This numerical study focuses on the analysis of fume particle dispersion characteristics over the surface of target workpiece in laser micro-hole machining process. The effects of oblique stagnation flow over fume generating machining point are examined by carrying out a series of three-dimensional random particle simulations along with probabilistic particle generation model and particle drag correlation of low Reynolds number. Present computational model of fume particle dispersion is found to be capable of assessing and quantifying the fume particle contamination in precision hole machining which may influenced by different types of air flow patterns and their flow intensity. The particle size dependence on dispersion distance of fume particles from laser machining point is significant and the effects of increasing flow oblique angle are shown quite differently when slot blowing or slot suction flows are applied in micro-hole machining.
전기차 구동 배터리의 안전한 충전을 위한 충전기 제어 방법 연구

In this paper, we propose EV charger control methods to secure safety charging for EV traction battery. Currently, most electric vehicles use lithium-ion polymer batteries and technologies for increasing battery capacity and fast charging are being introduced to increase driving distance. On the other hand, lithium-ion batteries may cause safety problems and deterioration of battery performance if thermal management and optimal charging conditions are not provided. So, this paper proposes methodologies for detecting and effectively controlling-related safety problems that occur during charging in the charger. The applied control method was implemented and tested in AC charger to verify the performance and effectiveness.

오늘 한국교회의 위기는 어쩌면 리더십의 위기라고 말할 수 있을 것이다. 왜냐하면 한국 개신교회의 많은 문제들이 대체로 지도자들의 영적, 도덕적 권위의 추락에 기인하고 있기 때문이다. 이러한 상황에서 성경적 리더십을 새삼 확인하는 것은 성경이 우리의 문제에 답을 제공한다는 믿음 때문이다. 그리하여 이 글에서 나는 바람직한 성경적 리더십을 위하여 우리의 구주(救主)이시요 지도자(指導者)이신 예수의 리더십에 대하여 연구하였다. 그 이유는 교회의 리더들이 모델로, 모범으로 삼아 추종하고 따라야 할 분이 있다면, 당연히 그것은 우리 주 예수 그리스도이시기 때문이다. 이런 맥락에서 나는 성경적 리더십이란 주제를 추구하면서, 모든 목회 지도자들의 원형(原形)으로서, 공관복음 기자들이 전하고 있는 각기 독특하고 다양한 기독론을 살펴보았다. 이 주제에 접근함에 있어서, 통일성의 견지에서는 어느 정도 많은 연구가 있었으므로, 나는 이전 연구와의 차별화를 위하여 다양성의 견지에서 접근하고자 한다. 그 이유는 하나님이 우리에게 각기 다른 네 권의 복음서를 주셨으므로, 그 각기 다른 복음서에서 전하는 차별화된 예수의 이미지를 여실하게 드러내어 제시하는 것이 우리의 기독론 이해를 풍요롭게 할 것으로 판단했기 때문이다. 이런 시각에서 공관복음의 기독론을 연구 분석한 결과, 우리는 간략히 요약하여, 고난에 동참하는 리더십(마가복음), 가르치는 리더십(마태복음), 그리고 섬기는 리더십(누가복음)을 발견할 수 있었다. 이러한 우리의 연구 결과를 근거로 할 때, 오늘날 모든 교회의 리더들은 모든 지도자들의 원형이 되시는 예수그리스도의 모범을 본받아, 하나님께서 맡겨주신 양떼(성도, 회중)의 고난에 동참하며, 그들을 바른 진리로 가르치고, 그리고 그들을 낮은 자리에서 섬김으로써 진정한 리더십을 발휘하여야 할 것이다. 이렇게 함으로써 리더들이 예수의 모범에 따라 제 자리를 찾을 때에, 교회는 위기를 벗어나면서 계속하여 발전하고 성장할 수 있을 것이고, 그것이 바로 오늘 우리 모두가 추구해야 할 절박한 사명일 것으로 믿는다. Nowadays many people inside and outside of church in Korea are talking about the crisis into which Korean church is now plunged, pointing out the fact that a major reason for this problem is related largely to crisis of church leadership. It is because many problems that Korean church is now facing have something to do with religious leaders’ spiritual and moral depravity. Hence the reason why I have to write this article regarding biblical leadership with the belief that the scripture offers us the answer to our problems. In this context, I delve into the leadership of Jesus Christ, for if there should be one whom religious leaders have to imitate and follow as model or example for their lives and ministries as well, it is to be Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour. In dealing with this theme of biblical leadership with an accent of Christology, I tend to focus on the synoptic gospels only, because I believe they are the most reliable sources we can trust as we are to talk about christology. In line with this premise, my way to approach to the target is not so much unity as diversity of the synoptic gospels, for there have been lots of attempts in relation to unity. After having rigorously reviewed our theme with the perspective of diversity, I have attained very meaningful results as follows. Mark’s gospel shows us a leadership who is willing to participate with the saints to their sufferings, and Matthew’s gospel suggests us a leadership who is willing to teach the saints as teacher, while Luke’s gospel offers us a leadership who is willing to serve the saints as servant. In short, there are three types of leadership in the synoptic gospels such as suffering leadership, teaching leadership, and serving leadership, which all the church leaders in Korea should learn and practise in order to overcome the problems of crisis with which Korean church is currently confronted.
전기자동차용 DC 충전기의 절연감지 기능에 대한 연구 및 적용

In this paper, we propose EV DC charger isolation monitoring method and application. Firstly, we analyze current commercial charger isolation function and problem then apply applications with proposed method and functions. The proposed algorithms work pro-actively detects insulation in accordance with the charging voltage system required by electric vehicles and monitors the insulation value during all of charging processes. This function is archived control logic and 3rd supervisor module (IMD). In addition, this isolation detection result can be transmitted in real time to electric vehicles and charger control centers through by DIN/ISO PLC communication. Finally, we implemented to COMBO 1 fast charger and evaluated with mass production EV. The result is showed active control of charger and detect problem with real time. Also, we will suggest this requirement to the industrial solution and safety certification.
전기자동차용 고출력 충전기의 최적 제어 방법에 대한 연구

In this paper, we propose an optimal control method for high power charger for electric vehicles. Electric vehicle user requires high-speed charging technologies which are reduce charging time and charge large capacity battery efficiently. Recently, various charger has been released. High power chargers use very high voltage and current. So, Optimized design and performance are still requested. This research provides simple design method and optimal control method. The result is implemented in charger and tested with EV to verify the performance and effectiveness.
