        천체관측용 적외선 광학계 초정밀 가공

        The KASINICS (Korea Astronomy and Space science Institute Near Infrared Camera System) is a ground-based near-infrared (NIR) imaging instrument. KASINICS has offner relay optics to reduce unwanted infrared light. For the offner optics, we adopted an ultra precision machining process which is installed at KBSI (Korea Basics Science research Institute). Since the offner relay optics is made of aluminum 6061 metal material, we did several tests to reach the specification. We found that a 0.497mm radius nose bite and 220m/min machining speed are best tool and condition to make this offner optics with the precision machine. In this paper, we report the technical method of ultra precision machining and results of the KASINICS offner optics.

        정전용량센서를 이용한 대구경 비구면 형상의 기상측정에 관한 연구

        This paper described about on-machine profile measurement of aspheric surfaces using contact probing technique in ultra precision machine. A contact probe has been designed as a sensing device to obtain measuring resolutions in nanometer regime using a circle leaf spring mechanism and a capacitive-type sensor. The contact probe which is installed on the z-axis is In touch with the aspheric objects which is fixed on the spindle of the diamond turning machine(DTM) during the measuring procedure. The x, z-axis motions of the machine are monitored by a set of two orthogonal plane mirror type laser interferometers. As a results, the developed contact probe on-machine measurement system showed 10 nanometers repeatability with a ${\pm}2{\sigma}$ and uncertainty of 200 nmPv.

        마그네슘을 6 wt.% 함유한 알루미늄 합금의 저항 점용접성 평가

        To ensure safety and reduce the weight of vehicles, studies are being actively conducted on different aluminum alloys that have strength higher than conventional aluminum alloys. The development of high-performance aluminum alloys through magnesium content control is underway. Research on manufacturing techniques, such as, welding for application to the car body parts of these materials is required. In this study, the resistance spot weldability of an aluminum alloy with 6 wt.% magnesium (Al-6Mg) was evaluated and compared with the commercial aluminum alloy 5052, 6061 (Al5052, Al6061). The suitable welding range of the Al-6Mg was found to have a welding current of 24 ㎄ to 28 ㎄, and a similar level of Al6061. The welding heat input was almost the same for the three materials, which resulted in no difference in the diameter of the nuggets. There was no significant difference of the porosity ratio between Al-6Mg and Al5052; however, the porosity ratio of Al6061 was higher. The alloy with the highest tensile shear strength, hardness and energy absorption of a welded joint was Al-6Mg. The low porosity ratio and high hardness of the Al-6Mg alloy caused the relatively high tensile shear strength and energy absorption of the welded joint.

        지적장애아동의 이동운동능력과 또래놀이 상호작용에 커뮤니티 스키핑 프로그램의 효과 분석

        본 연구는 커뮤니티 스키핑 프로그램을 개발하여 지적장애아동에게 적용시킴으로써 그에 따른 이동운동능력과 또래놀이 상호작용에 미치는 효과를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부산시에 소재하고 있는 H스포츠센터와 H특수학교에 소속된 지적장애아동을 편의표집하여 총 16명(실험군8, 통제군8)의 연구대상을 선정하였고, 커뮤니티 스키핑 프로그램은 실험집단을 대상으로 주2회(50분) 12주간 적용하여 전체 24회기로 구성하였다. 측정도구는 Ulrich이 개발한 대근운동능력측정 검사도구인 TGMD-Ⅱ의 하위요인 중 이동기술검사지와 Fantuzzo, Manz 그리고 McDermott(1998)의 설문지를 수정·보안하여 사용한 신은수, 권미경, 정형빈(2010)의 설문지를 사용하였으며, 자료 분석방법은 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 공변량분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 나타난 결과는 첫째, 프로그램에 참여한 지적장애아동은 참여하지 않은 지적 장애아동보다 이동운동능력의 하위요인(달리기, 갤롭, 멀리뛰기, 홉, 립, 슬라이드)에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 프로그램에 참여한 지적장애아동은 참여하지 않은 지적장애아동보다 또래놀이상호작용의 하위요인 중 놀이단절은 감소하여 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 놀이상호작용과 놀이방해는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이에 추후 연구에서는 지적장애아동의 지속적인 관찰과 측정을 통해 다양한 프로그램으로 접근하여 차별화된 교육을 실시할 수 있는 커뮤니티 스키핑프로그램의 개발과 적용에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다. 또한 다양한 장애유형과 장애등급별 프로그램을 적용하여 그 효과를 검증하는 지속적인 추후 연구가 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각된다 The purpose of this study was to find out how a community skipping program influences the changes in the locomotion skills and interactive peer play of children with intellectual disabilities and to develop and apply appropriate community skipping programs on to the basis of accurate analysis and education programs. For this purpose, 16 children with intellectual disabilities from the ‘H’ welfare center and the ‘H’ special education school in the city of Busan in the way of convenient sampling, and they were divided into 8 experiment group members and 8 control group members were sampled. The community skipping program was applied for the experiment group two times a week (50 minutes each day) for 12 weeks, consisting of a total of 24 times of application. For measuring tools, TGMD-Ⅱ(Test of Gross Motor Development-Ⅱ) test sheet of Ulrich(1985) and the survey sheets of Eun-Soo Shin, Mi-Kyung Kwon, Hyun-Bin Jeong(2010) which were recomposed by revising and supplementing referred to PIPPS(Penn Interactive Peer Play Scale) of Fantuzzo, Manz and McDemott were used. The method of data analysis was implemented for the covariate analysis by using SPSS 18.0. The results are as follows. Firstly, participants with intellectual disabilities in the experimental group in the program showed a higher capacity for locomotion skills (running, galloping, horizontal jumping, hopping, leaping, and sliding) than the children those who did not participate in. Secondly, the children with the intellectual disabilities that participated in the program showed more declining rate for play disconnection than those who did not participate, while did not show any significant changes in play interaction and disruption compared to those who did not participate in. When all the results were combined, significant results in the play interaction and play disruption, sub-factors of the interactive peer play by increasing the experiment period were expexted. So it will take a variety of trials to complete the differentiated community skipping program. And also, it will need continued researches to verify the effects from different programs according to types and ranks of disability.

        안도 타다오 종교공간에서 정체성 표현특성 연구

        현대의 종교 공간들 역시 수많은 다른 목적의 공간들과 마찬가지로 ‘공간의 정체성 상실’이라는 문제를 나타내고 있다. 본 연구는 동일한 건축가가 서로 다른 근원과 교리를 가진 종교공간을 디자인함에 있어서 각 종교공간의 정체성을 표현하기 위해 어떠한 방법을 사용하였고 그 결과의 차이점이 무엇인가를 살펴 보고자 한다. 연구 대상은 세계적인 건축가인 안도 타다오의 종교 건축 중 교회와 절을 그 대상으로 하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교회건축에서 빛은 예배공간을 직접적으로 상징하는 십자가를 형상하며 콘크리트가 만들어 내는 냉정하고 조용한 공간을 빛의 효과로 인해 부드러운 질감으로 바꿔 공간을 성스럽고 경건하게 조성하고 사찰건축에서의 빛은 공간 내부를 색으로 가득 채워 공간전체를 감성적으로 변화 시키는 수단으로 사용되었다. 둘째, 교회건축에서 물은 종교적인 의미를 부각시켜 전면 창을 통해 바라보게 하여 종교적인 엄숙함과 평안을 나타내고 사찰건축에서는 공간을 물 밑에 두어 극단적 체험, 일체적 감성을 경험하는 요소로 사용하였다. 셋째, 교회건축에서는 무채색의 공간에서 절제된 상징적 요소를 하나로 통일하여 표현하였고 사찰건축은 붉은색의 공간에서 다양한 상징적 요소로 공간을 화려하고 풍부하게 만들었다. 안도타다오는 공간의 특성에 따라 그 의미를 전달하기 위해 같은 공간 구성요소를 종교적으로 정체성이 다른 공간에서 다른 의미로 사용되었다. Contemporary religious spaces also have a problem, ‘loss of space identity’, like the other spaces with numerous different purposes. This research aims to investigate what methods an architect used to express identity of each religious space for designs of the religious spaces with different roots and doctrines and what the differences of the result are. The research objects were Church and Temple of Tadao Ando’s religious structures, who is the world-famous architect. Research results are as follows: First, the light in the chapel gave an image of the Cross symbolizing a space for worship, and the effect of light changed the cold and quiet space by concrete into the soft texture and made the space holy and reverent; and the light in the temple filled the interior space with a color to be used as a means to change the whole space emotionally. Second, water in the chapel highlighted a religious meaning to express religious solemnity and peace by making people see through the front window; and in the temple, water was used as an element to make people have extreme experience and feel wholeness by putting the space under water. Third, the chapel was expressed by unifying the restrained symbolic elements as one in the achromatic-colored space; and the space of the temple was made splendidly and abundantly by various symbolic elements in the red space. To convey the meaning of a space according to its characteristic, Tadao Ando used the same component of space as a different meaning in another space with a different religious identity.

        진공척 미세 가공기 개발 및 무산소동 절삭 특성 연구

        This paper describes development of low cost precision machine that has a vacuum chuck. This study mainly aims to find out a cutting condition for maintaining optimum surface condition and to examine cutting characteristics of the precision machine that is equipped by diamond bites. The cutting materials is oxygen free copper. Several experiments were carried out to find out the main factors that affect the surface roughness such as principal axis RPM(rotation per minute), feeding speed, and cutting depth. As a result, we obtain The optimum cutting condition of the developed precision machine.

        This study will confirm that the topological structure and spatial relationship are maintained even when the scale changes through the comparison of Rem Koolhaass buildings, Y2K house and the Casa da Musica. variation, a topological calculation, is methods that can varies the one homotopy into different scales. using this, we will see whether the logic used in Casa da Musica and Y2K House can be applied on a larger scale. just as the topological structure was maintained on the scale of house and music hall, it was thought that it could be maintained on larger, urban scale. so it can examine whether the same topological operations can be used to produce larger scale variations. and the same logic will be applied to understand the existing building and urban space.
