efforts for the personal or communal dimension to develop the department of education as a general graduate school. 본 연구는 P 대학교의 일반대학원 교육학과의 현황과 문제점을 분석하여 일반대학원으로서의 교육학과의 발전방안을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 P 대학의 일반대학원 교육학과 수업에서 석박사 재학생들의 토의토론을 중심으로 일반대학원 교육학과의 발전 방향에 대한 선행연구와 P 대학의 일반대학원교육학과의 운영 현황과 특이점 등을 종합적으로 분석하여 해당 대학 교육학과의 발전방안을 모색하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 구성원들의 비전 공유를 위해 일반대학원으로서의 교육학과의 목표와 정체성을재정립할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 융·복합적 교육 문제해결에 적합하도록 학사 구조와 석·박사과정의 운영 체제의 변화를 고려할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 실제적 연구와 실천을 위하여 공동 연구와 공동 지도 및프로젝트 내실화를 도모할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 구성원 간 개방적 네트워크와 국제화 및 실효성 높은 교육을 위한 대학원의 인적 및 물적 환경을 구축할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서 도출한 발전방안들은 개별적으로 수행될 수 있는 것이 아니며, 교육학과의 체제 및 지원에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요소들 유기적인 관계를 고려하여 접근할 필요가 있다. 또한 일반대학원으로서의 교육학과의 발전을 위해서는 개별구성원 또는 공동체적 차원에서 지속적인 노력을 이어가야 할 것이다.

교육 전문가들이 인식한 앙트러프러너십 개념과 교육 방향

This study aimed to examine the awareness level of education researchers and field educators regarding the concept of entrepreneurship and the direction of education in the flow of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Consequently, the conference data of education researchers and field educators who participated in the <Entrepreneurship Education Leader Training Course> program of the University Research Center were collected and analyzed. First, education experts' perceptions of the concept of entrepreneurship were divided into three upper categories in the personal aspect: “universal core competency,” “independent growth engine,” and “practice competency.” Subsequently, it was analyzed into three upper categories in the social aspect: “group process-based activities,” “social innovation through problem-solving,” and “creation of creative convergence social value.” In addition, various methodological directions were proposed according to the process stages, such as the case-study stage and the empathetic problem-discovery stage.

DEA를 이용한 경찰서비스의 효율성 평가

본 연구는 경찰서비스의 효율성을 평가해보고, 경찰서비스의 효율성에 영향을 미치는 결정요인들을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 위하여 대구지역 9개 경찰서와 경북지역 9개 경찰서 총 18개 경찰서를 대상으로 2009년부터 2011년까지 최근 3년간 경찰조직의 DEA효율성을 측정하였다. 투입지표로는 경찰공무원수, 경찰예산을 선정하고 산출지표로는 총범죄발생건수, 총범죄검거건수, 교통사고처리건수, 기초질서단속건수, 민원업무처리건수를 선정하여 측정하였다. 또한 효율성에 영향을 미치는 결정요인들을 분석하기 위하여 효율성을 종속변수로 설정하고, 투입요소와 산출요소를 독립변수로 설정하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 대구·경북지역 연구대상 18개 경찰서의 효율성 평균값은 0.8979(‘1’일때 효율적임)로 나타났다. 평균이상인 경찰서는 13개, 평균이하인 경찰서는 5개였으며, 대구지역이 경북지역보다 효율성이 높았으며, 1급지가 2-3급지에 비해 효율성이 높게 나타났다. 효율성 결정요인은 투입요소인 경찰공무원수와 경찰예산보다는 산출요소인 총범죄발생 및 검거건수, 교통사고처리건수, 기초질서단속건수, 민원업무처리건수 등이 보다 중요한 결정요인으로 나타났다. 물론 지역별·급지별로 다소 차이는 있지만, 투입요소보다는 산출요소가 효율성의 중요한 결정요인으로 밝혀졌다.

미래 핵심역량으로서 소통역량에 대한 질적 메타분석

Communication competency is identified as a crucial skill for future professionals in the 21st century. However, there is no unified understanding of what this competency entails as a key future skill or what specific competencies it includes. The aim of this study is to thoroughly define the concept, category, and sub-elements of communication competency as a crucial future skill through a review of literature on future core competencies. I conducted a qualitative meta-analysis of content related to communication competency found in 16 key research papers from influential organizations that have proposed discourses and systems on future competency both domestically and internationally since the onset of the 21st century. According to my findings, communication competency categories are split into three areas (instrumental communication, global citizenship communication, innovative communication) and 11 specific competencies (language literacy, information literacy, technology literacy, understanding and empathy with others, conflict mediation and deliberation, convergent communication, and collaborative communication). Furthermore, I redefine the concept of communication competency as "the ability to interact deeply with the world through various media, to coexist as a human community through mutual understanding and coordination of opinions, to create shared values and knowledge, and to collaboratively solve common problems." The significance of this study lies in identifying the broad range of communication competencies as key future skills, unveiling detailed competencies, and providing fundamental data for systematic and comprehensive communication education. 21세기 미래 인재가 갖추어야 할 핵심역량 중 하나로 소통역량이 제시되고 있다. 하지만, 미래 핵심역량으로서소통역량이 정확히 무엇이고 세부 역량이 무엇인지에 대해서는 통합적인 견해가 없다. 본 연구의 목적은 미래 핵심역량에대한 문헌 고찰을 통해 미래 핵심역량으로서 소통역량의 개념과 범주 및 하위요소를 종합적으로 정립하는 것이다. 이를 위해 21세기 이후 최근까지 국내외에서 미래 역량에 대한 담론과 체계를 제시하고 있는 영향력 있는 기관들의대표적 연구 문헌 16개에 담긴 소통역량과 관련된 내용에 대하여 질적 메타분석을 실시하였다, 연구 결과, 소통역량의범주를 3개의 영역(도구적 소통, 세계시민적 소통, 혁신적 소통)과 11개의 세부 역량(언어 문해, 정보 문해, 기술문해, 타자 이해와 공감, 갈등 조정과 숙의, 융합적 소통, 협럭적 소통)으로 통합하여 재구조화하였다. 또한 소통역량개념을 “다양한 매체를 통해 세상과 심층적으로 상호작용할 수 있고, 인류 공동체로서 상호 이해하고 의견을 조율하여공존하며, 공유 가치와 지식을 창조하고 협력적으로 공동의 문제를 해결할 수 있는 능력”로 재정립하였다. 본 연구는미래 핵심역량으로서 소통역량의 다양한 스펙트럼을 규명하고 세부 역량을 밝혀, 체계적이고 포괄적인 소통 교육을위한 기초자료를 제시하는 데 의의가 있다

SERVQUAL을 통한 경찰서비스의 주민만족도 평가

본 연구는 경찰서비스에 대한 주민만족도를 평가해보고, 경찰서비스의 주민만족도에 영향 을 미치는 결정요인들을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 위하여 대구지역 9개 경찰서와 경북지역 9개 경찰서 총 18개 경찰서의 관할 주민을 대상으로 조사한 설문자료를 이용하여 주민만족도를 측정하였다. 또한 주민만족도 에 영향을 미치는 결정요인들을 분석하기 위하여 주민만족도를 종속변수로 설정하고, SERVQUAL의 5가지 품질요소(유형성, 신뢰성, 대응성, 보증성, 공감성)를 독립변수로 설 정하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 대구․경북지역 연구대상 18개 경찰서의 주민만족도 평균값은 2.952(5점 척도)로 보통이하로 나타났다. 구체적으로 평균이상인 경찰서가 10개, 평균이하인 경찰서가 8개였 으며, 대구지역이 경북지역보다 만족도가 높게 나타났지만, 급지에 있어서는 2-3급지가 1 급지에 비해 높게 나타났다. 특히 서비스 질 요인중 유형성이 주민만족도가 가장 높았으며 대응성이 가장 낮게 평가되었다. 또한 서비스 질에 대한 만족도 결정요인은 주민과 경찰관 모두에 있어 대응성은 서비스 질 만족도의 결정요인으로 작용하지 못하였고 보증성, 유형 성, 공감성, 신뢰성 요소들이 중요한 결정요인으로 나타났다. 그 중에서도 특히 신뢰성 요 인이 가장 중요한 서비스 질 만족도 결정요인으로 밝혀졌다.
