We attempted in this theses to study and examine the social status problems in Stendhal´s novels. Among Stendhal´s works, we especially choose as the object of study his「The Red and the Black.」 His novels represent the chronology of his own time. In order to study Stendhal´s social rising will, I investigated the society as shown in his novels, paying main attention to the novel´s hero, “Julien Sorel.” I also tried to clarify the relations between societies, approaching step by step to the important social situation, such as political, economical and social customs. When we studied the classes of each society, we divided it into the aristocracy, the bourgeoigie, the clergy and the peasant.

Nous avons dans cette e´tude pour but d'e´clairer comment Molie`re traduit le libertinage de Dom Juan. Nous avons tente´ de de´gager les structures de la se´duction et du de´fi. Ce travail s'est propose´ d'examiner comment s'organisent dans le texte les diffe´rents de´fis de Dom Juan et leur rapport a` la se´duction. C'est ainsi qu'il a fallu de´finir ce qu'on peut entendre par de´fi, puis en recenser toutes les manifestations, afin d'analyser leur ro^le dans ce que fait Dom Juan comme dans ce qu'il dit. Cette structure nous est apparue essentiellement ambigue¨. Nous avons constate´ que Sganarelle est a` la fois celui qui de´fie le plus Dom Juan et celui qui repre´sente le plus souvent la voix des valeurs sociales. Se´duire, en effet, c'est de´ja` de´fier et surtout de´fier l'autre. La se´duction devient alors une forme de de´fi a` soi-me^me. "Ce que Dom Juan met en acte, a pre´cise´ Albert Camus, c'est une e´thique de la quantite´, au contraire du saint qui tend vers la qualite´". Il est en effet possible de de´fier quelqu'un par la parole, par le regard, par les actions, voire par la pre´sence seule. On trouvera dans Dom Juan toutes ces cate´gories de de´fies. On peut donc dire que touts se´duction est de´toumement. Ainsi nous arrivons a` constater les caracte´res spe´cifiques de la modemite´ de Dom Juan, Dom Juan lui-me^me apparai^t comme un personnage e´minemment tragique, dans le combat prome´the´en qu'il a enagage´ contre Dieu, dans la division qui le partage en sa que^te amoureuse, entre la recherche de la permanence et le de´sir du changement, enfin par sa mort dramatique.
非定常探針法(Nonsteady state Probe Method)에 의한 材料의 熱物性値 測定에 關한 硏究

Thermal property of various materials are measured by the nonsteady state probe method. Mathematical model in this study is a one dimensional heat flux through a long hot-wire, and initial and boundary conditions are assumed to be a function of time and radius. The small probe (length to diameter ratio ,L /D = 106)is developed by wire cutting in its inside. Probes which is equipped with thermocouple and heater wire , and heat source supply system to feed a steady heat flux are designed and utilized in the experiment. The analysis program of thermal property is programmed by Quick Basic language . Measurement time is relativly short with 10-60 sec, and it is useful to obtain a thermal conductivity of materials or wet materials. Determination made with this techinique were found to agree well with the manufacturers thermal conductivity data for insulation materials.

It has been proved that determination technique of thermal conductivity made within nonlinear range has no difference with results within linear range. The experimental test results in an accuracy of 2.0~3.7% for the thermal conductivity, 2.9~4.1% for the volumetric heat capacity, 0.4~1.1% for the thermal diffusivity of insulation material NBS-1450B. This transient probe technique within nonlinear range is useful to obtain multi thermal properties of insulation material.

The theoretical basis for the constant heat flux method has been investigated. Comparison of measuring value utilizing different heat sources shows that thermal diffusivities of the material are not affected by the size of heat source. Results obtained for experimental data of insulation material(NBS1450-B) were 0.5~2.2% for thermal diffusivities, 0.5~2.4% for thermal conductivities. This method will be useful to develop measuring device with low cost. However, further developments need to be made to reduce measurement errors.
수정 가우스 뉴턴 반복법을 이용한 과도탐침법의 열전도 계수, 열확산계수 추정

The theoretical model for the transient probe method is the modified Jaeger model which is used perfect line source theory. The transient probe techinique has been used for the estimation of thermal conductivity and diffusivity of liquids. The Modified Gauss Newton iteration method is adapted to analyze experimental data. Estimation for thermal properties of glycerin and water were found to agree well with recommended thermal data.
