손상으로 인한 사망자의 지역별 차이에 대한 HGLM을 이용한 연구

본 논문에서는 최근 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있는 손상으로 인한 사망 중 운수사고, 자살, 낙상사고에 의한 사망률에 대한 시 군 구 별 차이를 체계적으로 파악하고자 한다. 2008년 사망원인통계 원시 자료 중 19세 이상이면서, 국제사인분류에 따른 사인이 운수사고, 자살, 낙상사고에 의한 자료만을 추출하여 분석대상으로 고려하였다. 분석모형으로 성별, 연령, 1인당 주민세를 고정효과로 보정하고, 사망자수가 포아송분포를 따른다는 가정 하에 지역효과를 변량효과로 둔 포아송 HGLM 모형을 고려하여 시 군 구 소지역별 효과의 차이를 질병지도로 나타내었다. 분석결과 운수사고, 자살사고로 인한 사망률은 시 군 구 소지역별로 유의한 차이가 나타났지만, 낙상사고로 인한 사망률은 시 군 구 지역별로 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. In this paper, we systematically investigate regional differences of the dead due to injuries in cities, towns and counties about transportation accidents, suicides and fall accidents, which have recently been an important issue of health problems in Korea, The data are from the Annual Report on the Cause of Death Statistics in Korea in 2008. They include the deaths over the age 19 from transportation accidents, suicides and fall accidents with the criterion of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases. Poisson HGLM is applied to estimate the mortality rate under the assumption that the number of deaths follow a Poisson distribution, by considering regions as random effects and by adjusting age, sex and standardized residence tax as fixed effects. Using the results of random effects prediction, the regional differences in cities, counties and towns are marked in disease mapping. The results showed that there were significant regional differences of mortality rates for transportation accidents and suicides, but no significant differences for fall accidents.

Les études des libres penseurs et scientifiques ont montré que l'homme, ayant compris son environnement avec le son, l'odeur et la couleur et ayant fait l'apprentissage de la vie, a fait évoluer la civilisation. Elles nous enseignent que les organes des sens sont nécessaires à l'existence de l'homme ou à l'essence de l'homme. On sait que l'ouïe et la vue, parmi les cinq sens, entretiennent des rapports étroits avec les mathématiques et avec la musique. Ces sciences entrent dans la pensée noble. L'odorat, le tact et le goût, sont vulgaires. Par conséquent, les travaux à leur sujet n'ont guère avancé jusqu'au présent. Notre étude, à travers le film le Parfum , aura éclairé la relation entre l'odeur et l'existence du personnage, Grunuey. Malgré que l'odeur soit l'unité nécessaire et première pour se connaître soi-meme dans l'univers naturel, le personnage du film n'a aucun de l'odeur corporelle. Son non-odeur qui le distingue des autres le fait fantome, le non-existence. De ce fait, il s'est fait expulser de sa société et de sa culture. Pour récupérer son existence originelle, il devient de plus en plus le maniaque de meurtrier. Quand sa chasse du parfum se finit, Grunuey, enfin, est arrivé à se connai tre soi-meme dans l'univers humain. C'est l'existence dont, pour lui, l'odeur corporelle témoigne. Il veut aussi l'etre-là dès l'origine dans l'univers humain que les etres qui se trouvent dans l'univers naturel. Comme eux, il ne veut qu'etre aimé par la raison seule de l'existence. Le contemporain vit dans l'univers de la vue, dans laquelle si tout est bien perçu visuellement, tout est vrai. Le film le Parfum qui a pour thème l'odeur est exceptionnel pour le contemporain ou le spectateur, qui accept tout ce qui'il voit. L'odeur est surtout la caractéristique de la non-société qui est le contraire de la société intelligente et logique et la caractéritique de la non-culture qui est un élément animal. Nous évitons consciemment la mauvaise odeur dans la vie quotidienne. Mais l'odeur est à la fois la carte d'identité et la preuve d'exister dans l'univers naturel. L'existence des choses n'y a pas besoin d'être prouvée. Si elles existent, c'est raisonnable. Au contraire, l'homme doit parler, comprendre et agir pour persuader l'autre. Comme cela, on peut prouver son existence. Ce n'est pas raisonnable d'exister. Grunuey, il préfère demeurer l'etre-là plutot que de persuader l'autre pour vérifier l'existence.

IFRS 회계원리 교재의 사채 발행 회계처리 검토

[연구목적] 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 IFRS 회계원리 교재에 설명된 사채발행에 따른 회계처리를 검토하고 개선방안을 제시하는 것이다. [연구방법] 본 연구에서는 금융부채 관련 국제회계기준과 우리나라 IFRS 회계원리 교재의 사채 발행 회계처리 내용을 살펴보았다. 사채할인발행차금(또는 사채할증발행차금) 계정을 사용한 우리나라 IFRS 회계원리 교재의 사채 회계처리를 이해하기 위해서 사채 관련 우리나라 기업회계기준의 변천도 살펴보았다. 이어서 사채발행차금 계정 사용과 사채 순액 표시 등 사채 발행 회계처리 교육에 대해 논의를 하였다. [연구결과] 유효이자율법의 핵심원칙은 사채 기초 장부금액(상각후원가)의 일정 %(유효이자율)로 이자비용을 인식한다는 것이다. 이러한 유효이자율법의 핵심원칙을 이해한 학생들에게는 복잡하게 사채발행차금 계정을 사용하지 않고서 이자비용(실질이자)은 부채의 기초 상각후원가(장부금액)에 유효이자율을 곱한 금액이고, 이자비용과 이자 현금지급액(액면이자)의 차이는 회계기간의 이자 발생액(유효이자)을 미지급한 것이므로 부채(사채) 증가액(상각액)이라는 설명이 이해하기가 쉽다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구는 IFRS 회계원리 교재의 사채 회계처리 내용을 개선하는데 담론을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구결과를 통해 원칙중심인 IFRS의 특성을 이해하고, 사채발행에 따른 회계처리를 학생들이 쉽게 이해하도록 교육하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study is to review the accounting for bonds payable described in Korean IFRS principles of accounting textbooks and to suggest improvements. [Methodology] The IFRS related to financial liabilities and the accounting for bonds payable in those textbooks were reviewed. In order to understand the accounting for bonds payable in those textbooks, the changes in Korean accounting standards related to bonds were examined. [Findings] A core principle of the effective-interest method is that interest expense is recognized as a percentage of the underlying carrying amounts of the bonds payable. For students who understand the core principle of the effective interest rate method, it will be easier to understand the explanation of accounting for bonds payable, which is explained without using the discount (premium) on bonds payable account. Interest expense is the amount of the liability’s underlying amortized cost (carrying amount) multiplied by the effective interest rate. And the difference between interest expense and interest cash payment is the increase in debt because the interest accrued amount for the accounting period is not paid. [Implications] This study will be able to provide a discourse on improving explanation of the accounting for bonds payable in Korean IFRS principles of accounting textbooks. it is expected that it will help to understand the characteristics of principles-based IFRS and to educate students to understand the accounting for bonds payable more easily.

법인세법상 손익귀속시기 관련 규정 검토 및 개선방안

[연구목적] 본 연구의 목적은 손익귀속시기와 관련된 법인세법 규정을 검토하고 개선방안을 제시하는 것이다. [연구방법] 본 연구에서는 손익귀속시기 관련 법령․판례 및 개념체계 · 회계기준 분석을 통해 권리확정주의와 발생기준의 관계를 검토하고, 미국 세법의 채무확정기준과 발생기준을 비교분석 하였다. 이를 토대로 현행 법령의 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하였다. [연구결과] 익금의 귀속시기와 관련해서 판례에서 말하는 권리확정주의는 발생기준(또는 실현주의)과 그 의미가 실질적으로 같다. 채무확정기준을 충족하지 못하는 일부 충당부채 등을 제외하고, 익금이 확정된 시기에 대응시키는 것으로 법령에 정한 매출원가 · 용역원가 및 자산 처분원가뿐만 아니라 대부분 손금의 귀속시기는 발생기준과 같다. 따라서 발생기준과 중복되는 법령을 삭제하고, 손익의 귀속시기는 법령에서 달리 규정하고 있는 경우를 제외하고 기업회계기준에 따른다고 규정할 필요가 있다. 손금의 확정을 명확히 하기 위해 미국 세법의 채무확정기준을 토대로 이를 법령에 규정할 필요가 있다. 공평과세등 법률적 관점에서 문제가 있어 특별히 기업회계기준과 달리 적용해야 할 타당하고 명확한 이유가 있는 사항에 관해서는 법령에 달리 규정하면 될 것이다. [연구의 시사점] 이러한 개선방안은 손익의 귀속시기에 관하여 법령에 달리 규정된 사항을 제외하고는 기업회계기준 또는 관행에 따른다는 법인세법 규정에 부합한다. 향후 법인세법의 개념적 체계 구축과 관련된 많은 논의가 필요하다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study is to review the Korean corporate tax law related to recognition of income and to suggest improvement plans. [Methodology] In this study, the relationship between the “doctrine of fixed rights” (the Doctrine) and the accrual basis is reviewed through analysis of laws, Korean case law, conceptual framework, and IFRS, and comparative analyzes were conducted between the all-events test in the US tax law and accrual basis. [Findings] The definition of the Doctrine in Korean case law has substantially the same meaning as the accrual basis (or realization principle). Excluding some provisions that do not meet the all-events test, the cost of sales, service costs, and asset disposal costs, as well as most of the deductibles, are the same as the accrual basis. Therefore it is necessary to delete the laws and regulations that overlap with the accrual basis, and to stipulate that recognition of income is in accordance with the accounting standards, unless otherwise stipulated in the laws and regulations. [Implications] These plans are consistent with the rule that that the timing of recognition comply with accounting standards except for matters otherwise stipulated in the laws. A lots of discussion is needed regarding the establishment of the conceptual framework of the corporate tax law.

21세기 들어 국내 영화ㆍ드라마산업이 관광산업 발전에 기여하면서 지방자치단체는 영화ㆍ드라마 촬영을 지역에 유치하는데 많은 관심을 기울이고 있다. 지역 내영화ㆍ드라마 로케이션 촬영은 지역과 연관된 유관산업들을 활성화시키고, 직접적인 소득 증대 및 고용 창출 등의 경제효과에 이바지 한다. 이에 각 지자체들은 재정자립도가 낮음에도 불구하고, 성공가능성의 위험을 안은 채 경쟁적으로 막대한 예산을 투입해 야외촬영장을 건립하거나 이를 확장하여 영상단지 건립에 매진하고 있다. 그러나 지방자치단체의 영화ㆍ드라마산업 투자는 국내 영화ㆍ드라마산업 경쟁력 향상과 자원 효율성 측면에서 볼 때, 관련 투자가 원칙에 따라 이루어지는 것이 아니고, 작품별로 영화나 드라마 제작사와 지방자치단체의 이해관계로 촬영 기반시설이 조성되고 있기 때문에 중복투자를 피할 수 없다. 본 연구는 최근 지자체들의 영화ㆍ드라마 유치의 치열한 경쟁 구도 속에서 지자체들이 설립한 영화ㆍ드라마 촬영 기반시설들의 효율적인 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 구체적으로 국내외 촬영 기반시설들의 환경을 분석하고, 지역의 로케이션 촬영과 촬영 기반시설이 지역 경제에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 보다 거시적이고 장기적인 관점에서 전주영화종합촬영소의 바람직한 발전방향과 선진화된 운영 방안을 제시하고자 한다. With the domestic film and drama industry contributing to the advancement of the tourism industry in the 21st century, local governments have significant interest in attracting the film and drama location to local areas. When filming the movies and dramas in the locality, the integrated industries are facilitated to have significant economic effect, such as, direct income increase, employment generation and others by activate movement for the locality. Now, attraction of movie and drama filming locations in each region has become a great strategy to the advancement of the local economy, and each local government places enormous budget to establish outdoor film set or expand it to fully focus on film complex even when each has low financial independence. Looking into the efficiency point of view for resource and improvement of domestic movie and drama industrial competitiveness, this study is to consider the economic feasibility of investment by local government. Investment of the current local government has built the filming based facilities with the interest relationship of local government and film and drama manufacturing companies rather than the principle of economic feasibility. This research is to present efficient facilitation plan for film and drama base facilities established by local governments under the fierce competition scheme of attracting film and drama attraction in recent days. In concrete terms, it analyzes the environment of domestic and overseas filming-based facilities, finds out the influence of the location filming and filming based facilities of the locality on the local economy, and presents the desired advancement direction and advanced operation plan of Jeonju Film Studio Complex under the macro and long term point of view.

『클로드 괴』와 위고의 민중

Victor Hugo avait cru devoir raconter en detail l`histoire de Claude Gueux condamne a mort pour que soit resolu le grand probleme du peuple au dix-neuvieme siecle. Il a ecrit, sur la base de l`affaire presentee dans La Gazzette des tribunaux, ce roman dans lequel on peut trouver les problemes de l`education, de l`inegalite des richesses, (de ce fait) de la hierarchie sociale. Claude Gueux a, en fait, parle pour les disgracies de la fortune dans ce roman, par exemple le mepris pour l`homme mal eduque, le decalage entre riches et pauvres et l`assujettissement entre la domination et le domine, etc. Des personnages du Claude Gueux ont souvent ete montrees dans les oeuvres hugoliennes comme Satyre, Les travailleurs de la mer, Quatrevingt-treize, Les miserables, etc. Ces personnages, leur me me crime, defaut et erreur prouvent `quelle est la preoccupation predominante de Victor Hugo?` Notre etude a questionne la motivation de leur crime cause par la pauvrete, l`ignorance et l`avenir sans espoir, on pourrait arriver a la comprehension correcte du peuple et a l`entrave de son destin infortune; "Pourquoi cet homme a-t-il vole? Pourquoi cet homme a-t-il tue? Voila deux questions auxquelles ils ne repondent pas". Cet article a cherche a voir la verite ontologique du peuple. Le peuple a existe depuis la communaute primitive, s`est transforme selon l`epoque, et jusqu`a present est encore dans toutes les bouches comme plusieurs symboles et mythes. Generalement la notion du peuple est issue de la cogitation autoritaire de la hierarchisation, la materialisation et la structuration, mais, a travers cette etude(le crime et la crise du sacre, le crime et l`entente desequilibre sociale, le crime et le droit a l`education), on va voir disparai tre totalement la notion de sous-evaluation(mepris) du peuple ancien et renai tre celle du peuple hugolien par un predicat nouveau. Si l`on voit quel est le rapport du crime de Claude Gueux avec la religion, la morale et la societe, la notion de peuple hugolien serait naturellement etablie. Ils ne sont pas l`objet de la classification, ni celui de surveillance et punition, et non plus celui d`une enque te par le discours police de l`influence dominante. Ils sont des e tres purs et sacres.
