The purpose of this study is to realize the culture of firms, the characteristics of Management Control Systems, and the relationship between them to lead firms to the effective performances. Control, predictive information, efficiency, and elaborateness are found to be characteristics of Management Control Systems. The performance of a firm is divided into financial performance and nonfinancial performance. The lower the distance from power as the firm culture is, the stronger the characteristics of control, predictive information, and elaborateness are. This means that the usage of predictive information is possible in the casual atmosphere in a firm where the distance from power is low, and informal communication can be given a high level of importance in a firm where the distance from power is low. The stronger the characteristics of MCS are, the higher the financial performance and nonfinancial performance are.
비교과 프로그램을 경험한 대학생의 학습전략, 내재적 동기, 고등사고능력이 지식공유의도에 미치는 영향

This study analyzed the effects of learning strategy, intrinsic motivation, and higher thinking ability on the knowledge sharing intention of college students who experienced a non-subject program. To this end, a survey was conducted on 155 students who participated in programs operated after COVID-19. The survey was conducted online, and the finally collected survey responses were analyzed. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was found that learning strategy and intrinsic motivation affect higher thinking ability. Second, it was found that learning strategy and intrinsic motivation affect knowledge sharing intention. Third, as a result of verifying whether higher thinking ability has a mediating effect in the influence of learning strategy to share knowledge, a partial mediating effect was shown. This study is significant in that it revealed that the performance through participation in the extracurricular program had a positive effect on the cognitive and affective domains of actual college students beyond the simple satisfaction aspect.
COVID-19 전후 환경에서 중도탈락 대학생의 대학교육만족에 미치는 영향 분석

This study aims to compare and analyze the relationship between subject activities, extra-curricular activities, learning intention, and higher education satisfaction perceived by university students who dropped out before COVID-19 and during COVID-19. Survey data were collected from 596 dropout students from a four-year university in South Korea. The result show that the dropout rate of male students was higher than that of female students. The dropout rate was higher in the lower grades than in the upper grades. In the pre-COVID-19 environment, there was an effect on higher education satisfaction of dropout students in the order of learning intention, extracurricular activities, and subject activities. The learning intention of the dropout students in the pre-COVID-19 environment had an effect on the subject activities and extra-curricular activities. During COVID-19 situation, there was an effect on higher education satisfaction of dropout students in the order of extracurricular activities, learning intention, and subject activities. 본 연구에서는 COVID-19 전후 환경에서 중도탈락 학생이 인식하는 교과활동, 비교과활동, 학습의지, 대학 교육만족 간의 영향 관계를 확인하고자, K대학에서 중도탈락한 학생 596명을 대상으로 오프라인 설문을 시행하였 다. 영향 관계를 확인하기 위하여, 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 구조관계분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째 남학생이 여 학생보다 중도탈락 비율이 높게 나타났으며, 저학년이 고학년보다 중도탈락 비율이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, COVID- 전 환경에서 중도탈락 학생의 대학교육만족에 학습의지, 비교과활동, 교과활동 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났 다. COVID-전 환경에서의 학습자의 학습에 대한 의지는 교과활동과 비교과활동에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 대학생의 능동적인 학업의지는 중도탈락에도 영향을 미치고 있었다. 셋째, COVID-후 환경에서 중도탈락 학생의 대 학교육만족에 비교과활동, 학습의지, 교과활동 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 실제 중도탈락 학 생을 대상으로 영향관계를 분석하고 개선 방안을 제시함으로써 학술적인 뒷받침을 하였다는 데 그 의의가 있다.

Gesellschaften sind Personen. Diese Personen haben Recht und Pflicht unter dem rechtlich gegebenen Umfang. Wenn die Rechtsperso¨nlichkeit mißbraucht wird, wird ihre Rechtsperso¨nlichkeit verneint. Das ist weltweise natu¨rlich. Bei dem Mißbrauch, geht es darum, 'wer' Pflichte hat, und 'wer' es beweisen muß. Die moderne Gesellschaft ist fu¨r Luhmann nicht deshalb eine Risikogesellschaft, weil sie Scha¨den, Leid, Zersto¨rung und Unfa¨lle hervorbringt - das haben alle fru¨heren Gesellschaften auch getan. Zur Risikogesellschaft wird sie erst dadurch, daß kein gna¨diger Mantel namens Schicksal oder Unglu¨ck mehr u¨ber die Schaden gelegt werden kann. In der Moderne, in der die Diskontinuita¨t von Vergangenheit und Zukunft in nahezu jeder Gegenwart eine Entscheidung verlangt, muß alles, was geschieht auf Entscheidung ungerechnet werden. Luhmann schla¨gt deshalb vor, die Unterscheidung Risiko/Sicherheit durch die Unterscheidung Risiko/Gefahr zu ersetzen. "Entweder wird der etweige Schaden als Folge der Entscheidung gesehen, also auf die Entscheidung zugerechnet. Dann sprechen wir von Risiko, und zwar vom Risiko der Entscheidung. Oder der etweige Schaden wird als extern veranlaßt gesehen, also auf die Umwelt zugerechnet. Dann sprechen wir von Gefahr." Die gesellschaftliche Dynamik der Kommunikation u¨ber Risiken weniger in den Schaden selbst als vielmehr in der Risikokommunikation, in der solche Scha¨den ja erst kommunikativ, also von der Gesellschaft registriert werden. Letztlich ist man als Entscheider auch Betroffener, was die Unterscheidung Risiko/Gefahr einzuziehen droht. Um diese Implosion der Unterscheidung nicht zu riskieren, ziehen sich Entescheider zumeist auf Sachkompetenz und technischen Rigorismus zuru¨ck und qualifizieren Risiken als zumutbar, wa¨hrend Betroffenen dann nur noch Fundamentalkritik und moralischer Rigrismus als Reaktionsform und Resonanzboden bietet.

The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the differences in the level of Production Automation by Manufacturing Strategies(i.e. quality strategy, flexibility strategy, delivery strategy, cost strategy) For this purpose, I reviewed the previous research papers of the same area, then introduced a empirical research model of this study. Data were collected from a mail survey. Eight hundred questionaries were mailed to apparel manufacturers nationwide, and 97 responses were analyzed. The results revealed that The higher manufacturing strategies showed the higher level of Production Automation and drove the higher production performance. Then, the manufacturing firms can use the results of this study as an indicator when introducing Automation.
교사효능감과 교사-유아 상호작용이 유아의 사회적 능력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 유아가 성장하여 미래의 사회생활에 필수적으로 갖추어져야 할 기본적 능력 중의 하나인 유아의 사회적 능력에 교사효능감과 교사-유아 상호작용의 관계 및 영향력을 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 울산시에 소재한 만5세 유아 308명과 그들의 담임을 대상으로 실시하였다. 만5세 유아를 연구대상으로 선정한 이유는 만5세가 유아기중 사회적 능력이 가장 높게 나타났다(안라리, 2005; Waters & Sroufe, 1983)는 연구 결과를 근거로 사회적 능력의 발달 과정이 타 연령 유아보다 유아의 완숙한 사회적 능력을 나타날 수 있다는 것을 토대로 하여 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 수집된 자료는 Pearson의 적률상관계수를 산출하였고, 회귀분석에 앞서 독립 변인 간 다중공선성 문제를 진단하기 위해 VIF지수를 산출하였으며, 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 enter 방식의 중다회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 교사효능감은 유아의 사회적 능력 하위변인인 친사회적 행동, 낮은 외적 행동문제, 낮은 내적 행동 문제에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 더불어 교사-유아 상호작용 하위 변인 중 행동적 상호작용은 유아의 사회적 능력 하위변인인 친사회적 행동에, 교사-유아 상호작용 하위변인 중 정서적 상호작용은 낮은 외적 행동문제에, 교사-유아 상호작용 하위 변인 중 행동적 상호작용은 낮은 내적 행동 문제에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
플립러닝 기반 학습이 학습만족도 및 학습지속의향에 미치는 영향 분석

The purpose of this paper is to suggest the development direction of flip learning based on the educational satisfaction of flip learning currently operated in university. This study analyzes the degree of participation in the class, attention, confidence, interaction, convenience, learning satisfaction, and learning intention by analyzing factors of education satisfaction for students who participated in flip learning, and what factors influence the learning continuity. For the data processing, frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, and average comparison were performed using the statistical program SPSS 22.0. As a result, in the relationship analysis, the satisfaction level of learning was -0.160 + 0.136 × confidence factor + 0.669 × convenience factor. The factors affecting learning satisfaction were the convenience factor (.136) according to the value of the standard coefficient beta. It was analyzed to affect. Learning persistence intention = 0.324 + 0.124 × self-confidence factor + 0.682 × As a result of learning satisfaction, learning satisfaction (.682) was the most influential according to the standard coefficient beta. 본고의 목적은 현재 대학에서 운영되고 있는 플립러닝에 대한 교육만족도를 토대로 플립러닝의 발전 방향을 제시하는 데에 있다. 플립러닝에 참여한 학생들을 대상으로 한 교육 만족도 조사를 통하여 수업참여도, 주의집중, 자신감, 상호작용, 편의성, 학습만족도, 학습지속의향을 요인별로 분석하고, 학습 지속에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 분석하였다. 연구 자료처리는 통계프로그램 SPSS 22.0을 이용하여 빈도분석 및 기술통계분석, 평균비교를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 영향관계분석에서 학습만족도 = -0.160 + 0.136 × 자신감요인 + 0.669 × 편의성요인으로 분석되었으며, 학습만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보면 표준계수 베타의 값에 따라서 편의성요인(.136)이 가장 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 학습지속의향 = 0.324 + 0.124 × 자신감요인 + 0.682 × 학습만족도로 학습지속의향에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보면 표준계수 베타의 값에 따라서 학습만족도(.682)가 가장 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.
모바일러닝 시스템 품질과 학습몰입 및 만족도 간의 관계 탐색

This study analyzed the effects on system quality, learning commitment, and satisfaction in a mobile environment. A survey was conducted on 192 students enrolled in K University, and the research results are as follows. first, it was found that usefulness had an effect on learning commitment, but connectivity and reliability did not affect learning commitment. second, it was found that the usefulness and connectivity of the system quality had a significant effect on the satisfaction of use. third, the intermediary effect of learning immersion was verified as the connectivity, reliability, and usefulness of the system quality influence the satisfaction of use. connectivity and reliability had no mediating effect of learning commitment, and usefulness was found to play a partial mediating role in affecting user satisfaction. This study is meaningful in that it can provide a plan for improving the quality management of mobile learning and improving the learning effect by analyzing the effects on mobile learning from multiple perspectives.
