        가미소염탕(加味消炎湯)이 Monosodium Iodoacetate로 유발된 골관절염 통증 모델에서 중추신경내 NOS, C-fos, Serotonin 및 Substance P 발현에 미치는 영향

        Objectives:This study was carried out to investigate the effects of Gamisoyeoum-tang(jiaweixiaoyan-tang) on the expression of NOS, c-fos, serotonin and substance P in central nerve system of monossodium iodoacetate (MIA)-induced osteoaritic pain model.Methods:Arthrirs was induced by injection of MIA(0.5 mg) into the knee joints of rats.Arthritic rats were divided into control(n=8) and treated(n=8) group.For 20 days control group was taken normal saline and treated group was taken extracts of Gamisoyeoum-tang(Jiaweixiaoyan-tang).Histochemical study of NADPH-c, immunohistochemical study of c-fos, serotonin and substance P in brain and spinal cord were observed at 20 days after MIA injection.Results:1.The numbers of NADPH-d positive cell in superficial dorsal horn of spinal cord of treated group(23±5) was significantly(P<0.01) decreased compared with conteol(33±5), and dorsolateral periaqueductal gray matter of treated group(120±13) was significantly(P<0.05) decreased compared with control(143±14).2.The numbers of c-fos positive cell in dorsal periaqueductal gray matter of treated group(64±14) was significantly(P<0.05) decreased compared with control(78±13) and paracentricular thalamic nucleus of treated group(61±16) was significantly(0.05) decreased compared with control(88±27).3.The numbers of serotonin positive cell in dorsal raphe nucleus of treated group(170±36) was sugbufucabtkt(P<0.05) decreased compared with control(217±48), and median raphe nucleus of treated group(105±25) was significantly(P<0.05) decreased compared with control(139±34).4.Positivereaction (%) of substance P in Lissaur`s tract and superficial Dorsal horn of spinal cord of treated group(96±6) was significantly(P<0.001) decreased compared with control(119±11).Conclusions:On the basis of these results, we concluded that Gamisonyeoum-tang(Jiaweixiaoyan-tang) has inhibiting effects on the pain transmission in MIA-Induced osteoarthritic pain model in rat.

        疎風活血湯이 Monosodium Iodoacetate로 유발한 흰쥐의 골관절염 억제에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: This study was to investigate the suppression effects of Sopunghwalhyeol-tang(Shufenghuoxie-tang) on the monosodium iodoacetate-induced osteoarthritis in rats. Methods: Arthritis was induced by injection of monosodium iodoacetate(0.5 mg) into the both knee joints of rats. Arthritic rats were divided into control(n=8) and treated(n=8) group. Control group was taken distilled water for 20 days. Treated group was taken extracts of Sopunghwalhyeol-tang(Shufenghuoxie-tang) by oraly for same duration. Normal group(n=8) was injected with normal saline and was taken distilled water for 20 days. Macroscopic examination and histopathological study on articular cartilage of knee joint were operated at 20 days after injection. Proteoglycan(PG) content of articular cartilages of knee joint was represented by safranine O staining, was measured at 20 days after injection. Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-1β(IL-1β), in synovial fluid were measured with enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay(ELISA) kit at 20 days after injection. Immunohistochemical staining of cyclo-oxygenase-2(COX-2), inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) in knee joints were observed at 20 days after injection. Results: 1. Lymphocytes in peripheral blood the treated group was significantly decreased compared with the control group. 2. PG content in articular cartilage of the treated group was significantly increased compared with the control group. 3. Histopathologically, osteoarthritic scores of the treated group was significantly decreased compared with the control group. 4. TNF-α content in synovial fluid of the treated group was significantly decreased compared with the control group. 5. COX-2 revelation index in chondrocytes and synovial membrane of the treated group was significantly decreased compared with the control group. 6. Matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3) revelation index in chondrocytes and synovial membrane of the treated group was significantly decreased compared with the control group. Conclusions :On the basis of these results, we concluded that Sopunghwalhyeol-tang(Shufenghuoxie-tang) has inhibiting effects on the TNF-α, COX-2 and MMP-3 secretion of chondrocytes and synovial membrane in Monosodium Iodoacetate-induced osteoarthritis model of rats.

        DR콩고 루붐바시 슬래그재처리사업(再處理事業)의 경제성(經濟性) 평가(評價)

        콩고민주공회국(Democratic Republic of Congo, 이하 DR콩고)은 세계적 자원부국으로 특히 코발트, 철광석, 구리, 다이아몬드 등이 풍부하다. 주요 광물자원의 대부분을 수입에 의존하고 있는 한국은 2008년부터 콩고정부와 한국이 항만 건설을 지원하고, 그 보상으로 루붐바시 슬래그재처리를 통해 아연, 코발트, 구리 등 유용광물을 회수해가는 프로젝트에 대한 검토를 추진하여 왔다. 본 연구는 DR콩고의 루붐바시 슬래그 재처리 사업에 대한 경제성 분석을 수행한 것으로, 연구 결과에 따르면 투자회수기간(pay back period)은 6.7년, 순현재가치(NPV) 3,400만달러, 내부수익률(IRR)은 17.4%로 나타났다. 또한 세제, 고정비용, 운영비용, 지원가격 등에 대한 불확실성을 적용한 민감도 분석 결과 프로젝트의 순현재가치는 최저 -2,480만달러에서 최대 9,270만달러로 나타났다. One of the world's top resource-rich countries, the Democratic Republic of the Congo has ample reserves of cobalt, iron ore, copper and diamond in particular. Importing most of major mineral resources, the Republic of Korea has examined-together with the Congo government since 2008-the possibility of a project where it supports port construction in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and acquires useful minerals such as zinc, cobalt and copper in exchange through slag reprocessing in the local city of Lubumbashi. This study conducted feasibility analysis on the slag reprocessing project in Lubumbashi, Congo and found that the project's payback period stands at 6.7 years, net present value(NPV) at 34 million dollars and internal rate of return(IRR) at 17.4%. According to sensitivity analysis that takes into account uncertainties concerning taxation, fixed cost, operational cost and resource prices, the NPV of the project ranges from -24.8 million dollars to 92.7 million dollars.

        3D Newton Box를 이용한 PNF 통합패턴운동이 균형, 고유감각, 유연성에 미치는 즉각적 효과

        본 연구는 건강한 20대 성인 20명을 대상으로 3D Newton box를 이용한 PNF의 통합패턴 운동을 실시한 후 균형, 고유감각, 유연성의 즉각적인 효과를 알아보기 위해 시행되었다. 본 연구에서 수집된 자료는 SPSS Window 19.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 대상자들의 일반적 특성은 기술통계를 사용하여 평균과 표준편차를 산출하였고 집단 내 균형, 고유감각, 유연성의 전 · 후 차이는 대응 표본 t-검정으로 분석하였다. 대상자들의 균형, 고유감각, 유연성을 Y-balance, 눈 고 한 발 서기, 손가락 바닥 닿기를 이용하여 측정하였고, 운동은 3D Newton box 안에서 PNF의 통합패턴을 적용하였다. 운동 후 균형, 고유감각, 유연성 모두 유의하게 증가하였다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 3D Newton box를 이용한 PNF의 통합패턴 운동이 20대 성인의 균형, 고유감각, 유연성에 즉각적으로 효과가 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 균형, 고유감각, 유연성의 감소로 인해 손상 위험도가 높은 성인 또는 환자에게 적극적으로 활용될 수 있는 운동이라고 사료된다. This study was conducted on 20 healthy adults in their 20s to identity the immediate effects of balance, proprioception and flexibility after conducting the PNF combined patterns using 3D Newton box. The data collected in this study were analyzed using the SPSS Window 19.0 statistical program, and the general characteristics of the subjects were calculated by calculating the mean and standard deviation using the technical statistics, and the differences before and after in-group balance, proprioception and flexibility were analyzed by the paired t-test. The balance, proprioception and flexibility of the subjects were measured using Y-balance, one-leg standing, and finger bottom contact. The exercise was applied with an combined pattern of PNF in the 3D Newton box. After exercise, balance, proprioception and flexibility all increased significantly. The results show that combined pattern of PNF using the 3D Newton box immediately works for the balance, proprioception and flexibility of adults in their 20s. Therefore, it is considered to be an exercise that can be actively utilized for adults or patients at high risk of damage due to reduced balance, proprioception and flexibility.

A study to integrate both manufacturing BOM and Engineering BOM is researching to solve those problems. This thesis presents a extended Engineering BOM concepts considering assembly sequence model.
