        예비유아교사의 다문화 경험이 다문화 태도에 미치는 영향 : 다문화 인식의 매개효과를 중심으로

        이 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사의 다문화 경험이 다문화 태도에 미치는 영향에서 다문화 인 식의 매개효과를 알아보는 것이며, 향후 예비유아교사들에게 다문화 태도 함양을 위안 기초자 료를 제공하고자 한다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 문헌분석 및 전문가 검토의 과정, 설문조사 등을 실시하였으며, 최종 예비유아교사 303명의 설문지를 분석한 내용을 토대로 연구 결론을 제시하면, 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비유아교사가 지각하는 다문화 경험의 하위영역(직접 경험, 간접 경험)과 다문화 인 식의 하위영역(수용성, 존중성, 개방성) 및 다문화 태도의 하위영역(일반적 태도, 교사역할 태 도, 교사교육 태도, 교육과정 태도) 간에는 대부분 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으 로 나타났다. 하지만, 직접 경험과 존중성, 직접경험과 교사역할 태도 간에는 유의한 상관이 없 는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 다문화 경험이 다문화 태도에 미치는 영향 관계에 서 다문화 인식의 하위영역인 수용성, 존중성, 개방성의 부분매개효과는 p<.001 수준에서 통계 적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 다문화 경험 단독으로 다문화 태도에 직접적으로 유의 한 영향을 미쳤지만, 다문화 경험이 다문화 인식 하위영역의 매개효과를 통해서 다문화 태도에 보다 더 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 향후 유아교사를 양성하는 대학에서는 예비유아교사들이 다 문화를 수용하고 존중하며 개방성을 높일 수 있도록 다문화 관련 폭넓은 강좌를 개설하여 직· 간접적 경험의 제공이 요구된다. The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of multicultural awareness in the effect of pre-service early childhood teachers’ multicultural experiences on their multicultural attitudes and provide foundational data to help pre-service early childhood teachers cultivate their multicultural attitudes. To attain the research goal, this author conducted literature analysis, expert review, and a survey. Questionnaire sheets filled out by 303 pre-service early childhood teachers went through final analysis, and based on that, this researcher has drawn following conclusions: First, among the subareas of multicultural experiences perceived by pre-service early childhood teacher (direct experiences, indirect experiences), subareas of multicultural awareness (acceptance, respect, openness), and subareas of multicultural attitudes (general attitudes, teacher role attitudes, teacher education attitudes, curriculum attitudes), mostly, there exist statistically significant positive correlation. However, there is no significant correlation between direct experience and respect, and direct experience and teacher role attitudes. Second, in the effect of pre-service early childhood teachers’ multicultural experiences on their multicultural attitudes, the subareas of multicultural awareness, acceptance, respect, and openness, have partial mediating effect at the level of p<.001, so it is statistically significant. Also, multicultural experience influences multicultural attitudes directly significantly, but multicultural experience influences multicultural attitudes more with the mediating effect of the subareas of multicultural awareness. Accordingly, the universities cultivating early childhood teachers will have to open a variety of multicultural courses and provide them with both direct and indirect experiences so that pre-service early childhood teachers can accept and respect multiculture and enhance their openness to it.

        다문화교육 중점학교 초등학생이 지각하는 다문화교육 경험, 다문화 분위기, 다문화 효능감, 다문화 수용성 간의 구조 관계 분석

        The purpose of this study is to find out the structural relationship perceived by elementary school students in multiculture education-focused schools with respect to multiculture education experience, multiculture atmosphere, sense of efficacy in multiculture, and acceptability of multiculture. Through this endeavor, the study aims to provide the base-line data for the direction of multiculture education-focused elementary schools. 652 fifth year and sixth year students in multiculture education-focused schools in Chungcheonbuk-do particiapted in this study. The results are as follows. First, as a result of verifying the appropriateness of the study model, the hypothetical route model that describes the influential relationship of multiculture education experience, multiculture atmosphere, sense of efficacy in multiculture, and acceptability of multiculture would be appropriate for the initially established research model. Second, the multiculture education experience of the elementary school students in multiculture education-focused schools has direct effect on the acceptability of multiculture. Third, the multiculture atmosphere of elementary school students has direct effect on the acceptability of multiculture. Fourth, the multiculture education experience of elementary school students has greater effect on the acceptability of multiculture than the indirect effect, but the total effect was highlighted due to the influence of indirect effect through the mediation variables of the sense of efficacy in multiculture. And, fifth, the multiculture atmosphere was greater in the direct effect on the acceptability of multiculture than the indirect effect, but the total effect was enhanced due to the influence of the indirect effect through the sense of efficacy in multiculture as a mediation varibale. Therefore, in order to enhance the acceptability of multiculture of the elementary school students in multiculture education-focused schools, there is a need to focus on various multiculture education experiences, multiculture atmosphere establishment, and sense of efficacy in multiculture enhancement for elementary school students. 이 연구의 목적은 다문화교육 중점학교 초등학생이 지각하는 다문화교육 경험, 다문화 분위기, 다문화 효능감, 다문화 수용성 간의 구조 관계를 알아보는 것이며, 이를 통해 다문화교육 중점학교 초등학생의 다문화교육 방향에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이 연구목적을 달성하기 위한 연구대상은 충청북도 다문화교육 중점학교 초등 5학년 및 6학년 학생 652명이었으며, 연구결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구모형의 적합도 검증 결과, 다문화교육 경험, 다문화 분위기, 다문화 효능감, 다문화 수용성 간의 영향 관계를 설명하는 가설적 경로모형은 최초 설정한 연구모형이 적합하였다. 둘째, 다문화교육 중점학교 초등학생의 다문화교육 경험은 다문화 수용성에 미치는 직접 효과가 있었다. 셋째, 초등학생의 다문화 분위기는 다문화 수용성에 미치는 직접 효과가 있었다. 넷째, 초등학생의 다문화교육 경험은 다문화 수용성에 미치는 직접 효과가 간접 효과보다 컸지만, 다문화 효능감의 매개변인을 통한 간접 효과의 영향으로 인하여 총 효과가 높아졌다. 다섯째, 다문화 분위기는 다문화 수용성에 미치는 직접 효과가 간접 효과보다 컸지만, 다문화 효능감의 매개변인을 통한 간접 효과의 영향으로 인하여 총 효과가 높아졌다. 따라서 다문화교육 중점학교 초등학생의 다문화 수용성을 높이기 위해서는 초등학생에게 다양한 다문화교육 경험, 다문화 분위기 조성, 다문화 효능감 함양에 초점을 두려는 노력이 요구된다.

        중등 STEAM 연구 동향 분석: 석⋅박사 학위논문을 중심으로

        Objectives This study analyzed the trends of Korean research on secondary school STEAM learning targeting master’s and doctoral dissertations released for the last 10 years from 2012 to 2021 in order to present foundational material that can help study STEAM and conduct related education afterwards. Methods By using the database of KERIS, this author selected 176 master’s and doctoral dissertations related to STEAM and analyzed the trends of research in terms of study characteristics, topics, subjects, and methods. Concerning the study method, this research conducted frequency analysis and crossover analysis using Excel as part of literature review. Results First, according to the results of analyzing the characteristics of theses, regarding the years of publication, a lot of research was done from 2013 to 2019 as 145 theses (82.4%). Concerning universities releasing them, more theses were released by ‘Korea National University of Education’, ‘Yonsei University’, ‘Kongju National University’, and ‘Ewha Womans University’ in order. About degrees, 165 were ‘master’s theses’, and 11 were ‘doctoral dissertations’. Second, regarding the topics of research, 47 were about ‘development’, 36 were for ‘development and application’, 29 were about ‘influences and effects’, and 26 dealt with ‘analysis’, and so on. Third, about the subjects of research, 82 theses targeted ‘literatures’, 46 ‘middle school students’, and 34 ‘high school students’, and so on. Fourth, concerning study methods, 83 were ‘studies reviewing literatures’ and 79 were ‘quantitative research’. Conclusions Based on the above results of analyzing the major trends, this author concludes that research on secondary school STEAM learning deals with such topics as ‘development’ and ‘development and application’, targets literatures or middle/high school students, and adopts study methods like literature review or quantitative research. Follow-up research will have to be done systematically in a way to excavate diverse topics about secondary school STEAM learning and diversity the subjects and methods further 목적 본 연구에서는 2012년에서 2021년까지의 최근 10년간 발표된 중등 STEAM 관련 석사 및 박사학위 논문에 대한 연구 동향을분석하는 것이며, 이 분석결과를 토대로 하여 향후 STEAM 연구 및 중등교육 실행에 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 방법 한국교육학술정보원(KERIS)의 데이터베이스를 활용하여 STEAM(융합인재교육) 관련 석⋅박사학위 논문 176편을 대상으로 논문 특성별, 연구주제별, 연구대상별, 연구방법별 연구 동향을 분석하였으며, 연구방법은 문헌 연구의 일환으로 엑셀 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석 및 교차분석을 수행하였다. 결과 첫째, 논문의 특성별 분석결과, 연도별로는 2013년부터 2019년까지 145편(82.4%)로 많은 연구들이 수행되어졌으며, 발표대학별로는 ‘한국교원대학교’, ‘연세대학교’, ‘공주대학교’ 및 ‘이화여자대학교’ 등의 순으로, 발표학위별로는 ‘석사학위논문’이 165 편, ‘박사학위논문’이 11편의 순이었다. 둘째, 연구주제별로는 ‘개발’이 47편, ‘개발 및 적용’이 36편, ‘영향 및 효과’가 29편, ‘분석’이26편 등의 순이었다. 셋째, 연구대상별로는 ‘문헌’이 82편, ‘중학생’이 46편, ‘고등학생’이 34편 등의 순이었으며, 넷째, 연구방법별로는 ‘문헌 연구’가 82편, ‘양적 연구’가 79편 등의 순이었다. 결론 이상과 같은 연구결과를 토대로 한 연구결론은 중등 STEAM 관련 연구에서는 ‘개발’ 및 ‘개발 및 적용’의 연구주제, 문헌과 중⋅ 고등학생으로 한 연구대상, 문헌 연구와 양적 연구 방법 등이 주요 동향이었으며, 향후 연구에서는 중등 STEAM 관련 다양한 주제발굴, 연구대상 및 연구방법의 다양화 등을 확대한다는 차원에서 체계적으로 수행되어질 필요가 있을 것이다.

        A simultaneous analysis method for Caihu-Dayuan-Yin using reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with pulsed amperometric detection

        A simultaneous analysis method was developedfor Caihu-Dayuan-Yin decoction containing BupleuriRadix, Glycyrrhizae Radix, and Ponciri fructus byreversed-phase (RP) HPLC coupled with pulsed amperometricdetection (PAD). The analytes were separated in aRP column with 0.01 % phosphoric acid–acetonitrile gradientelution. The limits of detection (S/N = 3) and ofquantification (S/N = 10) ranged 0.1–3.0, and 0.3–10 ng,respectively. The intra- and interday precisions (RSDs)were B15.15 % and the average recoveries were94.6–98.3 %. Our RP-HPLC–PAD method showed1.7–100 times higher sensitivity than the RP-HPLC–UVmethod.

        The Exposed Quantities of Bisphenol A from Flowable and Hybrid Composite Resin

        Objective: This study is aim to find optimum curing time and curing distance of composite resin to minimize the bisphenol A exposure by analyzing bisphenol A eluted in artificial saliva from resin specimens cured by different conditions. Methods: Two types of composite resin (flowable type and hybrid type) were photopolymerized with different curing times (10, 15, 20, 40, and 60 seconds) and curing distances (0, 1, 3, 5, 10, 15 and 20 mm). After the polymerization, samples were extracted at different time points up to 24 hours. The released monomers were analyzed using high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector system at ultraviolet 210 nm. Results: The bisphenol A was eluted in the smallest quantities when cured at a 1 mm distance from both flowable and hybrid type resin specimens. The optimum curing time was 20 seconds in flowble type resin and was 10 seconds in hybrid type resin. Flowable type resin released more bisphenol A at long curing distance (>5 mm) and short curing time (<15 seconds). Conclusion: The bisphenol A was minimally eluted when the composite resins are cured at 10 mm-distance for 10 to 15 seconds.

        Improvement of the Extraction Efficiency of D-Amygdalin from Armeniacae Semen Powder through Inactivating Emulsin and Suppressing the Epimerization of D-Amygdalin

        Armeniacae Semen contains not only amygdalin but also emulsin, which is an enzyme that hydrolyzes amygdalin. This hydrolysis reaction has been a major problem associated with the water extraction of Armeniacae Semen powder. In this study, the emulsin was inactivated by extracting Armeniacae Semen powder at a constant temperature of 90oC. In addition, in order to suppress the epimerization of D-amygdalin, the extraction time was kept to less than 8 min. The use of a 10 mM sodium phosphate buffer (pH 2.3) containing 13.5% acetonitrile as a mobile phase in reversed-phase HPLC was effective in separating and analyzing the Damygdalin and neoamygdalin. The linearity between the concentrations and detector responses was obtained in the range of 0.05 to 0.5 mM. The detection limits for D-amygdalin and neoamygdalin were approximately 5 μM per amount injected.

        Calcium Carbonate and Sodium Chloride for Preventing Dentin Hypersensitivity and Gum Diseases

        Objective: The purpose of this study was to test the efficacy and safety of dentifrice containing sodium alginate, fine calcium carbonate and sodium chloride which has effects of reducing dental hypersensitivity and anti-inflammatory effects. Methods: Human dentin specimens obtained from extracted molars were embedded with an acrylic resin and etched with citric acid. The Specimens were stored in phosphate buffered saline buffer before being brushed 1 minute only with test dentifrices. Samples were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. In clinical tests, 41 Korean adults brushed with distributed dentifrice for three month the run-in period of two weeks. The improvements were compared between control and experimental groups using mixtures with sodium alginate, calcium carbonate and sodium chloride in different concentrations. Results: The efficacy of dentin occlusion of dentin tubules rises as Na-alginate and calcium carbonate contents increase. The occlusion efficacy in the experimental dentifrice is 5 times better than the control. Over three-month period, the test group showed 64.4% improvements based on the initial value and 86.5% improvements compared to the control group in the reduction of dentin hypersensitivity (p<0.05). In the gingival index, the test group showed 38.1% improvements based on the initial value and 76.7% improvements compared to the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion: The ingredients of sodium alginate and calcium carbonate to reduce dentin hypersensitivity and sodium chloride and cetylpyridinium chloride to prevent gingivitis were indeed effective in protecting sensitive gingival. No side effects were found throughout the whole body including the oral cavity of the subjects.

        New Tooth Brushing Campaign about 1-2-3

        Objective: 3-3-3 Brushing Method Campaign was recommended to the people thanks to high awareness, education effect and publicity. However, the necessity about new teeth brushing campaign has been suggested recently, because of the low scholar evidence and practice over 3-3-3 Brushing Method Campaign. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose the paradigm of new teeth brushing campaign based on the research and brushing method of each country. Methods: The campaign is claimed on the basis of the preceding articles and directions related to toothbrushing. In particular, We would to deploy based on the grounds of the ADA, the pioneer in the study of these practices. Results: The meaning of 1-2-3 Brushing Campaign is like the below. First, the meaning of 1 of the 1-2-3 Brushing Campaign is a tooth brushing within 1 minute after having a meal. Second, ‘2’ is that a tooth brushing should be continued at least for over 2 minutes. Third, ‘3’ is the person should be brushing teeth at least 3 times a day-just after having a meal. At last, the meaning of the 7 is that a person should rinse the mouth over 7 times whenever it brushes teeth. Conclusion: 3-3-3 Brushing Method Campaign has many advantages, but disadvantages. Especially, there is a need to think about which affects the risk the whole body health after tooth brushing, because 3-3-3 Brushing Method Campaign is focused only on the brushing time and the number of the brushing. Therefore, 1-2-3 Brushing Campaign is very important on the point of view that suggests the right way of tooth brushing and guideline which is necessary to ensure the safety of the whole body health.
