        청태산 자연휴양림 산림치유 환경인자 분석 - 피톤치드, 음이온, 미세먼지 중심 -

        The purpose of this study is to provide users with information on various forest healing factors through the measurement and analysis of phytoncide, anion and fine dust, which are the main environmental factors for forest healing in Cheongtaesan Natural Recreation Forest. In addition, this study is to utilize the results of analysis of environmental factors for forest healing to apply them to the development of specialized forest healing programs. This study analyzed the data of phytoncide, anion, and fine dust over two times (August 7 and October 16) at Cheongtaesan Recreational Forest in Hoengseong, Gangwon-do. As a result of the first measurement, the average value of phytoncide density was 856.65pptv, which was higher than the average value of 480pptv of natural recreation forests in 8 regions. The average value of negative ions was 1017.75 (ions/㎤), which is higher than 837 (ions/㎤), which is the average value of natural recreation forests in eight regions. The average value of the ultrafine dust density was 6.26㎍/m³, which was more than two times lower than the average value of Hoengseong-eup at 13.9 ㎍/m³. As a result of the second measurement, the average value of phytoncide density was 559pptv, which was higher than the average value of 480pptv of natural recreation forests in 8 regions. The average value of negative ions was 672 (ions/㎤), which was slightly lower than the average value of 837 (ions/㎤), which is a natural recreational forest in eight regions. Ultrafine dust density averaged 56㎍/m³, which was similar to that of Hoengseong-eup, 48㎍/m³, Based on these results, information on the healing factors of Cheongtaesan Natural Recreation Forest was provided, four major sites were selected as healing zones, and the development of forest healing programs for each characteristic was proposed. 본 연구의 목적은 국립 청태산 자연휴양림에서 산림치유 주요 환경인자인 피톤치드, 음이온, 미세먼지를 측정 및 분석을 통하여 이용객에 다양한 산림치유인자에 대한 정보를 제공하고 이러한 산림치유 환경인자 조사 결과를 반영하여, 특성화 산림치유프로그램 개발에 활용하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구는 강원도 횡성에 위치한 국립 청태산 자연휴양림에서 8월7일과 10월16일 2회차 피톤치드, 음이온, 미세먼지를 측정한 데이터를 분석하였다. 1차 측정 결과 피톤치드 농도의 평균값은 856.65pptv로 전국9개지역 자연휴양림 평균값 480pptv 대비 높게 나타났으며 음이온 평균값은 1017.75(ions/㎤)으로 전국 8개지역 자연휴양림 평균값인 837(ions/㎤)보다 높게 나타났다. 초미세먼지 농도의 평균값은 6.26㎍/m³로 동시간 횡성읍 평균값 13.9㎍/m³보다 2배 이상 낮게 나타났다. 2차 측정 결과 피톤치드 농도의 평균값은 559pptv로 전국 8개지역 자연휴양림 평균값인 480pptv대비 높게 나타났으며 음이온 평균값은 672(ions/㎤)으로 계절적인 영향으로 전국 8개지역 자연휴양림 평균값인 837(ions/㎤)보다 약간 낮은 수준이였다. 초미세먼지 농도는 평균은 56㎍/m³로 동시간 횡성읍 평균 48㎍/m³과 비슷한 수준을 유지하였다. 이와같은 결과를 바탕으로 청태산 자연휴양림의 치유인자에 대한 정보를 제공하고, 주요장소 4곳을 힐링존으로 선정하고 각각의 특성에 맞는 산림치유프로그램의 개발을 제안하였다.

        Analysis of optimal activities according to thermal comfort in the forest: focusing on a program for the elderly at the National Forest Therapy Center

        The purpose of this study was to scientifically activate the forest healing program activities for the elderly. The predicted mean vote (PMV) and predicted percentage of dissatisfied (PPD), which are indices of thermal comfort in the thermal environment, and degree of canopy closure were compared and analyzed. Based on this information, the study objective was to present the appropriate conditions for maintaining the best comfort for the elderly. Six deck road shelters, which are the most active locations in forest healing programs among the National Center for Forest Therapy, were selected as the study sites. The results indicated that in the case of the conditions of 1 clo (clothing insulation value) and 1 met (metabolic rate) at an air temperature of 19 to 21 degrees in September on the measurement date, the PMV values ranged between -1.85 and -0.98 at all sites, and PPD values ranged between 25.60% and 68.68%. On the other hand, in the case of 1.3 clo and 1.6 met conditions, the PMV values ranged between -0.08 and 0.23 for all sites and PPD values ranged between 5.40 and 6.18. As shown above, the difference in thermal environment comfort and satisfaction according to the condition of the amount of metabolism and the amount of clothing could be confirmed. In addition, an analysis of the relation between PPD and canopy closure suggested a significantly positive correlation between them, and it was found that canopy closure was a factor affecting thermal comfort. Studies on effects of forest thermal environmental comfort and canopy closure on forest healing program areas should be conducted extensively according to seasonal conditions to provide information that can be used for more effective forest healing programs.
