        유한체상의 여분기저를 사용한 효율적인 멀티플렉서 기반 AB² 곱셈기

        In this paper, we propose a multiplexer based scheme that performs modular AB² multiplication using redundant basis over finite field. Then we propose an efficient multiplexer based semi-systolic AB² multiplier using proposed scheme. We derive a method that allows the multiplexers to perform the operations in the cell of the modular AB2 multiplier. The cell of the multiplier is implemented using multiplexers to reduce cell latency. As compared to the existing related structures, the proposed AB² multiplier saves about 80.9%, 61.8%, 61.8%, and 9.5% AT complexity of the multipliers of Liu et al., Lee et al., Ting et al., and Kim-Kim, respectively. Therefore, the proposed multiplier is well suited for VLSI implementation and can be easily applied to various applications.

      • Ray tracing simulation of SCOTS test for GMT secondary mirror

        We present SCOTS test simulation for on axis segment of the GMT secondary mirror that is ellipsoidal shape surface of 1.064m in diameter, 4.166747m in radius of curvature, -0.7154 in conic constant and $18.023{\mu}m$ P-V in asphericity. SCOTS test comprises a screen(diffusing sinusoidal fringe source), test surface(GMT secondary mirror), and a camera(CCD detector). We report ray tracing simulation result that is distorted sinusoidal fringe pattern detected at the camera. This simulation is to be used for analysis of experimental design, sensitivity from uncertainty, errors on fabrication and design.

        Low-area Bit-parallel Systolic Array for Multiplication and Square over Finite Fields

        In this paper, we derive a common computational part in an algorithm that can simultaneously perform multiplication and square over finite fields, and propose a low-area bit-parallel systolic array that reduces hardware through sequential processing. The proposed systolic array has less space and area-time (AT) complexity than the existing related arrays. In detail, the proposed systolic array saves about 48% and 44% of Choi-Lee and Kim-Kim’s systolic arrays in terms of area complexity, and about 74% and 44% in AT complexity. Therefore, the proposed systolic array is suitable for VLSI implementation and can be applied as a basic component in hardware constrained environment such as IoT.

        이앙전작 청예작물 재배에 관한 연구 1 . 이앙전작 청예 옥수수의 예취 시기가 후작 ( 수도작 ) 의 생육 및 수량에 미치는 영향

        This experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of the cutting stages on the yield of soiling corn (previous crop), and the characteristics and the yield of paddy rice (following crop) to set up the reasonable crop rotation system on following paddy field in she southern area. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The height of soiling corn was higher as the cutting stage was prolonged. 2. The highest yield (7,445 ㎏/10a) was in the plot cut on 23, June among cutting stages. The yield of the plot cut on 3, June was less then three plots cut 13 June, 23 June and 30 June, `There was no significant differences between two plots cut on 23 June and 30 June. 3. The highest dry matter yield(1388.91 ㎏/ l0a) was in the plot cut on 30 June of all. There were significant differences (p$lt;0.01) on the dry matter yield of each plot. It was increased as the growth stage was prolonged. 4. Rice growth (Milyang 15), following crop transplanted on 23 June, was no difference as compared with that of the common cultivation transplanted on 18 June. However, the same crop transplanted after June 23 was not grown well. 5. The highest rice yield (570.36㎏/l0a) was in the plot transplanted on 13 June the plot transplanted on 3 June produced more yield than two plots transplanted on 23 June and 18 June and(common cultivation)and the plots transplanted on 23 June and after 18 June were less than others in the rice yield. Therefore, it may be concluded that there was no difficulties on the production and the growth of rice cultivation after soiling corn cultivation when rice paddy was transplanted before 23 June in the southern area.

        조현병(調鉉病) : 뇌 연결성의 장애

        Objectives We reviewed cellular and synaptic dysconnectivity, disturbances in micro- and macro- circuitries, and neurodevelopmentally-derived disruptions of neural connectivity in the pathogenesis of schizophrenia. Method We reviewed the selected articles about disturbances in neural circuits which had been proposed as a pathogenetic mechanism of schizophrenia. Results The literature review reveals that schizophrenia may be a disease related to disturbance in neurodevelopmental mechanism, shown as 'a misconnection syndrome of neural circuit or neural network'. In descriptive psychopathological view, definition of a disorder of brain connectivity has limitation to explain other aspects of schizophrenia including deterministic strictness in thought process. Conclusion Schizophrenia is considered as a disorder of brain connectivity as well as a neurodevelopmental disorder related with genetic and environmental factors. We could make a suggestion that "JoHyeonByung (attunement disorder)" denotes the disturbances of psychic fine-tuning which correspond to the neural correlates of brain dysconnectivity metaphorically.

        기약 AOP를 이용한 GF(2<sup>m</sup>)상의 낮은 지연시간의 시스톨릭 곱셈기

        Efficient finite field arithmetic is essential for fast implementation of error correcting codes and cryptographic applications. Among the arithmetic operations over finite fields, the multiplication is one of the basic arithmetic operations. Therefore an efficient design of a finite field multiplier is required. In this paper, two new bit-parallel systolic multipliers for $GF(2^m)$ fields defined by AOP(all-one polynomial) have proposed. The proposed multipliers have a little bit greater space complexity but save at least 22% area complexity and 13% area-time (AT) complexity as compared to the existing multipliers using AOP. As compared to related works, we have shown that our multipliers have lower area-time complexity, cell delay, and latency. So, we expect that our multipliers are well suited to VLSI implementation.

        Microwave Assisted N-Alkenyl Condensation between Pyrrolidine-2-thione and Various Aldehydes

        A series of N-alkenyl pyrrolidine-2-thiones were synthesized by the reaction between pyrrolidine-2-thione and various aldehydes such as n-propanal, isopropanal, n-butanal, n-hexanal, n-octanal and phenylacetaldehyde in 32-86% yields using microwave irradiation technique. Only one structural E isomers were predominantly formed within 15 minutes in chlorobenezene?/p-toluenesulfonic acid monohydrate.

        율무의 사료적 가치에 관한 연구 1 . 파종시기가 율무의 생육 및 조곡생산에 미치는 영향

        This experiment was carried out to investigate the seeding period on the characteristics and grain production of Coix lacryma L. The results obtained are as follows: 1. The height of plants, leaf-size and number of tiller were higher in the treatment sown from late March to late April than in the treatment sown in May. 2. The height of plant was decreased as the seeding period progressed. However the number of seed per plant was increased as the seeding period progressed. 3. A highly (p$lt;0.001) significant difference was found in the production of grain according to the seeding periods. The treatment sown March 20 and April 8 produced 709.3㎏ and 681㎏ of grain per 10a, respectively and produced the highest amount among all the treatments. However the production of grain in the, treatments sown after May was decreased. 4. Average rice cleaning of Coix lachryma L. was 40%. 5. According to this experiment, the moderate seeding period of Coix lacryma L. was from late May to late April. 6. The crude protein of grain of Coix lacryma L. was 16.47%. Therefore it may be concluded that Coix lacryma L. can be used as a feed and food.

        공격성의 신경생물학

        Aggression can be defined as 'behavior intended to harm another' which can be seen both from humans and animals. However, trying to understand aggression in a simplistic view may make it difficult to develop an integrated approach. So, we tried to explain aggression in a multidisciplinary approach, affected by various factors such as neuroanatomical structures, neurotransmitter, genes, and sex hormone. Parallel with animal models, human aggression can be understood with two phenomena, offensive aggression and defensive aggression. Neurobiological model of aggression give a chance to explain aggression with an imbalance between prefrontal regulatory influences and hyper-reactivity of the subcortical areas involved in affective evaluation, finally in an aspect of brain organization. Serotonin and GABA usually inhibit aggression and norepinephrine while glutamate and dopamine precipitate aggressive behavior. As there is no one gene which has been identified as a cause of aggression, functions between gene to gene interaction and gene to environment interaction are being magnified. Contributions of sex hormone to aggression, especially molecular biologic interaction of testosterone and regulation of estrogen receptor have been emphasized during the research on aggression. This multidisciplinary approach on aggression with types, neurochemical bases, and animal models can bring integrated interpretation on aggression.

        유한체상의 효율적인 세미-시스톨릭 AB² 곱셈기

        In this paper, we propose an efficient AB² multiplication algorithm using SPB(shifted polynomial basis) over finite fields. Using the feature of the SPB, we split the equation for AB² multiplication into two parts. The two partitioned equations are executable at the same time, and we derive an algorithm that processes them in parallel. Then we propose an efficient semi-systolic AB² multiplier based on the proposed algorithm. The proposed multiplier has less area-time (AT) complexity than related multipliers. In detail, the proposed AB² multiplier saves about 94%, 87%, 86% and 83% of the AT complexity of the multipliers of Wei, Wang-Guo, Kim-Lee, Choi-Lee, respectively. Therefore, the proposed multiplier is suitable for VLSI implementation and can be easily adopted as the basic building block for various applications.
