This study was designed to evaluate to acute oral toxicity and skin irritation of Chrysanthemum dye in Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats. SD rats were orally treated with Chrysanthemum dye at a dose of 0, 1 and 2 ml/kg body weight. After oral administration, the rats were observed for 14days. In primary skin irritation test, SD rats were dermally treated with Chrysanthemum dye and observed for 3 days. To ensure the safety of Chrysanthemum dye such as the following were observed and tested. We examined the body weight, the feed intake, the clinical signs, the ophthalmological test, the histopathological test, the mortality and skin irritation. As a result, no significant differences were found in body weight, feed intake and histopathological test between control and Chrysanthemum dye treated group. In the result of skin irritation test, Chrysanthemum dye did not induce erythema and edema after topical application. Primary irritation index was “0” in the test. Therefore, it is suggested that Chrysanthemum dye has no effect on acute toxicity and side effect in SD rats and is non-irritant material based on the score “0” of primary irritation index.

Resveratrol Induces Apoptosis through PI3K/Akt and p53 Signal Pathway in MDA-MB-231 Breast Cancer Cells

This research is intended to verify the relationship of how administrator`s mentoring affects personnel`s job attitude and service outcome, and thus contribute to effective guard organization management, with civil guard / security enterprise personnel being the object of the study. 300 personnel working in civil guard enterprise located in Seoul and Incheon were the object of the survey, and 273 were used in the final research. Statistic methods included frequency analysis, technological statistics analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis, cultivating the following results. Firstly, mentoring and job attitude / service outcome held positive correlation in almost all items. Secondly, it showed that mentoring affected job attitude and service outcome. Thirdly, it showed that job attitude affected service outcome. To sum up, mentoring of the civil guard enterprise administrator positively affected job attitude and service outcome, therefore mentoring should be utilized well for effective organization management.

Resveratrol이 MDA-MB-231 유방암 세포에서 PI3K/Akt와 p53 신호경로를 통한 apoptosis 유도

본 연구는 MDA-MB-231 세포에서 resveratrol의 apoptosis 유발효과에 대해 알아보기 위해 연구되었다. Cell viability 결과 농도 유의적으로 감소하였으며, DAPI stain에서는 농도 의존적으로 chromatin condensation이 증가하는 것을 확인하였다. Resveratrol은 p53, cleaved-caspase-3, cleaved-caspase-9의 발현을 증가시켰지만, PI3K/Akt의 발현은 시간 의존적으로 감소시켰다. In vivo 실험에서는 resveratrol의 종양 억제 효과를 확인하였다. 50 mg/kg 투여한 군에서 종양의 크기가 대조군에 비해 감소하였으며, TUNEL assay를 통해 apoptosis cell을 관찰한 결과 50 mg/kg 투여한 군에서 많이 관찰되었다. 면역조직화학 염색을 통해 50 mg/kg 투여한군에서 p53, cytochrome-C, cleaved-caspase-3의 발현이 증가하는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 종합하여 봤을 때 resveratrol이 MDA-MB-231 세포에 apoptosis를 유발하는데 효과가 있는 것으로 사료된다. This study was conducted in order to investigate the effect of resveratrol on the induction of apoptosis in MDAMB-231 breast cancer cells. The result of 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl terazolium bromide (MTT) assay shows that cell viability significantly decreased in a dose and time-dependent manner. 4,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) staining shows significantly increased chromatin condensation in a dose and time-dependent manner. Resveratrol increased the expression of p53, cleaved-caspase-3, and cleaved-caspase-9, whereas the expression of PI3K/Akt decreased in a timedependent manner. We investigated the in vivo tumor growth inhibitory effect of resveratrol. Tumor volume was significantly decreased in the 50 mg/kg resveratrol-administration group compared to the control group. In the 50 mg/kg treated group. Apoptosis cells were frequently observed by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) assay. Immunohistochemistry staining shows increased the expression of p53, cytochrome-C, and cleaved-caspase-3 in the 50 mg/kg treated group. These results indicate that resveratrol induced apoptosis through PI3K/Akt and p53 signal pathway in MDA-MB-231 cell.

자치경찰제 도입안의 문제점 및 개선방안에 관한 연구 -경찰법 전부개정안 중 자치경찰제 관련 부분을 중심으로-

이 연구에서는 2020년 8월 4일 정부여당(안)으로 국회 행정안전위원회에 상정된 「경찰법」 전부개정안「국가경찰과 자치경찰의 조직 및 운영에 관한 법률(안)」에서 제시하고 있는 주요 내용을 검토해 보고 도출되는 문제점과 이를 개선할 수 있는 바람직한 지방자치경찰제 도입방안을 살펴보고자 하며 자치경찰제가 제대로 정착되어 시민을 위한 양질의 경찰서비스가 제공될 수 있는 정책적 대안을 모색해 보고자 연구를 진행하게 되었다. 연구 결과 바람직한 지방자치경찰제가 도입되기 위하여는 다음과 같은 방안들이 필요할 것으로 보여진다. 첫째 개정안에 있는 자치경찰제의 경찰공무원은 현재와 같이 국가직으로 두고 경찰사무만 국가경찰사무와 자치경찰사무로 구분함으로써 지방자치단체에 소속된 자치경찰관은 존재하지 아니하는 형식적이고 일원적인 자치경찰제가 되었다. 지방분권이라는 취지에 부합하는 자치경찰제의 도입을 위해서는 단순히 경찰사무를 구분하는 것으로는 부족하고 실질적인 경찰인력과 장비의 지방자치단체 이관 등 조직 자체에 대한 개편이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 둘째 자치경찰제의 핵심적 요소이자 자치경찰사무를 관장하는 시·도자치경찰위원회 구성 시 국가경찰위원회의 개입여지를 줄여야 할 것이며 시·도자치경찰위원회에 자치경찰 인력에 대한 실질적인 지휘 · 감독권이 없어 이에 대한 보완이 필요하다. 또한 시·도자치경찰위원회 소속의 「‘사무기구」에서 자치경찰사무에 관한 기획, 인사, 조직, 예산, 감찰 등 사실상 국가경찰의 경무 · 기획 · 청문감사의 기능을 수행할 것으로 보여지므로 사무기구를 어떻게 실질적으로 운영할 수 있는 방안이 강구되어야 할 것이다. 셋째 시·도경찰청장 추천권은 시·도자치경찰위원회와 경찰청장이 협의하여 추천하는 것 보다는 시·도자치경찰위원회에서 독자적으로 갖는 것이 필요하며 경찰서장에 대하여도 평가결과 반영 등 권고적 · 문언적인 내용 외에 체임요구권 명문화 등 실질적 통제장치를 도입하는 것도 필요할 것이다. 넷째 국가는 자치경찰사무의 인력, 장비 등에 소요되는 비용에 대하여 재정적 지원을 하도록 하고 있으나 이는 권고적인 규정으로 자치경찰의 독립적인 재정분권은 쉽지 아니하므로 정부의 현실적 예산지원을 제도화하여 지방자치단체의 재정부담을 완화하는 것은 물론 시·도자치경찰위원회와 시·도지사는 자치경찰의 독립적 재원을 찾아 자치경찰제도가 정착되도록 하여야 할 것이다. Amendment to the Police Act was submitted to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly in August 4<SUP>th</SUP> 2020. The main contents of the amendment to the Police Act are the introduction of autonomous police system. In this study, the main contents of the autonomous police system police bill are reviewed. And after finding the problem of the bill, it proposes a plan to improve the problem. In order to ensure that the autonomous police system is established and the best police services are provided for citizens, a study was conducted to review policy alternatives. As a result of the study, it seems that the following measures are needed to introduce a desirable local autonomous police system. Democratic control of the police should be achieved by transferring the national police to the local government through decentralization of police power. The municipal and provincial autonomous police committee should properly operate the command and order for local government police officers to establish a practical autonomous police system. Adoption of the law will require more comprehensive and formal opinion gathering from several levels. The National Assembly should reflect various opinions such as the government, local governments, and field police officers in the legislative process. Although this study has not yet been introduced, it is meaningful in that it has found problems in advance about the local autonomous police system, which is in the process of being introduced, and suggested improvement measures.

모노플렉스 펌프 임펠러의 마모방지에 관한 연구

The Mono flex impeller(CR), which is installed inside the bronze housing of the conventional Mono flex pump, is causes the abrasion. Because of the source of breakdown, there is a need to study to prevent the abrasion. In this study, to solve this problem, abrasion test of the rotating impeller equipped with poly-acetal membrane bushing shape between the mono flex housing and impeller were conducted using several approaches. Through the change of oil temperature, rotation speed of the impeller and propulsion pressure, the abrasion test equipped with CR-rubber and actual bushing was intended to contribute to the actual design of the parts by conducting experimental comparison and analysing.

합기도 수련유무에 따른 정신건강 비교분석

이 연구는 다양한 스포츠 및 무도관련 프로그램 중 하나인 합기도 수련유무에 따른 초등학생들의 정신건강의 차이를 비교분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 자료 수집은 서울시 서대문구에 거주하는 합기도수련생과 벼 수련생을 대상으로 편의할당표집법(convenient quota sampling)으로 450부를 수집하였으며, 최종분석에는 419부의 자료가 사용 되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 12.0을 이용하여 독립t검증과 일원변량분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 학년에 따른 정신건강 비교분석에서는 사회성요인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 합기도수련유무에 따른 정신건강을 비교분석한 결과 사회성, 생활양식, 자아존중 요인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 합기도수련강도에 따른 정신건강 비교분석한 결과 사회성, 자아존중 요인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. This study was to compare and analysis elementary students°Ø mental health based on participation and non-participation to Hapkido training, one of popular sports and martial-arts programs. The instrument for data collection was questionnaire and total 450 subjects were collected from Hapkido participants and non-participants living in Seoul through convenient quota sampling method. Finally, 419 surveys were used for this study and the date was analysed through the statistical methods of independent t-test and one-way ANOVA test by using SPSSIPC+ 12.0 program. Form the results, the following conclusions were drawn. First, there was statistically significant difference on social factor in the comparison of mental health according to grades. Second, there were statistically significant differences on social factor, life-style, and self￢respect in the comparison of mental health according Hapkido participation and non￢participation. Third, there were statistically significant differences on social factor and self-respect in the comparison of mental health according Hapkido training intensity.

경호전공 대학생들의 라이프스타일이 무도학습참여 유형에 미치는 영향

This research is intended to examine how the lifestyle of college students majoring in guard affects the pattern of participating in martial arts studies. For this, we chose students currently (2009) majoring in guard as the whole population of the statistics, extracted a sample using quota sampling, and used 279 of them in the final research. Statistic methods included factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis, cultivating the following results. Firstly, the lifestyle of college students majoring in guard held positive correlation in almost all items with martial arts studies participation pattern. Secondly, in serious types, pursuing achievement, friendship, pursuing vogue had primary affect and adventure innovation had secondary affect on how lifestyle affects martial arts studies participation pattern. Thirdly, in responsible types, discontent life, pursuing hedonism had primary affect and healthy life, pursuing vogue adventure innovation had secondary affect on how lifestyle affects martial arts studies participation pattern. Fourthly, in evading types, discontent life and hedonistic lifehad primary affect on how lifestyle of college students majoring in guard affects martial arts studies participation pattern.
