정신분열병 환자의 사회기술에 대한 조망적 사회기술훈련과 행동적 사회기술훈련 비교

The purpose of this study was to test the effect of perspective social skill training on improvement of conversational skill, interpersonal relationship and assertive behavior of patients with schizophrenia compared with the that of behavioral social skill training. The data were collected from November 24, 2010 to January 27, 2011. There were 17 people in experimental group and 16 people in control group. Social skill training were conducted the experimental group and the control group during 10 weeks, once a week, 60 minutes for each session. The collected data were analyzed with t-test, chi-square test and Fisher's exact test using the SPSS WIN 18.0 program. Experimental group in perspective social skill training showed us a statistically significant differences as compared with before the participation in conversational skill (t=-3.456, p<.003) and interpersonal relationship (t=3.323, p=.004). On the other hand, assertive behavior of experimental group made no differences as compared with control group (t=-.598, p=.554). The findings from this study proves that perspective social skill training should be used in clinical practice as an effective nursing intervention for improvement of patients with schizophrenia social skill and interpersonal relationship. 본 연구는 낮병원에 등록된 정신분열병 환자를 대상으로 조망적 사회기술훈련이 정신분열병 환자의 대화기술, 대인관계 및 주장행동에 미치는 효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 자료수집은 2010년 11월 24일부터 2011년 1월 27일까지 B시에 소재하고 있는 Y 낮병원과 D 낮병원에 등록한 정신분열병 환자를 대상으로 최종 실험군 17명, 대조군 16명이 포함되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN 18.0을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, t-검정(t-test), 카이제곱검정(chi-square test), Fisher 정확검정(Fisher's exact test), 독립이표본 t-검정(independent two-sample t-test)으로 분석하였다. 조망적 사회기술훈련 실시 후 실험군은 대조군에 비해 대화기술(t=-3.456, p<.003)과 대인관계(t=3.323, p=.004)는 향상되었으나 주장행동은 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 조망적 사회기술훈련을 통해 습득된 대화기술, 대인관계가 실제생활에서 지속될 수 있도록 돕기 위한 재교육의 필요성을 확인하기 위한 종단적 연구를 실시하는 게 필요하다.

이메일은 언제 어디서나 실시간으로 전송될 수 있는 이점으로 인하여 그 역할이 증대되어 왔 다. 하지만, 오늘날 이메일 보안 위협은 점차 지능적으로 특정 기관에 대한 공격으로 변화되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 위협 대응에는 많은 한계가 있다. 따라서 이메일의 개념을 파악하고, 나 날이 변화하는 정보기술 환경 변화속에서 발전되는 차세대 이메일 서비스 체게를 정립하고자 한다. 이를 토대로 이메일 환경에 대한 악의적 공격기술인 악성코드, 사회공학기법을 이용한 해 킹 공격, 하이브리드 웜, 바이러스, 중요 메시지 갈취, 비인가된 계정 접근 등에 대한 정보를 수 집하여, 공격 양상 변화 과정 파악 및 분류 체계를 정립하고 향후 변화 방향을 분석한다. E-mail’s role has been increased due to its merit which is sending demanded information in real-time anywhere, anytime. However, Today’s E-mail security threats have being changed intelligently to attack against the specific agency. The threat is a limit to respond. Therefore precise definition and development of security technology is needed to analyze changing environment and technologies of e-mail so that remove fundamental security threat.we proposed Next Generation E-mail System Security Structure and the Next Generation fusion System using authentication As a result, in this study, we development of Next Generation E-mail System Security Structure. This system can protect E-mail user from social engineering hacking technique, spam, virus, malicious code and fabrication.

지난 2003년 1월 25일 인터넷 마비사고와 2004년 주요 국가기관 해킹사건을 겪으면서 사이버위협의 파괴력이 국가안보에 직접적이고 심각하게 위협하는 단계에까지 도달하였다. 그래서 사이버테러나 사이버전(cyber warfare)은 더 이상 가상적 상황이 아닌 현실적이며, 실체적인 안보상황으로 상대국의 군사지휘체계는 물론 통신, 에너지, 금융, 수송체계 등 국가 주요기능 무력화의 전쟁 개념의 확대로 재인식되고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 정보전, 정보작전, 네트워크 중심전 등 혼재된 유사 용어들 속에서 사이버전에 대한 명확한 개념 정립 필요하고 각 국의 사이버전 동향 분석 및 국내 사이버전 현황 분석을 통해 문제점을 식별, 보완책 마련이 필요하다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 국가적 위기를 효율적으로 관리하고, 효과적이며 능동적으로 사이버전을 수행할 수 있는 발전방향과 상대적으로 사이버전 관련 기술 및 전문 인력 운영적측면에서 열세에 놓여있는 군의 사이버전 수행체계에 대한 혁신방향을 연구를 하였다. So Cyber terror and Cyber warfare is not the hypothetical enemy situation. It is more actual security situation and identify as magnification of warfare concept of incapacitation national important ability include military command system of the adversary, communication, energy, finance and transportation system. consequently, with the progress of cyber threat, it is necessary that looking at a number of general plan to make up for the weak points in cyber warfare operation system. Thus, the focus of this study is to examine new ways of developing a comprehensive cyber security management system.

정보화 시대의 요구에 대한 교육적 대응은 학습자중심의 교육이며, 정보통신 기술을 기반으로 한 원격 교육이다. WBI(Web Based Instruction)는 웹을 매체로 활용하여 원거리에 있는 학습자를 교육시키는 형태로서 교수자와 학습자간 상호작용을 가능하게 하고, 다양한 형태의 학습 자료를 제공하며, 공간적 제약을 극복할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 차세대 웹 표준문서 포맷으로 부상되고 있는 XML(eXtensible Markup Language)을 사용한 규격에 대한 국내외적인 표준화 작업이 가속화되고 있으며, 최근 XML 보안에 대한 연구가 활성화 되고 있다. XML 보안은 XML 엘리먼트 암호화, XML 전자서명, XML 접근제어 등으로 분류되는데 특히 XML 전자서명은 XML문서를 이용하는 여러 분야에 사용되어 전자서명 시스템간의 상호 연동성을 높일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹상에서 사용되어지는 공인인증서에 대한 사용자의 ID, PW로 인한 보안적 측면을 고려한 방법으로 XML 전자서명 기법을 이용한 다중인식 원격교육 에이전트 시스템을 제안 하였다. Internet becomes absolutely necessary tools due to rapid progress of information technology. Educational correspondence about an age of information demand is focused on a learner and remote education based on information technology WBI(Web Based Instruction) is a formation that remotly educate a learner using web, possible mutual reaction between instructor and learner, submit various studying material, has a good point to overcome spatial restriction. Internal and external standardization working is accelerated and recently XML security studies are activated using XML which is next generation web standard document format. In this paper, we propose multi-Certification of agent system using XML digital signature to satisfy security requirement.
