석조문화재 보존처리용 에폭시수지 물성에 미치는 탈크 함량의 영향

석조문화재 보존처리제로 사용되는 에폭시수지의 물성변화를 충전제의 함량변화와 인공풍화를 통한 가속화시험으로 연구하였다. 충전제로서 탈크를 첨가한 에폭시수지(L-30) 시편에서 함수율이 감소하였고, 표면접촉각이 증가하여 수분에 대한 저항성이 높았다. 탈크의 첨가량을 일정량 증가시켰을 때 접착 성능에서는 문제가 발생되지 않았으나 에폭시수지 자체의 압축강도는 저하되었다. 탈크 함량에 따른 에폭시수지의 물성변화는 그 주변 환경요소에 각기 다른 경향을 보였다. 온·습도 변화에 의한 인공풍화시험 후 탈크가 첨가된 에폭시수지에서 순수한 에폭시수지에 비해 함수율의 변화가 적었으며, 색차변화가 작았고 표면접촉각이 커진 것으로 확인되었다. 자외선조사에 의한 인공풍화시험에서는 탈크함량이 증가할수록 에폭시의 물성이 악화되는 결과를 보였다. 이는 에폭시수지의 내구성을 향상시키기 위해서 첨가하는 충전제의 함량이 보존처리될 석조물의 주변환경에 따라 다르게 적용되어야 함을 의미한다.

미국과 중국의 반덤핑조치에 영향을 미치는 정치・경제적 요인 분석

This paper investigates possible economic and political factors which are assumed to affect on anti-dumping measures in the US and China against South Korea or all countries in the world. Anti-dumping policy, one of main non-tariff barriers widely used by many countries in these ‘new-protectionalism’ era, can be affected by macroeconomic environmental changes such as real GDP growth, unemployment, trade deficit, or import penetration. But it can be also be motivated by an anti-dumping investigation which is assumed to be one of the political measures to solve trade confliction between countries. The paper builds unique data set on this political factors, and it operates a simple OLS estimation on anti-dumping measures. As a result, the paper shows that as macroeconomic condition gets worse, the number of anti-dumping measures is increased. Moreover, the political factor, approximated by the number of anti-dumping investigation starts, also positively affects on the number of the anti-dumping measures. 본 연구는 최근 국제무역환경에 주요한 이슈로 떠오른 미국과 중국의 신보호주의 통상정책 중 반덤핑조치 부과건수에 영향을 미치는 정치·경제적 요인을 실증분석을 통해 살펴보는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해, 미국과 중국이 전 세계, 혹은 한국을 대상으로 행한 반덤핑 부과건수에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 실질경제성장률, 실업률, 무역수지, 수입침투도 등 거시경제적 요인에 더해 정치적 압박의 목적으로 행하는 광의의 반덤핑조사개시건수를 정치적 요인으로 고려하여 함께 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과, 미국의 경우 무역수지 악화, 수입침투도 증가 등 대외적 요인이 반덤핑조치 부과건수에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 중국의 경우 대외적 요인과 함께 실업률 증가 등 대내적 요인이 함께 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 미국과 중국의 경우 모두 반덤핑조사개시건수 증가 등 정치적 요인이 반덤핑조치 부과건수 증가에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 결과가 도출되었다. 본 연구는 기존 선행연구에서 상대적으로 깊게 고려되지 않은 통상마찰의 정치적 요인이 실제적인 통상정책 부과조치로 이어지는 경로를 파악했다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

Di-(2-ethy1hexyl) phthalate (DEHP) has been commonly used as a plasticizer in polyvinyl chloride resins for manufacturing flexible vinyl products. The toxicity of DEHP has been the topic of extensive research, especially concerning endocrine disrupting properties. This study was carried out to investigate the effects of DEHP on the ultrastructural changes of the spermatogenesis in the rat. And also, some hormones in serum were measured to evaluate the physiological effects of DEHP. The rats were orally intubated with either corn oil (experimental control) or 0.5㎎, 1.5㎎ and 4.5 ㎎ DEHP/㎏/day in 0.5㎖ of corn oil for 15 days before sacrificing and sampling. DEHP reduced the growth of the testes, inhibited spermatogenesis and altered ultrastructural features of most cell types of the rat testis depending on the dosage treated. Briefly, Differentiations of the Leydig cells, the Sertoli cells and the developing germ cells seemed to be impaired. DEHP increased the level of LH(ICSH), but lowered the level of testosterone. The detrimental effect of DEHP on spermatogenesis seems to be derived from the decreased level of testosterone by the Leydig cells, followed by the weak activity of the Sertoli cells and the germ cells, In conclusion, DEHP inhibited the spermatogenesis via lowering testosterone in the rats. The results suggest that DEHP could show properties of endocrine disrupter impairing the spermatogenesis and has effects on the ultrastructures in rat

부동산 정책에 대한 시민 인식 구조와 그 시기별 변동에 관한 트위터 분석: 토픽모델링 기법을 활용하여

Citzens' psychological deprivation is in increase, along with recent discusions on multi-housing ownership by public oficials and the surge in real estate prices. In this study, we collected tweets on ’Real Estate Policy,’ from August 2019 to August 2020, and analyzed citzens' perception using topic modeling techniques. As a result of the analysis, citzens' perception on the real estate policy was classified into four categories: ’policy effect,’ ’politcal evaluation,’ ’policy design,’ and ’integrity of policymakers.’ It turns out that the highest proportion is the ’integrity of policymakers’ category. This study weighs on the importance of understanding ’politcal dimension’ and ’process-oriented dimension,’ together with ’rational dimension’ and ’result-oriented dimension.’ 최근 부동산 가격의 급등과 고위공직자들의 다주택 보유 논란으로 인한 시민들의 심리적 박탈감이 고조되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ‘부동산 정책‘을 키워드로 2019년 8월부터 2020년 8월까지 게재된 트윗을 수집하여 토픽모델링 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 부동산 정책의 공간에서 시민의 인식은 ‘정책효과’, ‘정치적 평가’, ‘정책설계’ ‘정책결정자의 진실성’ 등 크게 4가지로 범주화되며, 가장 높은 비중을 차지하는 것은 ‘정책결정자의 진실성’ 범주인 것으로 나타났다. 이는 ‘합리적’이고 ‘결과’ 중심적인 이해만으로는 정책에 대한 시민의 태도를 온전히 설명하기 어려우며, ‘정치적’이고 ‘과정’ 중심적 차원에 대한 고찰 역시 중요함을 시사한다.

절식에 의한 흰쥐 췌장의 기능 및 구조 변화

Ultrastructural characteristics of the pancreatic acinus and the islet of Langerhans of Sprague-Dawley rats after 4-day fasting were observed. Food-restricted rats showed a low glucose concentration of blood. On transmission electron microscopy, acinar cells had well developed rough endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi complex and zymogen granules in control groups. In case of experimental groups, ecocytosis of zymogen material into the lumen obviously decreased, distribution of zymogen granules in cytoplasm was eccentric, and swellings of rough endoplasmic reticulum and nuclear envelope were observed. And, in control groups, many capillaries were present near islet of Langerhans and insulin secreting B cells or glucagon secreting A cells were observed. Meanwhile, ultrastructural changes including the swellings of nuclear envelope and rough endoplasmic reticulum and the decrease of secretory granules of endocrine cells in experimental groups. These results suggest that food deprivation altered the ultrastructure and function of pancreas in rat.

토피고에 따른 PC암거 부재에 미치는 항공기 하중 영향 분석

현재 지하에 매설되는 암거는 현장타설 형태보다 품질확보 및 유지관리에 우수하고, 특히 시공연장이 긴 경우 공기단축에 유리한 PC(Precast) 암거형태가 주로 시공되고 있다. 이러한 PC암거가 연약지반 위에 시공되거나 성토·절토 변곡부에 시공되는 경우 등 다양한 시공환경에 따라 배수암거의 부등침하가 예상될 수 있다. 이러한 부등침하가 발생되면 구조물에 균열 및 변형이 유발될 뿐만 아니라 나아가 구조물의 붕괴까지 초래할 수 있지만 실제 PC암거 구조물의 부등침하를 고려한 실험적인 연구나 평가는 어려운 실정이다(신창순, 2008). 따라서 PC암거 부재의 설계시 토피의 변화, 지반 및 하중조건 등 실제 시공조건을 면밀히 고려한 구조검토가 필요하다. 또한 도로에 작용하는 차량 활하중과 달리 일반적으로 항공기 활하중은 메인기어 각하중에 대한 접지폭에 따라 활하중을 산정하며(이경환, 2004), 이러한 Kogler의 근사해법에 따라 계산된 항공기의 하중 재하 구조는 일반적으로 암거의 매설깊이(토피고)가 증가함에 따라 비례하는 고정하중이나 토압과는 달리 <그림 2>와 같은 분포양상을 보이게 된다. 따라서 토피변화에 따른 항공기 하중에 대한 분포 특수성을 고려하여, PC암거의 구조안전성을 확보하는 것이 더 합리적인 부재설계가 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 설계항공기(b747-400)에 적합한 PC암거 부재설계를 위하여 범용 유한요소해석 프로그램인 Midas 2017를 이용하여 3D 구조해석을 수행하고, 토피 변화에 따른 항공기 하중분포를 적용하여 PC암거의 응력변화를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 지중에 매설되는 암거는 기타요인(콘크리트의 건조수축, 온도하중, 지반반력계수)에 의한 응력변화보다 토피고에 따른 항공기 활하중 분포<그림2>에 따라 응력변화가 주로 발생하게 된다. 특히 토피고 0.6m∼1.6m인 구간에서 항공기 활하중이 민감하게 변화되고, 1.6m 이상인 경우부터 토피고와 거의 반비례하는 것을 볼 수 있다. 따라서 항공기 활하중이 재하되는 PC암거 시공현장에서 토피고가 0.6m에서 1.6m사이 변화되는 구간에 PC암거 단면을 시공할 경우에는 최대 토피고를 고려하여 설계하기보다는 항공기하중이 최대인 지점에서의 하중을 고려하여 단면을 설계하는 것이 적정할 것으로 판단된다.

공무원의 정치적 중립 행태에 관한 실증 분석: 불편부당성, 정치적 대응성, 정치적 책임성을 중심으로

그동안 정치적 중립성은 상반되거나 다양한 의미로 사용되어왔는데, 경우에 따라서는 정치적으로 활용됨에 따라 정치적 중립을 논의함에 혼란이 가중되었다. 이러한 문제의식을 바탕으로 본 연구는 공무원의 정치적 중립행태를 불편부당성, 정치적 대응성, 정치적 책임성 등 세 가지 하위차원으로 제시한다. 불편부당성으로서의 정치적 중립은 정치적 상관이 누구이든 상관없이 동일한 태도를 유지하는 것, 정치적 대응성으로서의 정치적 중립은 정치적 상관의 명령을 자신의 신념과 같이 받아들이는 것, 그리고 정치적 책임성으로서의 정치적 중립은 정치적 상관의 명령을 자신의 공익관에 비추어 판단하고 나아가 저항하는 것을 의미한다. 이런 개념적 정의를 바탕으로 실증분석을 통해 정치적 인사개입과 공공봉사동기, 개인의 정치적 성향 등이 정치적 중립 행태에 영향을 미치는 요인임을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 정치적 중립성 개념 발전 뿐만 아니라 실증연구를 통해 실천적 함의를 도출하고자 하였다. Political neutrality has often been used with conflicting meanings by different researchers and in different cases due to conceptual ambiguity. The political use of the term has added to the confusion in discussing political neutrality. Based on an awareness of these problems, this study divides the political neutrality of civil servants into three dimensions: unbiasedness, political responsiveness, and political responsibility. Political neutrality as unbiasedness means maintaining the same attitude regardless of who the political superior is. Political neutrality as political responsiveness means taking orders from the political superior as one's own beliefs. Political neutrality as political responsibility means actively reflecting on and judging orders from superiors in the light of one’s own sense of public value. Our empirical analysis confirmed that political personnel intervention, public service motivation, and political orientation were factors affecting political neutrality. This suggests that civil servants can serve as the last resort for the protection of the public interest in a society of "political excessiveness." Finally, this study seeks to derive practical implications through empirical research as well as the development of the concept of political neutrality.
