        In final assembly shops of automotive companies, process planning is performed concurrently before completing new design. Complex business process is inevitable to reduce development period for new cars in the manner of concurrent and collaborative engineering. Consequently engineers should compare old input with updated information and update their results an all times. Complete assembly process planner, and a process planner should provide his results for other planners in real time when many planners work together for a same shop. They have to communicate and cooperate each other continuously. In this paper, the web-based collaborative process planning system for automotive final assembly shops is developed. Using this system, savings in time and cost on process planning for final assembly are possible.

        전시문화 산업의 전문인력양성 방안과 전망

        전시산업은 국가 및 지역경쟁력 차원에서 무역인프라 확충뿐 아니라 전시개최 관련기업들에게 고부가가치의 서비스산업으로 발전하는 계기를 마련하므로 이미 선진국을 중심으로 국가적 중추산업으로 육성하여 왔다. 우리나라도 최근들어 전시산업이 국가 전략산업으로 인식되었고 그 발전을 위한 제도적 기반이 구축되고 있는 상황으로 본 연구에서는 전시 문화산업의 인력양성을 목표로 이에 대한 방안과 전망을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 첫째, 국내 전시문화 산업의 동향과 특징을 살폈다. 둘째, 국내전시문화 산업의 인력양성 현황을 국내대학 관련학과를 토대로 분석하였으며 문제점을 도출하였다. 셋째로 해외전시 문화산업의 인력양성 현황을 조사하였다. 미국과 유럽, 아시아를 중심으로 인력양성 프로그램을 살펴보았고 벤치마킹할 수 있는 이점을 서술하였다. 넷째, 디지털시대에 따른 전시문화의 패러다임을 살펴보았다. 특히 멀티미디어 기반의 과학전시는 관객이 더욱 체험화 할수 있고 쌍방향적인 관계로 전환이 되고 있음을 알수 있었다. 이렇듯 전술된 것들을 토대로 국가발전의 동력과 첨단전시문화 산업화를 위해서는 교육과 R&D가 연계된 전시전문 인력양성이 시급히 요청됨을 알수 있었고 시사점과 기대효과를 도출할수 있었다. The Exhibition Industry has supplied not only expansion of trade infrastructure and raised national competitiveness but also created the momentum necessary for the development of exhibition-related companies into a high value-added service industry. The Exhibition Industry has already become pivotal to our building of an advanced contry. It`s been recognized as a strategic component with institutional foundation laying the groundwork for further development. I would like to offer a prospective study on the future of professional training. First, I have studied trends and characteristic of the cultural exhibition industry in korea Second, by studying and analyzing the status of professional training within related university departments. Using results from research on the trends and characterstics of foreign cultural exhibition industrys and their training programs. I hope to show the bene fits of benchmarking training programs American, Europe and Asian. Forthly, Also of importnce is the cultural exihibition industry in the context of the Digital Era. This has allowed audiences at scientific exihibitions to interact using multimedia in new ways. As a result of this research it`s been found that pro-training. Cultural exhibition industry needs to become related with education and R&D to produce an industrialized high-tech exhibition industry.

        과학문화산업 활성화를 위한 디자인 활용방안 고찰

        21c에 접어들면서 미래의 국가역량 척도를 재는 기준으로 과학기술이 더욱 주목받고 있다. 미래경쟁의 핵심요소인 과학기술을 차별화하고 효과적으로 발전시키기 위해서 전 국민적 이해와 지지를 얻는 것이 가장 최우선의 과제라고 할 수 있다. 이를 위해서는 거시적이고 미시적인 측면에서 대 국민 홍보가 이루어져야 한다. 과학기술의 발전단계를 한 눈에 볼 수 있는 공간마련과 함께 과학기술의 문화적 측면을 부각시켜 더 이상 어려운 학문이 아닌 우리의 생활로 받아들여지도록 해야 할 것이다. 이는 디자인이 우리의 생활문화에 밀접하게 연계되어 있는 것과 마찬가지로 자연스럽게 흡수되도록 해야 할 것이다. 과학과 디자인은 별개의 것이 아닌 문화라는 공통분모를 가지고 있다. 보다 접근하기 쉬운 문화인 디자인을 활용해 과학문화산업을 활성화 시킬 수 있을 것이다. 이에 다양한 사례조사를 통해 과학문화산업의 활성화를 위해 나아갈 방향을 모색해 보기로 하겠다. 21c It approaches and the scientific technique the attention is receiving more in the standard which measures the national ability scale of future.       • 급수가열기 추기노즐 충격판 주변의 동체감육 현상규명을 위한 연구

        Feedwater heaters of many nuclear power plants have recently experienced severe wall thinning damage, which will increase as operating time progresses. Several nuclear power plants in Korea have experienced wall thinning damage in the area around the impingement baffle - installed downstream of the high pressure turbine extraction steam line - inside number 5A and 5B feedwater heaters. At that point, the extracted steam from the high pressure turbine is two phase fluid at high temperature, high pressure, and high speed. Since it flows in reverse direction after impinging the impingement baffle, the shell wall of the number 5 high pressure feedwater heater may be affected by flow-accelerated corrosion. This paper describes the comparisons between the numerical analysis results using the FLUENT code and the down scale experimental data in an effort to determine root causes of the shell wall thinning of the high pressure feedwater heaters. The numerical analysis and experimental data were also confirmed by actual wall thickness measured by an ultrasonic test.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the volatile compounds and quality trait of m. biceps femoris from pork by packaging and storage durations. The higher pH value and the lower drip loss was observed in the meat packaged with plastic bag compared with vacuum-packed meat (p< 0.05). The higher cook loss and the lower WBSF in the vacuum-packed meat than in the plastic bag, but there was no significant difference was observed (p > 0.05). In the color measurement, L* value was not significantly different between packaging and storage periods, whereas a* value was significantly increased in the vacuum-packed meat (p <0.05). The b* value was significantly increased in the vacuum packaged one (p <0.05), indicating that the meat with vacuum-packed maintain more freshness than the plastic bag. The results of volatile compounds analysis showed that 28 different kinds of compounds were detected. Among, the increase of aldehyde compounds was observed in the plastic bag than vacuum-packed. Given the results, meat packaged in plastic bags could affect the lipid oxidation therefore the meat stored in the vacuum-packed could be used for longer period storage.

        조사료용 다수성 총체밀 품종 ‘청우’

        “Cheongwoo”, a white winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cultivar was developed by the National Institute of Crop Science, RDA. It was derived from the cross“Kanto75/8/Tapdong/4/Bb#1/Jangkwang//STRAMCHO/3/Suwon220/5/Suwon185/ CI12703//Kanto75///Suwon219/7/F1277” and “Keumkang” in 1998 at RDA. “Keumkang” is a semi-hard white winter wheat with high yield. And mother plant is a winter wheat with long culm length, high yield. “Cheongwoo” was evaluated as “Iksan326” in Advanced Yield Trial Test in 2007. It was tested in the regional yield trial test between 2008 and 2009. “Cheongwoo” is first whole crop wheat with long culm length, high-yield. The Heading date of “Cheongwoo” was similar to “Keumkang”. The average forage yield of “Cheongwoo” was about 14.8 ton ha-1 in dry matter in paddy field. This dry matter was higher than dry matter of “Keumkang” (13.2 ton ha-1). The cultivar had 97 cm of culm length, 1,070 spikes per m2 and it showed better rate of culm. Culm length of “Cheongwoo” were longer than “Keumkang”. This cultivar would be suitable for the area above the daily minimum temperature of -10°C in January in Korean peninsula. Our research will improve good-quality of silage by using winter cereal crops.

        과학문화정책 활성화 방안연구

        `과학문화`의 시대는 한국사회뿐 아니라 지구촌의 특징이기도 하다. 그러나 우리사회에 바람직한 과학문화가 어떤 것인지에 대한 논의는 제대로 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 과학에 대한 장벽 및 무관심등은 최근 자주 거론되는 청소년의 이공계 “기피현상”과 같은 문제이다. 다가올 시대는 보다 높은 수준의 과학기술의 시대가 될 것이다. 우리사회에서도 과학문화를 표방하는 수많은 정책과 사업이 추진되고있는 상황이라 이에 대한 근본적 검토와 방향들을 모색하고 한국의 과학문화를 분석해 보았다. 첫째, 과학문화의 본질과 탐색으로 개념과 의의를 정의하고, 한국사회에서 과학문화의 역사학적 고찰과 현 시점에서의 과학문화를 재구성하는 방안을 기술했다. 둘째, 해외 선진국의 과학문화 프로젝트와 정책사안을 살펴 모범사례로 삼을 수 있도록 했다. 셋째, 이러한 전제와 구성을 통해 한국사회에 맞는 과학문화의 실천방안과 전망을 ①교육 개혁방향 ②과학문화와 언론의 연계와 역할 ③과학문화와 대중으로 요약하였고 이를 토대로 결론을 도출하였다. The Period of scientific culture is a feature of the global village as well as Korean society. Up untill now an argument about desirable scientific culture has not been accomplished. Indifference and barriers of science has been a same problem as well as a negative attitude toward science and engeering which has become an issue recently. In the near future scientific technology will develop at an unprecedented pace. Since a lot of policy work which claims to stand for scientific culture is being promoted, we must try to consider this problem from a new perspective. First, we must defin a fundamental notion and the meaning of scientific culture, and make a description of historical and reorganizational way of scientific culture in Korean society up to this point in time. Second, we must make a model project of an advanced country. Third, we must derive a conclusion in regards to ①educatioal reform ②scientific culture and a connection focusing on the role of the press ③scientific culture within the masses in reference to these premises and organization that correspond to scientific culture in Korean society

        디지털 문화원형콘텐츠디자인의 활성화방안 연구

        미래는 콘텐츠가 하드웨어를 지배하는 시대이다. 또한 원소스 멀티유스(One-Source, Multiti-use)라는 문화콘텐츠의 다중유통방식은 산업의 중요성을 높이고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 첫째, 문화원형의 이론적 배경을 통해 문화의 개념과 원형의 의미를 알아보고 두가지의 결합을 통해 전통의 새로운 진화를 살펴본다. 즉 최근의 다양한 매체를 이용하여 사용자에게 가치와 의미를 제공하는 총체적 상품의 의미로 살펴보았다. 둘째, 문화원형 디지털콘텐츠의 사업동향을 살폈다. 문화원형 디지털콘텐츠 지원사업의 추진방향을 창작기반과 유통부분으로 나누어 고찰하였다. 디지털콘텐츠 산업의 개념과 특성 및 국내외 문화원형을 상품화시킨 사례로 정리하고 창작적 소재의 콘텐츠발굴에서 나타난 문제점을 도출하였다. 그리고 창의력의 기반이 되는 한국 문화원형 디지털콘텐츠 사업의 사례를 통해 문제점과 활성화방안에 대해 고찰하였다. 마지막으로 이를 통해 문화원형 디지털콘텐츠의 진흥방안과 지원대책을 제안하였다. In the future contents (software) will rule hardware. Also, One-Source Multi-use, the cultural contents`s multi-circulation method will magnify the importance of industry Accordingly, this paper studies the culture`s notion and its original form`s meaning through theoretical backgrounds of cultural (original form)archetype, and investigates the original (traditional) form`s new progress through cultural significance and archetypal significance. This paper will look at how various media can be used to offer products to users. In the second section we will look at business trends with regards to depictions of traditional culture in modern digital media. We will look at how the current needs of business are driving and redirecting depictions of traditional culture.. I have arranged case studies of traditional culture making its way into the digital world with examples drawn locally and internationally and suggest the possible problems of exposing traditional culture to exploitation as simply creative raw material. Also this paper will consider carefully the problems and the revitalization method of bringing tradition into the digital business world. In conclusion I suggest ways to protect traditional culturalmaterial through the assistance systems and the exploitations of the modern digital world.
