The compositions of amino acids, minerals and carbohydrates of bulls milk from 3milk plants were investigated monthly as a link in the chain of the effort to form the standard composition table of Korean raw milk. The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. The contents of leucine in the essential amino acids, glutamic acid in the non-essential amino acids were the highest as 284 and 720㎎%, respectively. 2. The content of K was the Mghest as 0.34% in the minerals and Ca and P were 0.13 and 0.10%, respectively. 3. As the carbohydrates, the contents of lactose and glucose were 4.64 and 0.07%, respectively and also galactose and fructose were detected in extremely small quantities.
