        Spondylolysis and spondylolisthesis are two conditions that directly involve changes in the vertebra. Spondylolysis is defined as a defect in the pars interarticularis, the region of the lamina between the superior and inferior articular facets. Progression of the defect can result in spondylolisthesis, which is defined as a subluxation or 'slippage' of two adjacent vertebrae. In the low back it occurs most commonly at the lumbosacral level; next in frequency is spondylolisthesis of the fourth lumbar vertebra on the fifth. To provide the reader with information about the aetiology and anatomical consideration of spondylolysis and spondylolisthesis type. Spondylolisthesis has recently been classified by Wiltse and others into five types based on the suspected aetiology; dysplastic, isthmic, degenerative, posttraumatic, pathologic and postsurgical. Of these five types, isthmic spondylolisthesi and degenerative spondylolisthesis, both of which are frequently associated with low back and lower limb pain.

        표면근전도를 이용한 신경근 전기자극 치료변수에 따른 근피로도 분석

        Purpose: This study was conducted in order to determine the stimulation variables which should be considered when neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) is applied for a muscle under the normal innervation to minimize muscle fatigue and increase force-generating ability. Methods: A total of 23 healthy men participated in the study and all subjects were randomly assigned to the 1:1 group, 1:3 group, 1:5 group, and control group with on-off ratio of NMES. The subjects performed a fatigue task, consisting of 10 times of isometric contraction sustained by NMES. NMES using Russian current stimulation was applied to muscle fatigue and divided into three sessions by pulse frequency (10 bps, 30 bps, 90 bps). The EMG was recorded using an MP 100 system from the quadriceps femoris muscle in four groups. Results: The differences of delta MdF and delta MF of between on-off ratio groups of 10 bps, 30 bps, and 90 bps pulse frequencies were very significant (p<0.05). According to the results of post hoc of 10, 90 bps, it was greater in the 1:1 group and the 1:3 group compared with the 1:5 group, and no fatigue was observed in the control group. In 30 bps, it was greater in the 1:1 group compared with 1:3, 1:5, and control group (p<.05). Conclusion: Among NMES variables to minimize muscle fatigue, the larger on-off ratio by pulse frequency showed the lower muscle fatigue. Therefore, on-off ratio needs to be great enough, and will be more efficient with the frequency 30 bps rather than of 10 bps and 90 bps.

        개량형 가동보에 적용하기 위한 하이브리드 강판/GFRP 패널 게이트의 강판게이트 표면형상에 따른 휨 및 계면 부착 특성 평가

        The purpose of this study was to improved the durability of a improved movable weir by replacing the improved movable weir's metal gate with a hybrid steel/glass fiber reinforced polymer composites panel gate. Because the metal gate of a improved movable weir is always in contact with water, its service life is shortened by corrosion. This study made four type of hybrid steel/glass fiber reinforced polymer composites panel gate with different steel gate surface deformation (control, sand blast, scratch and hole), flexural. Fracture properties tests were performed depending on the steel gate surface deformation. According to the test results, the flexural behavior, flexural strength and fracture properties of hybrid steel/glass fiber reinforced polymer composites panel gate was affected by the steel panel gate surface deformation. Also, the sand blast type hybrid steel/glass fiber reinforced polymer composites panel gate shows vastly superior flexural and fracture performance compared to other types.

      • 선형 사진트리로 표현된 이진 영상의 면적과 둘레 길이를 계산하기 위한 상수시간 RMESH 알고리즘

        계층적 자료구조인 사진트리는 이진 영상을 표현하는데 매우 중요한 자료구조이다. 사진트리를 메모리에 저장하는 방법중 선형 사진트리 표현 방법은 다른 표현 방법과 비교할 때 저장 공간을 매우 효율적으로 절약할 수 있는 이점이 있기 때문에 사진트리와 관련된 연산의 수행을 위해 선형 사진트리를 사용하는 효율적인 알고리즘 개발에 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 REMSH(Reconfigurable MESH) 구조에서 3-차원 n$\times$n$\times$n 프로세서를 사용하여 선형 사진트리로 표현된 이진 영상의 면적과 둘레 길이를 계산하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이 알고리즘은 0(1) 시간 복잡도를 갖는다.

        목말밑관절 가동범위 측정방법에 관한 연구

        Purpose: This study aimed to determine whether there are differences in subtalar joint range of motion (ROM) when using different measurement methods, and to determine inter- and intra-rater reliability of goniometry as used in clinical setting. Methods: Subjects were thirty-one healthy males and females (sixty-two ankles) living in Korea. Three raters with different clinical experiences measured inversion and eversion range of motion of the subtalar joint two times. Measurements were done with subjects prone (open kinetic chain) and standing (closed kinetic chain). Rater and measurement methods were based on analyzing differences in range of motion. Intra-class correlation coefficients (ICCs) were calculated to determine intra-rater and inter-rater reliability. Results: Mean subtalar jont range of motion for inversion ranged from $9.31^{\circ}$ to $11.94^{\circ}$ for eversion, it ranged from $6.73^{\circ}$ to $9.20^{\circ}$. The differences in ROM between raters and between measurement methods were significant (p<0.01). The ICCs for interrater reliability ranged from $0.02^{\circ}$ to $0.20^{\circ}$ for inversion and from $0.23^{\circ}$ to $0.39^{\circ}$ for eversion. Intrarater reliability ranged from $0.32^{\circ}$ to $0.78^{\circ}$ for inversion and from $0.45^{\circ}$ to $0.73^{\circ}$ for eversion. Conclusion: Subtalar joint inversion and eversion ROM show differences for measurement methods low reliability between different raters, and low to high intra-rater reliability within sessions.

        현대사회는 산업화 이후로 기업이 경제주체의 큰 축이 되어있으며, 지역사회공헌, 윤리경영 등 사회 및 경제주체로서의 기업의 역할이 증대되고 있다. 또한 기업이 개인뿐만아니라 각종 사회집단들과 밀접하게 연관 되어 있으며, 물리적으로도 사회속에서 차지하는 비중이 커지고 재난 시 사회에 끼치는 영향력이 증가하였다. 재난재해와 관련해서 이러한 기업의 사회적 비중과 영향력의 증가는 기업에 발생하는 재난재해가 순식간에 사회적 재난으로 확대될 가능성이 높아진다는 것을 의미하며, 이러한 이유로 기업의 재난대응능력을 제고할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 소방기본법에 의한 소방조직, 민방위기본법에 의한 민방위대, 재난 및 안전관리 기본법에 의한 재난대응조직 등 각종 법률에서 기업에 요구하는 재난관련 대응조직을 통합하여 실용성있는 조직모 델을 제시하여 기업의 재난대응능력을 제고하고자 연구되었다. In present-day society, Company become a big part of economy itself. Company roles, such as area social contribution and ethical management, etc., as society and economy itself is on the increase. Company is rerated with individual as well as all social group and growing in percentage of importance in society physically. Influence of company increased in case of disasters. In connection with disasters, increase of importance and influence in society means that disasters in company escalate into social disaster speedfully. For that reason, it is necessary to raise company s disaster reponse capacity. In this study, we suggest a way for a effective company s disaster response organization to integrate conpany s disaster response organizations reqired legally, such as fire fighting organization by FRAMEWORK ACT ON FIRE SERVICES, civil defence organization by FRAMEWORK ACT ON CIVIL DEFENSE and BCP organization by FRAMEWORK ACT ON THE MANAGEMENT OF DISASTERS AND SAFETY, into original business organization.
