        부처손(Selaginella tamariscina) 추출물의 리파아제 저해 활성 및 지질 축적 억제 효과

        The objective of this study was to evaluate novel usability as natural anti-obesity supplement of Selaginella tamariscina extract. The total phenol contents and total flavonoid contents were $60.29{\pm}3.11GAE\;mg/g$ and $14.90{\pm}0.34QE\;mg/g$, respectively. To evaluate anti-obesity activity of Selaginella tamariscina extract, pancreatic lipase inhibition activity as well as its inhibition effect of lipid accumulation in adipocytes were conducted by Oil Red O staining and lipolysis assay. The result of pancreatic lipase inhibition activity of S. tamariscina extract showed a wide range between 40 and 73% dose dependently. While the incubation of 3T3-L1 cells with S. tamariscina extract inhibited differentiation of preadipocytes and reduced lipid accumulation, the level of released free glycerol into culturing medium was increased in multiple concentrations. These results showed that S. tamariscina extract inhibit adipogenesis and pancreatic lipase activity. Thus, S. tamariscina extract can be a candidate for regulating lipid accumulation in obesity.

        뽕나무(Morus alba)와 꾸지뽕나무(Cudrania tricuspidata)의 부위에 따른 항산화 활성 및 3T3-L1세포 지방축적 억제 효과

        In this study, we examined antioxidative effects and the anti-adipogenesis effect of different parts of Cudrania tricuspidata (C), and Morus alba (M). Total polyphenol contents were highest in M-root ($34.56{\pm}0.045mg\;GAE/g$), and there was no significant difference, between C-root and M-leaf. Total flavonoid contents of C-root were highest ($23.07{\pm}0.004mg\;QE/g$). To examine antioxidant activities of C and M extracts, DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activity, and FRAP assay, was used. Results show that antioxidant activities of C and M extracts increased, in a dose-dependent manner. Adipocytes are generated by preadipocyte differentiation, during adipogenesis. Matured adipocytes accumulate in abnormal and cause obesity. We investigated effects of leaf and root extracts of C and M, on lipid accumulation, in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Changes in cell morphology, and degrees of lipid accumulation in adipocytes, were evaluated by Oil Red O staining. Root extracts of C and M, reduced lipid content in a dose-dependent manner. Therefore, root extracts of C and M, may be good candidates for managing obesity.

        자동차 연료튜브 홀더용 이중사출 금형·성형기술

        Double injection molding process is very efficient molding-method for molding the products which is consist of multi-materials. Fuel-tube holder which is necessary for automobil power train and circulation systems is composed of plastic and rubber materials to minimize the vibration and pulsation noises. In existing process, fuel-tube holder was made by the insert molding process or assembly process after molding. If fuel-tube holder is manufactured by double injection molding process, it may be realize to improve the product quality, efficiency of molding-process and retrenchment of manufacturing cost. In this study, for manufacturing fuel-tube holder by double injection molding process, the analysis of joining characteristics between PA6(polyamide 6) and TPE(thermoplastic elastomer) was executed and the double injectin mold for molding fuel-tube holder with core toggle mechanism was fabricated. Finally, fuel-tube holder was molding using fabricated double injection mold.

        블로우 성형품 자동 패키징 시스템 개발

        In this paper, the automatic assembly and packaging system was developed for PET blow molding products. The PET blow molding products mainly are used in groceries case and are in great demand. Generally, the molding process is compose of 4 processes such as plastic resin injection, molding, ejecting and packaging. In case of packaging process, although amount of work per hour is very large, all processes are still performed by the manual work. For this reason, the automatic packaging system was developed with the function of automatic hand-grip part assembly. For the development of system, the existing processes and the shape of molding product were analyzed and specifications were deducted. Finally, the automatic assembly and packaging system was developed and applied to the manufacturing field.

        버섯 추출물이 사염화탄소 유발 간손상에 미치는 영향

        버섯 추출물이 사염화탄소에 의한 간손상에 어떠한 영향을 조사하기 위하여 버섯 추출물을 150㎎/㎏용량으로 3일간 반복 투여하고 최종 투여 24시간 후 처리하였다. 버섯 추출물을 전처리한 후 사염화탄소로 유발된 흰쥐의 간조직 손상에 미치는 효과를 관찰하기 위해 흰쥐에 사염화탄소를 복강투여하고 혈정과 간조직을 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 체중 100g당 간 무게는 사염화탄소 단독 투여군이 대조군에 비하여 23.6%의 유의한 증가를 보였으며 사염화탄소 단독 투여군에 비하여 표고버섯 추출물 전처리군은 혈장 ALT 및 AST 활성도가 각각 34.0% 및 61.5% 감소하였다. 또한 느타리버섯 전처치군은 혈청 AST 활성도가 2.0% 감소하였다. 표고버섯 추출물은 CCl₄로 인하여 증가된 혈청 ALT 활성도를 유의성있게 감소시켰다. 단백 함량에서는 유의성있는 변화가 없었다. 혈장 콜레스테롤 함량은 모든 투여군에서 사염화탄소 단독 투여군보다 낮게 나타났다. 또한 혈중 중성지방 함량을 감소시켰다. 본 실험에서 사염화탄소로 인해 상승된 혈장 ALT 및 AST 활성도와 지질 함량이 버섯의 추출물을 전처리함으로써 감소된 것으로 보아 버섯의 추출물은 사염화탄소로 유발된 간손상을 예방하는 효과가 있음을 발견할 수 있었다. 이상의 실험을 통해 표고버섯 추출물 투여군에서 혈장 중의 ALT 및 AST 활성도의 감소와 지질함량의 저하와 상관관계가 있는 것으로 생각된다. 그러나 본 연구 결과만으로 전반적인 간보호작용을 평가할 수 없기 때문에 추가적인 기전 제시가 요구된다. The effect of mushroom extracts from Pleurotus ostreatus and Lentinus edodes on carbon tetrachloride(CCl₄)-induced hepatotoxicity was investigated. Rats were administered orally each mushroom extract at the dose of l50㎎/㎏, followed by treatment with CCl₄. Liver damage was produced in male Sprague-Dawley rats, after 21hrs from dosing with CCl₄(0.25ml/㎏) which were given intraperitoneally. Liver damage without renal injury was confirmed by measuring plasma enzyme, creatinine and blood urea nitrogen levels. We examined the effect of mushroom extracts on liver damage by blood chemical analysis and liver analysis. Plasma aminotransferase activity, and levels of cholesterol and triglyceride were analyzed. Plasma alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase activities were decreased by 34% and 61.5% in pretreatment group of Lentinus edodes compared with CCl₄ treated group, respectively. The adminstration of all mushroom extracts led the plasma cholesterol and triglyceride levels decrease more than the CCl₄-treated rats. These results suggest that Lentinus edodes extract protect liver from damage induced by CCl₄.

        장애인의 진로장벽이 역기능적 진로사고에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 취업준비 과정에서 장애인이 경험하게 되는 진로장벽을 파악하고, 이러한 진로장벽이 역 기능적 진로사고에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 직업훈련중인 장애인 180명을 조사한 결과 첫째, 장애 인이 지각하는 진로장벽은 직업정보의 부족, 낮은 사회적지지, 자기명확성 부족, 낮은 자기효능감, 중요한 타인과의 갈등 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애인의 연령변인은 자기명확성 부족과 직업정보 부족에서 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 학 력 특성에 따라 직업정보 부족에 차이가 나타났다. 또한 장애 유형 중에서는 정신장애가 사회적 지지에 높은 유의미 성이 검증되었으나, 성별 차이와, 취업 경험은 모두 차이를 보이지 않았다. 셋째, 역기능적 구직의사결정 혼란에 가장 영향을 미치는 변인은 자기명확성 부족, 중요한 타인과의 갈등 그리고 낮은 자기효능감이었으며, 장애인의 수행불안에 가장 영향을 미치는 진로장벽은 낮은 자기효능감과 중요한 타인과의 갈등으로 나타났다. This study is for finding out Career-barrier of the disabled, and for analyzing the effect of Career-barrier on the dysfunctional career-thought. For this study, 180 disabled people were surveyed. The results are as follows; First, the career-barriers that the disabled people perceive are in order; lack of occupational information, lack of social support, low self-concept clarity, low self-efficiency, and conflict with significant-others. Secondly, difference of career-barrier, caused by the traits of the disabled, has influenced the lack of self clarity and occupational information. In addition, among the types of the disabilities, it is proven that the psychological disability highly correlated to the social support, unlikely to gender difference and job experience. Thirdly, the most influential reason on the decision-making confusion for finding job among the sub-variables of dysfunctional career-thought were; low self-concept clarity, conflict with significant-others, and low self-efficiency. While it turned out that the most influential career-barrier on the performance anxiety for disabled people were low self-efficiency and conflict with significant-others.

        여고생의 스트레스, 자아탄력성과 학교적응유연성과 관계

        본 연구는 여자 고등학생의 스트레스와 자아탄력성, 그리고 학교적응유연성 정도를 파악하고, 그 상관관계를 확인하기 위하여 시도되었다. 대상자는 I시에 소재한 3개 인문계 고등학교에 재학 중인 여자 고등학생 250명으로, 구 조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2010년 9월 한 달 간 자료를 수집하였다. 대상자의 스트레스는 학교생활 만족도와 선생님 과의 관계에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 학교적응유연성은 학교생활 만족도와 선생님과의 관계, 학교 성적, 음주 경험, 이성 친구 유무에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 학교적응유연성은 학교 관련, 가족 관련, 친구 관련 스트레스와 유의한 상관관계가 있었으나, 자아탄력성과는 상관관계가 없었다. 결론적으로 여자 고등학생들의 학교적응에 있어 스 트레스의 중재가 중요하다고 볼 수 있으며, 또한 학교에서의 생활, 선생님과 친구들과의 관계가 매우 중요하다는 것 을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 여자 고등학생의 학교적응을 위한 중재 프로그램 개발 시 학교 관련 스트레스 요인을 감소시킬 수 있는 방안을 신중히 고려해 볼 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among stress, ego-resilience and school adjustment resilience of the high school girl students. A cross-sectional, descriptive study was conducted. The subjects were 250 students from 3 high schools located in I city. Data were collected on September, 2010 by using a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using PASW/WIN 18.0 program. The mean score of stress was 3.05, among the subitems, the score of the school related stress was the highest. The mean score of ego resilience was 2.86, and school adjustment resilience was 75.58. Stress showed significant differences according to satisfaction level with school and teachers. School adjustment resilience was significantly different in terms of satisfaction level with school and teachers, grade, alcohol drinking experience and having counter sex friends. And there were significant correlations among school adjustment resilience and school related, family related, friend related stress. These results suggest that the school life, teachers, and friends have important duties to improve school adjustment resilience. Therefore, it is needed to develop intervention program considerated school related factors to release stressors of the high school girl students.
