In a model reaction using lysyl oxidase purified partilally from bovine aorta, effect of L-ascorbic acid AsA on the oxidative reaction of lysine in collagen was investigated. Addition of Ash to the reaction mixture under aerobic conditions resulted in the decrease of enzymatic activity. In order to examine the specificity of AsA in the oxidative reaction of lysine, other reductants including A derivatives instead of AsA were added to the reaction mixture. Thiol such as glutathione had no effect on the activities of lysyl oxidase. on the other hand, it was observed that erythorbic acid, which was a stereoisomer of AsA, had the same inhibitory effect on this oxidative reaction as AsA. Moreover, by the addition of 3,4-dihydroxybenzoate, which was structural analog of AsA, the activities decreased in a similar manner to that of AsA. These results indicate that the regulatory effect of AsA on lysyl oxidase is attributed to characteristics of the structure. From the determination of Ash remained in the reaction mixture, it is shown that AsA concentration remarkably decreased by lysyl oxidase of the reaction mixture. It is hypothesized that endiol groups reduces the enzyme-bound $Cu^{+2}$ required for further progress of the reaction, and suggests that AsA regulates specifically the reduction of $Cu^{+2}$ required to oxidize lysyl oxidase. This findings support that AsA has an important regulatory role on the oxidative reaction of lysine and on changes of collagen cross-links with aging.

On this study, the scope of area was limited to Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do Province. The scope of content was combined theoretical and empirical studies. Theoretical studies presented the rationale by reviewing prior studies which were the present condition of coffee shop, brand preference, store loyalty, concept and performance of coffee education, concept of coffee taste, concept of selection attribute. For the analysis the empirical studies had been set up a research model and hypothesis for the empirical analysis and describe the organization of the questionnaire and the operation definitions of the variables. To validate the study model and its feasibility using the data collected by the survey and to analyze its reliability to validate the study hypothesis. On a practical note first, the coffee shop needs experienced specialists, and pays attention to the changing preferences of the users. Second, in the marketing of coffee shop they need to consider providing a wide range of flavors and skilled baristas based on the office customer's experience in coffee training as well as to decide whether to invest in the appearance and services.

This study was intended to provide implications and empirical analysis of the impact of person-job fit and job engagement on customer orientation and service delivery on the employees of the banks. Six hypotheses were derived based on the discussion of existing prior studies. For hypothesis testing, data were collected from bank employees, reliability and validity were reviewed, and the research model was analyzed using LISREL 8.72. The result person-job fit significant impact on the task line, but the effect of these two concepts on customer orientation showed an ineffectual relationship, and the task enthusiasm was expressed as a significant one. On the contrary, the relationship between service delivery was expressed as a significant individual-work suitability relationship, and the enthusiasm for duty was shown in an ineffectual manner. Customer orientation has been confirmed to have a positive effect on service delivery. This study is significant in that it has found answers to factors that may increase service delivery by intensively investigating the prior variables of service delivery to bank employees. The findings could contribute to the establishment of an effective service delivery strategy for the financial (bank) industry, which is bringing about changes in profitability due to the increase in various channels.

정부지원이 기업역량과 재참여의사에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

[Purpose]The public purchasing market of our country is growing. However, many studies related to government support have been studied from the government’s point of view, not from the company's point of view. [Methodology]In order to test the effect of government support, this study divided the government support policy that perceived government support and the government support procedure that was perceived differently from previous studies. [Findings]The perceived government support policy in the public procurement market was not statistically significant, whereas the perceived government support procedure had a positive effect on the company’s capacity through the evaluation of the system or system. It was also confirmed that corporate competency had a positive effect on re-participation intention. In the moderating effect, information quality and market anxiety were examined, where information quality appeared to be statistically negative in terms of corporate capability and re-participation intention, and market anxiety was not statistically significant. As a result, the perceived government support process has a positive effect on corporate capacity than the perceived government support policy, and the higher the quality of information, the more negative and not the positive effect. Market anxiety is a moderating effect. It has been found in this study that it has no effect on physician involvement. [Implications]This study clarifies the role of government support in corporate positions by explaining the government support policy and the perceived government support procedure of government support in the public purchasing market in detail. [연구목적]우리나라 공공구매시장은 점점 커져가고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 정부지원과 관련된 많은 연구들은 기업관점이 아닌 정부의 관점에서 연구되어 왔으므로, 기업관점에서의 정부지원에 관한 영향에 대해 실증분석하고, 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. [연구방법]본 연구에서는 보다 구체적인 정부지원의 효과를 검정하기 위해 기존 연구와는 다르게 정부지원을 지각한 정부지원정책과 지각한 정부지원절차로 구분하였다. [연구결과]공공구매시장에서의 지각한 정부지원정책은 기업역량에 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났으며, 반면 지각한 정부지원절차는 시스템이나 제도의 평가로 기업역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기업역량은 재참여의사에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 사실을 확인하였다. 그리고 조절효과에서는 정보품질과 시장불안을 살펴보았는데, 여기에서 정보품질은 기업역량과 재참여의사에 통계적으로 부정적인 방향으로 유의하게 나왔고, 시장불안은 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 결국, 정부지원에 있어 지각한 정부지원절차가 지각한 정부지원정책보다 기업역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 정보품질은 높을수록 긍정적인 효과가 아닌 부정적인 영향을 미치며, 시장불안은 조절효과로써 기업역량과 재참여의사에 아무런 영향을 미치지 않는다는 것을 이 연구에서 확인할 수 있다. [연구의 시사점]본 연구는 공공구매시장의 정부지원을 지각한 정부지원정책과 지각한 정부지원절차로 나누어 설명함으로써 기업입장에서의 정부지원의 역할을 보다 자세히 밝히며, 다음과 같은 시사점을 제시하였다.
