        The purpose of this research is to find out the ways Revitalizing Taekwondo Preparing for Strengthening Sports Exchange Between the South and [North Korea. The data sources include sports literature, government pubiications, and so on. Through examination of these sources, the following was concluded 1) Building the hall of Taekwondo would do the important role not orily in the development of Korean Taekwondo but also in opening the gate of the water of the exchange of the sports between the South and INorth epochally not to speak of international development of Taekwondo, and at the same time there we see the absolute necessity of Taekwondo with the concerns and participation of the people of Taekwondo more than any time in the past. 2) The situations of the progress of Taekwondo appeared in the contest and conference between the South and North have shown the propriety of Taekwondo as the diplomatic dimeneion, especially the exchange of the example of Taekwondo between the two sides through the conference of ministerial class during Pusan Asian Came had greatly dedicated to the harmony of the people of two sides with the simultaneous entrance of the players of the two sides. 3) The business of the hall of Taekwondo has been rapidly developed this year by starting the political business of the nation We expect that it would do the important role and function for the exchange of the sports between the South and [North through glrobalization with the significance of suzerain state of Taekwondo. 4)Korean government has been putting all its strengths in the development of human resources and leadership to strengthen national competitive power. Here Taekwondo has been training and distributing prfessional human resources more than any other game.

      • 대한민국 체육영재 프로그램의 현황

        In the present, Korea’s talented education program is discovering and developing talented students in various fields of science, mathematics, music, art and physical education. Moreover, the talented sports education operation conducted by the Korea Foundation for the Next Generation Sports Talent is an operation to discover and develop global talents in the initial stages. The talented athletes are selected through the Korea Sport Talent Search System (KOSTASS). The Korea Sport Talent Search System (KOSTASS) was developed by the Korea Sports Development Center in 2007 and is a system that scientifically verifies degree of potential for subjects in certain categories based on data including bone age and physique/fitness. Based on the KOSTASS, the selection process for talented athletes is conducted in 4 phases. In the first year of 2010, 8 students from total of 65 6th grade students were entered into sports middle school through the Sports Talent Program. In 2011, 11 students from 81 6th grade students were entered (8 students into sports middle school, 3 students into regular middle school as sports talents) and In 2012, 30 students from 132 6th grade students entered (14 students into sports middle school, 10 students into regular middle school as sports talents). In 2013, 24 students from 131 students were recruited as professional athletes (14 into sports middle school, 10 into regular middle school as sports talents) and In 2014, 43 students from 237 students were recruited as professional athletes (26 into sports middle school, 17 into regular middle school as sports talents). Among the sports talent students who entered middle school, 42% of them won in national/regional competitions in 2013 and 43% won in national/regional competitions in 2014. 이 연구는 초등학교 학생들을 대상으로 시행되고 있는 체육영재 프로그램의 현황을 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 전국 14개 지역에 소재하고 있는 대학교 17개를 선정하여 체육영재센터를 설립하였고 이 중 9개의 대학이 체육영재교육원으로 지정되어 체육영재 양성에 힘을 보태게 되었다. 17개의 체육영재센터에서는 기초종목인 육상, 수영, 체조 종목으로 한정하여 초등학교 2학년에서 6학년 학생들을 선발하고 있으며 전문 실기 프로그램과 다양한 프로그램을 통해 전인적인 체육인 양성에 심혈을 기울이고 있다. 선발과정은 체육영재발굴시스템(KOSTASS)을 기준으로 총 4가지 단계로 나누어 선발을 하고 있다. 체육영재 프로그램 운영 첫 해를 마친 2010년에 6학년 인원 중 12.3%가 전문 운동선수로 진학을 하였고 2011년에는 13.6%, 2012년에는 23%, 2013년, 2014년에는 18%가 진학을 하였다. 2013년도에는 25%가 선수등록을 하고 전국/지역대회에서 42%의 입상성적을 거두었으며 2014년도에는 30%가 선수등록을 하고 전국/지역대회에서 43%의 입상성적을 거두는 성과를 나타냈다.

        학습 및 평가관리를 위한 e-포트폴리오의 구축과 활용

        Portfolios have gained attention in medical education as a tool for promoting student learning and assessment since Miller's call for better tools for assessing students' clinical competencies. This paper reviews the development and use of e-portfolios for promoting learning and assessment in medical schools, both domestically in Korea and internationally. This review finds that some specific features need to be incorporated into e-portfolio systems for medical education and that these systems can be used to manage student learning in clinical clerkships and to support competency-based assessment. The author asserts that the e-portfolio is key to promoting competency-based education and suggests practical tips for effective development and use of e-portfolios in Korean medical schools.

        지능형 객체 인식 기술을 이용한 실시간 동영상 검색시스템

        최근 범죄예방과 안전문제 등으로 CCTV와 같은 영상장비가 다양하게 활용되고 있다. 영상기기들은 대부분 24시 간 작동되기 때문에 경비 인력을 절감할 수 있지만, 녹화된 영상에서 특정 인물과 같은 객체를 검색하는 업무는 여전히 수동으로 이루어지고 있어, 실시간 검색이 요구되는 상황에서는 정확하고 빠른 대처가 미흡하다. 본 논문에서는 최신 딥러닝 기술과 OpenCV 라이브러리를 이용하여 사용자의 의해 입력된 의상정보를 바탕으로 특정인물을 영상에서 빠르 게 검색하고, 그 결과를 실시간으로 전송하는 기술을 제안한다. 개발된 시스템은 YOLO 라이브러리를 이용하여 실시간 으로 인물객체를 탐지한 후, 딥러닝 기술을 이용하여 인간의 의상을 상/하의로 구분하고 OpenCV 라이브러리를 통해 색을 검출하여 특정 인물객체를 자동으로 인식하도록 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 개발한 시스템은 특정 의상을 갖춘 인물 객체를 정확하고 빠르게 인식할 뿐만 아니라 기타 객체 인식에도 활용할 수 있는 확장성을 갖추고 있어 다양한 용도의 영상감시시스템에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Recently, video-taping equipment such as CCTV have been seeing more use for crime prevention and general safety concerns. Since these video-taping equipment operates all throughout the day, the need for security personnel is lessened, and naturally costs incurred from managing such manpower should also decrease. However, technology currently used predominantly lacks self-sufficiency when given the task of searching for a specific object in the recorded video such as a person, and has to be done manually; current security-based video equipment is insufficient in an environment where real-time information retrieval is required. In this paper, we propose a technology that uses the latest deep-learning technology and OpenCV library to quickly search for a specific person in a video; the search is based on the clothing information that is inputted by the user and transmits the result in real time. We implemented our system to automatically recognize specific human objects in real time by using the YOLO library, whilst deep learning technology is used to classify human clothes into top/bottom clothes. Colors are also detected through the OpenCV library which are then all combined to identify the requested object. The system presented in this paper not only accurately and quickly recognizes a person object with a specific clothing, but also has a potential extensibility that can be used for other types of object recognition in a video surveillance system for various purposes.

        This study is processed via research and analysis of educational procedures of Taekwondo department for the purpose of presenting basic information to set up Taekwondology as a global martial art in name an in reality. 1) Curriculum of Taekwondo related faculties changed every four years. So Kyung Hee University and Yong-In University's curriculum changed 7times, Korea national University of sports changed large scale after 2003. An each University's curriculum classified other relation a subject and Taekwondo subject and physical education subject and, military arts relation subject. So with an early basis a standard curriculum is Taekwondo basic theory(cultural sciences), Taekwondo basic theory(a natural science), Taekwondo applied theory(cultural sciences), Taekwondo applied theory (a natural science), Taekwondo basic practical technique, and Taekwondo applied practical technique.

        Until now, we considered many methods regarding the scientification plan of TAEKWONDO game in terms of the game in itself, the umpire rules and the sports policy and system. I made mention of the point at issue and the solution to problems every chapter in my own way. In the result, we can draw a synthetic conclusion as follows. <The game and the umpire rules> 1. The professional research institution of TAEKWONDO game in necessary. Through this research institution we must do the ceaseless improvement and analysis. 2. The exclusive duty umpire system is needed. 3. An identifiable sports uniform is necessary. 4. The coordination of weight is needed. 5. The difference in grades when the marks obtained is necessary. <The sports policy and system> 1. The integration of the department in relation to TAEKWONDO and the systematic cooperation on operation is necessary. 2. The pressure group and the convergence institute of public opinion which can draft the synthetic futrue plans-the long term athletic policy and system, converging the public opinion from down there and going up to the superior institution is necessary. 3. The professional research institute of TAEKWONDO game and the professional manpower is needed. 4. The strong campetent institution supporting the system which every nation can learn with ease is necessary. 5. The professional game personnel and the establishment of an educational institution is needed.

        The efficacy of peer assessment in objective structured clinical examinations for formative feedback: a preliminary study

        Purpose: We sought to determine the impact of medical students’ prior experience of assessing peers in the objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) on their clinical performance. Methods: Forty-two year 4 medical students participated in an OSCE comprised of three 10-minute stations (syncope, hemoptysis, and back pain). Each student took part in two iterations of the three‐station OSCE as either the examiner or examinee, and student performance was assessed using a checklist by a medical faculty member and a student simultaneously. Students were randomly assigned to two groups and their OSCE scores were compared. Students in the control group were tested at a station first and then participated at the same station as a peer examiner, and those in the intervention group participated as a peer examiner first and then as an examinee. Moreover, student OSCE scores rated by peer examiners were compared with those awarded by faculty to evaluate the accuracy of peer assessment. Following the test, students completed surveys on their perceptions of the usefulness of this formative OSCE. Results: Student overall OSCE scores did not differ between groups. Students in the study group performed better at the hemoptysis station (p<0.001), but poorer at the syncope station (p<0.01). Student performances at the back-pain station were similar in these two groups (p=0.48). OSCE scores rated by faculty and peer examiners were moderately negatively associated at the hemoptysis station (p<0.05), but no such association was observed at the other two stations. This trend was similar in peer examiners who were high-achievers and low-achievers in OSCEs. Students showed positive perceptions of their experience with this OSCE. Conclusion: Student experience as peer assessor offers a feasible means of providing them greater access to OSCEs without consuming more resources, although its impact on enhancing performance in the OSCE is likely to differ across stations.

        태권도 품새 선수의 자기관리와 스포츠 자신감 및 운동지속수행력의 관계

        이 연구는 태권도 품새 선수의 자기관리와 스포츠 자신감 및 운동지속수행력의 관계를 구명하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 2020년 대한태권도협회에 등록된 태권도 품새 선수를 모집단으로 설정하여 312명의 선수에게 자료를 수집하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 21 및 AMOS 21 통계프로그램을 사용하였으며, 목적에 따라 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석 및 신뢰도 분석, 개념신뢰도 및 평균분산추출분석, 상관관계분석 그리고 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 태권도 품새 선수의 자기관리는 스포츠 자신감에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 태권도 품새 선수의 자기관리는 운동지속수행력에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 태권도 품새 선수 의 스포츠 자신감은 운동지속수행력에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among the self-management, sports confidence and exercise adherence of Taekwondo poomsae athletes. To fulfill the purpose of this study, poomsae athletes registered at the Korea Taekwondo Association in 2020 were set as the population, and data was collected from 312 athletes. Data was processed with the statistical programs of SPSS 21 and AMOS 21. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, construct reliability and average variance extracted analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling analysis were carried out according to objectives, and as a result, the following conclusion was drawn. It was found that Taekwondo poomsae athletes’ self-management had positive effects on their sports confidence and exercise adherence, and thus the first hypothesis and the second hypothesis were adopted. Lastly, it was found that Taekwondo poomsae athletes’ sports confidence had effect on their exercise adherence, and thus the hypothesis were adopted.
