        터널용 T-DMB 재난방송을 위한 방송 시스템 연구

        We will be able to propagate and manage the disaster situations effectively when execute the services of local disaster alarm broadcasting in the roads, the underground space and tunnels through T-DMB receivers. Since we relay the existing T-DMB broadcasting services when not occur the disaster in the specific area such as tunnels and underground space etc., and relay the local disaster alarm broadcasting when occur the disaster in the specific area, we will be able to contribute in the national life and property protection through T-DMB disaster alarm broadcasting service. While the sale of T-DMB terminal and receiver is increasing gradually, we require the improvement of T-DMB receiving environment in the tunnels and underground spaces that not receiving the T-DMB services. Therefore, we will studied that broadcast system can be improved the T-DMB receiving rate to relay the existing T-DMB broadcasting in the blanket area such as tunnels and underground spaces by the development of T-DMB disaster alarm broadcasting systems for tunnels.

        경옥고 효능 및 제법에 대한 문헌고찰

        Gyeongoggo is first described in the Collected Prescription by Hong Family in the Song Dynasty in China. It is composed of Radix Rehmnniae, Panax ginseng, Poria cocos, and Mel. Its main efficacy is to treat weakness of primordial essence of body and dry cough, and to invigorate qi and replenish yin principle. It is one of the most important prescriptions that people have been using for a long time. We studied the documents recorded in the medical classics and comprehended the following results. Gyeongoggo has efficacy to keep a person healthy and live long age, to treat amnesia and dizziness from brain weakness, to strengthen muscle and bone by improving function of stomach and colon, to improve a person`s memory and judgement, to invigorate brain weakness, and, to treat tuberculosis and lung cancer. The longer a person take it, the better it is for one`s health and meditation. When it is made, it is important to mix four components up, to boil it with an oak tree for three days and nights, and then to add water from a well to reduce heat for a full day, and to boil up again for a full day to mature fully. As gyeongoggo is acquired not only by the full heart of a manufacturer but also the sympathy of nature, it is important to choose a clean place to make and keep. When it is taken, it is proper to take it with warm water or liquors. And when it is made, we came to know that it is possible to make gyeongoggo with special efficacy by adding one to three more components.

      • BLDC 전동기의 전류맥동 보상을 위한 전류추정기 설계

        This paper presents a new method on controller design of brushless de motors. In such drives the current ripples are generated by motor inductance in stator windings and the back EMF. To suppress the current ripples the current controller is generally used. To minimize the size and the cost of the drives it is desirable to control motors without the current controller and the current sensing circuits. To estimate the motor current it is modeled by a neural network that is configured as an output-error dynamic system. The identified model is essentially a one step ahead prediction structure in which past inputs and outputs are used to calculate the current output. Using the model, effective estimator to compensate the effects of disturbance has been designed. The effectiveness of the proposed current estimator is verified through experiments.

        민간투자유치를 통한 u-City 구축에 있어서 사전 타당성 분석의 핵심요인과 분석모델

        This paper aims to suggest a validity analysis model that would be helpful for local governments considering u-City construction projects and a methodology for them to promote build-transfer-lease (BTL) u-City projects. This methodology mainly uses quantitative and qualitative analysis based on the Value For Money (VFM) designed by the Public and Private Infrastructure Investment Management Center (PIMAC) under the Korea Development Institute (KDI). BTL projects requires a large amount of capital and involves long-term investments. Therefore, multi-faceted validity analysis is required for the success of a project. This study will enumerate various factors to be considered in the pre-analysis of validity of BTL projects and suggest a methodology to verify them. A case study of a BTL project promoted by Ansan City assisted in designing this study in detail.

        한국과 중국에서의 오공을 단방으로 사용한 민간요법과 선행연구결과를 기반으로 한 외치 한약제제 개발에 대한 고찰

        Scolpendra subspinipes (centipede) is pungent in flavor, activates the channels to stop pain, and, removes toxins and resolves masses. So it has been used as a folk remedy. We researched folk remedies which used centipede as a single medicine and results of its prior clinical and experimental study, and figured out that centipedes are effective on ulcerative disease, herpes zoster, clavus, insect bite, inflammatory disease, furunculus, pain disease by external therapy, and oral administration is effective on anti-cancer such as hepatoma and uterine cancer, cerebrovascular disease, inhibition of atherosclerosis, sedation of central nervous system, antipyretic action, and anti-inflammation, and centipede Herb-Acupuncture is effective on inflammatory disease and pain disease. Centipede preparation materials for external therapy were sesame oil, perilla oil, vinegar, salt, and, burnt alum. Fumigation of centipede treated paronychia, pertussis, and hemorrhoids. For the external therapy, the way of centipede powder mixing with other materials has been used. It is needed that we use dusted powder to make skin absorb its ingredients more easily, and we study intensely minor ingredients to make centipede components absorbed more effectively and do pharmacological action. Also, fumigation, a kind of another external therapy, is considered to be effective treatment of upper respiratory infection like pertussis, so it needs an in-depth study on centipede fumigation.

        PSO 알고리즘을 이용한 이동통신용 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나 설계에 관한 연구

        In this paper, a novel particle swarm optimization method based on IE3D is used to design a mobile communication microstrip patch antenna. The aim of the paper is to design and fabricate an inset fed rectangular microstrip antenna and study the effect of antenna dimensions length (L), width (W) and substrate parameters relative dielectric constant (${\varepsilon}r$), substrate thickness on radiation parameters of band width. PSO algorism was applied to IE3D, low resistance against, band width and advantage, were improved. 본 논문에서는 IE3D를 기반으로 하는 새로운 PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization) 알고리즘을 사용해 이동통신용마이크로스트립 패치 안테나를 설계하였다. 본 논문의 목적은 이동통신용 급전 사각형 마이크로스트립 안테나를 설계하고, 대역폭의 복사 매개변수에 대한 안테나 크기(길이, 폭) 및 기판 매개변수 상대 유전 상수(${\varepsilon}r$), 기판 두께의 영향을 연구하여 이동통신용에 적합한 안테나를 설계하는 것이다. 안테나 설계 프로그램인 IE3D에 PSO알고리즘을 적용하여 안테나의 낮은 입력저항, 대역폭, 안테나의 이득 등을 개선하였다.

      • 이기종 네트워크의 QoS 향상을 위한 Hybrid ABS기반 셀 간 스케줄링 알고리즘

        본 논문에서는 이기종 네트워크의 QoS 성능 향상을 위한 멀티 셀 스케줄링을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘 구현을 위하여 UE 처리량에 미치는 영향을 인식하고자 분산형 구조의 매크로-피코 배치 시나리오와 중앙 집중식 구조의 매크로-RRH 배치 시나리오를 제안하여 이기종 네트워크 시스템을 구성한다. 제안되는 시스템의 간섭완화를 위해 선택적 서브프레임을 적용하고 각 서브프레임 기간의 CQI 측정을 통하여 시스템 상황에 따른 제약조건을 측정하며, 시스템의 단순화를 위해서 동일한 ABS를 적용하여 뮤팅 패턴을 가정한다. ABS를 이용하는 것은 전송시간 구간의 일부를 매크로 셀이 전송하지 않게 설정하고 이 구간에서 피코 셀에서만 전송하도록 설정하기 위한 것이다. In this paper, for the improvement of quality of service(QoS) performance of heterogeneous networks, multi-cell scheduling is proposed. In order to implement the proposed algorithm, for the recognition of the impact on the throughput performance of users, macro-pico-cells that form distributed architecture were proposed. In operating heterogeneous networks, considering the centralized structure, a macro-RRH(Remote Radio Head) deployment scenario was proposed. For interference mitigation of the proposed system, by applying the optional sub-frame, through CQI(Channel Quality Indicator) measurement for each sub-frame period, constraint conditions were measured according to system situations. For the simplification, the pattern of the same ABS muting was assumed. In the above two multi-cell environments, the algorithm of high-speed load balancing maintenance was proposed.

        율(栗)에 대(對)한 한의학적(韓醫學的) 문헌고찰(文獻考察)

        This dissertation is try to figure out why chestnut belongs to kidney channel, from the viewpoint of five elements theory. After studying chestnut's property, flavor, channel tropism, main cure ability, prescriptions, shape, sweet, and prohibitions, I came to the following results. 1. Property of chestnut is warm and has no toxicity, so it is less related than kidney property. 2. Flavor of chestnut is salty and sweet, so it has some relation to kidney and spleen properties. 3. Channel tropism of chestnut enters mainly into kidney channel, and then spleen and stomach channels. 4. Chestnut controls kidney function of storing the essence of life, determining the condition of bone and marrow, conduction water metabolism, affecting reasoning activity, and controls activity of nine openings of body. It also has effects on functions of spleen, intestines and stomach. 5. Prescriptions including chestnut is similar to that of human brain, it is possible to reason out that chestnut has some relation to human brain. 7. As flavor of chestnut flower is similar to that of spermatic fluid, so it has som relation to kidney property. 8. As chestnut has property of blocking qi and it causes spleen, stomach and colon system to be confused, so it is suggested that persons with weakende spleen and stomach be not allowed to take in.

        한약의 약물상호작용 기전과 연구방향 - 독성학적인 측면을 중심으로 -

        Objectives : The mechanisms for korean traditional medicine-drug interaction has not been well reviewed in spite that the chance for co-administration with western drugs or diet supplements has been increased. Especially, it is well known that various cytochrome P450s play a major role in drug-drug interaction. Of course, Korean traditional medicines is not excluded in a view of metabolism or biotransformation by cytochrome P450. This article was focused on reviewing the possible roles of cytochrome P450 in Korean traditional medicine-drug interaction, Also, the directions for further studies were suggested in terms of Korean traditional medicine-drug interaction. Methods : New studies for korean traditional medicine-drug interaction were reviewed and summarized in terms of cytochrome P450 activities by various Korean traditional medicines and western drugs. Results and Conclusions : Even if a few studies related to Korean traditional medicine-drug interactions was carried out, almost no studies for Korean traditional medicine-drug interactions has been found in a view of cytochrome P450. It was suggested that Korean traditional medicines and their decoction should be analyzed that how they effects on cytochrome P450, expecially CYP 1, 2, 3 families and how they interact with western drugs.
