In electrical machinery and apparatus, the most important problem is protect of machinery and apparatus in duo to transient phenomena and overload on operation. Particularly by advanced technology of late, there is demand for low cost of equipments and high percentgae of use of equipments. Therefore, protection of machinery and apparatus in condition of overload is more valued considering that all efficiency increase is passued by oper-ating all machinery and apparatus in condition of heavyload. In this paper, with induction motor as central figure, studies theoretically calculation of allowance values of voltage variat-ion, temperature increase, overload operation, etc, providing that local temperature increase value accompanied in electrical machinery and apparatus can be controlled below the mean value of temperature in crease. the author garspsthat electrical machine can be used in condition of overload value by caculation.

This study is review of quantum theory. in classical physics, heat and energy were treated continuos quantities. but in quantum theory, since Max Planck(1858 - 1947) postulated the Planck constant "h" in equation of black body radiation problem, heat and energy quanta "h??"were treated as discrete quantities, not continuos. basic conception of "h??" and equation of quantum mechanics were reviewed. to construct the Hamiltonian in magnetic-field, it probed that extended Schro¨inger equation with vector potential is not contradict with gauge invariance.

To investigate the substitute effect of powdered feed of grape seed, 48 meat- eating ducks which were 30-day-old were bred . Upon investigation of the increase in weight it was found t o be as follows : 1. Compared with a control group bred by only standard assorted feed, the experimented group of adding the powdered feed of grape seed by lo%, 20%, 30%, 40%, to the experimented group was similar t o t h e control group or heavier a little than the control group in the increase in weight of experimented group. And the increase in weight of the experimented group of adding the powdered feed of grape seed by 50% was lighter than the control group. 2. If wasted grape seed is used f o r breeding meat-eating ducks, adding grape seed to the compound feed by t o 50% is admitted in the efficiency of feed .

This Paper aims to examine and test the characteristics of transformer and Over-load operation under the following conditions ; falling tomperature, rising temperature, short-term over-load, decreasing rate of over-load, changes in the cooling method, and overlaping of the sprevious conditions. And further more it aims to calculate the maximum allowance value of over-load and to examine the heavy ouer-load operation, and finally ; to identify some problems in setting up transformers and in heavy over-load operation.
