本论文主要探讨三个方面的内容: 第一是王充以天人关系的概念如何看生命体的诞生和禀受性命的过程; 第二是论述王充主张的性论和命论的特性, 和其性论和命论分开论述的原因; 第三是显现出王充的命定论所含有的可变因素而指出其界限性, 并讨论其命定论的新的意义. 王充主张命定论, 但在论述的过程中经常漏出与命定论矛盾的论点, 这很大程度上来自于他对人生的种种经验而产生的对学文的实事求是精神. 虽然王氏的命论具有绝对的必然的因素, 但像墨子所说的一样谁都不知道命是吉, 还是凶. 更重要的是不在于我们禀受了那一种命, 在于无论禀受那一种命, 接受自己的处境, 为了提高自己的人生境界而努力, 才是王充命定论中所含有的不定性给我们的讯息和生命力.

의료기관 인증제에 대한 인식이 요양병원 간호인력의 환자안전관리 활동에 미치는 영향

This study was aimed to investigate the influencing level of nursing staff’s recognition for the health care accreditation on patient safety managing activities by identifying the relationship between them and other factors affecting on patient safety managing activities. Subjects of this study were 182 nursing staffs working in six geriatric hospitals accredited for health care in Seoul metropolitan area. Data was collected during April, 2016 by structured questionnaires. And SPSS/WIN 15.0 program with t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis were employed for analyzing them. 96.2% of the subjects have recognized the accreditation and 31.8% of them have acknowledge it in detail. The average level of recognition for the health care accreditation and patient safety managing activity were 3.60 and 4.39 point (max.5.0) respectively. Correlation between them was positive(r=.33, p<.001). Significant factors influencing patient safety managing activity were internal service quality promotion (t=5.292, p<.001) and academic background (t=2.836, p<.01). Education program or information on health care accreditation system, and action plans for promoting internal service quality for the nursing staffs including job standardization of the jobs are recommended for the better patient safety managing activities. 본 연구는 2013년 요양병원의 의무 인증제 이후 간호인력의 의료기관 인증제에 대한 인식과 환자안전관리 활동 정도를 조사하고, 인증제 인식과 환자안전관리 활동 간의 상관관계 및 환자안전관리 활동에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하여, 요양병원 간호인력의 환자안전관리 활동을 증진하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시행되었다. 본 연구는 서술적 조사연구로 서울, 인천, 부천 소재의 의료기관 인증을 획득한 6개 요양병원 소속 간호사 및 간호조무사 대상으로 2016년 4월 18일부터 4월 30일까지 구조화된 설문지를 활용하여 총 182명의 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 15.0 Program을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 의료기관 인증제의 인식정도는 문항평균 3.60점(최고 5점), 환자안전관리 활동은 문항평균 4.39점(최고 5점)이었다. 의료기관 인증제의 인식과 환자안전관리 활동 간에는 유의한 양적 상관관계(r=.339, p<.001)가 있었고, 환자안전관리 활동에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수는 ‘내부서비스 품질향상’(β=.362, p<.001)이었고, 이외 ‘최종학력’(β=.194, p=.005)이 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 이들 변수의 설명력은 16.4% 이었다. 따라서 요양병원 간호인력의 환자안전관리 활동이 증진되기 위해서는 의료기관 인증제에 대한 인식, 특히 ‘내부서비스 품질향상’ 인식을 높이기 위한 기관의 인증제 교육프로그램 운용의 정규화 및 활성화를 위한 제고방안이 포함되어야 한다.

레스토랑의 친환경 기능성 인덕션이 이용자 만족과 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the induction servicescape and the user satisfaction and repurchase intention about the restaurant tables embedded with the most advanced eco - friendly induction range. The main results of this study are as follows. The demographic characteristics of the respondents were 104 male respondents and 106 female respondents, with male - female ratio almost similar. The respondents' positions and responsibilities consisted of 68 restaurant representatives and 142 restaurant managers or persons in charge. The number of restaurants embedded with the induction ranges staffing 5 or more employees was 62.4%, which clearly showed that they were larger than the average restaurants(2.8 employees). The result of hypothesis testing by regression analysis showed that the restaurant 's eco - friendly functional induction servicescape had a significant effect on user satisfaction, and ② the eco - friendly functional induction servicescape of the restaurant had a significant influence on repurchase intention. ③ The operation of the restaurant with the induction of the eco - friendly function of the restaurant. The satisfaction of the manager has a significant influence on the repurchase intention. Therefor, the hypothesis suggested in this study was adopted. 본 연구는 최첨단 친환경의 인덕션 렌지를 매립한 음식점 테이블의 인덕션 서비스스케이프와 이용자 만족 및 재구매 의도의 영향관계에 대한 선행연구의 내용을 바탕으로 연구모형을 설계하고, 변수들 간의 영향관계를 분석하였다. 본 논문의 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 조사 대상자의 인구 통계학적 특성으로서 남성 응답자가 104명, 여성 응답자가 106명으로, 남·여의 비율이 거의 비슷하게 참여하였으며, 응답자들의 직급 및 직책으로는 레스토랑 대표가 68명, 레스토랑 운영자 혹은 관리자가 142명이었다. 인덕션 렌지를 매립한 음식점들의 종업원 숫자 또한 5명 이상의 음식점이 62.4%로 나타나 일반 음식점 평균(2.8명) 보다 대형매장의 형태로 확실히 구분되어 나타났다. 회귀분석에 의한 가설 검증결과 ①레스토랑의 친환경 기능 인덕션 서비스스케이프가 이용자 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, ②레스토랑의 친환경 기능 인덕션 서비스스케이프가 재구매 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, ③레스토랑의 친환경 기능의 인덕션을 매립한 음식점운영·관리자의 만족이 재구매 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 본 연구에서 제시되었던 가설은 채택 되었다.

本論文以歐陽脩的<秋声赋>作品爲中心, 考察了和季节有关的人類情感問題. 本文的内容如下: 人類喜怒哀樂的感情變化是在宇宙的普遍秩序中産生的。而這種思惟逐渐形成了人類的情感隨着景物的變化而變化, 文學隨着變化的情感而産生的观点,随之形成了物我一體的审美特征. 這是以自然和人類的共鳴爲依據的思惟方式,通过此方式,总结出了随四季变化而变化的人类普遍情感. 其中出現了跟秋季有關的富饒, 恐惧和悲伤的情绪, 尤其是秋天衰落的形象与众多作家的憂愁相结合,被不断地强化为情景交融的关系,同时也让秋天孤独的情感稳定下来。. <秋声赋>的作者歐陽脩是典型的士大夫. 他跟传统时期大多數的士大夫一樣也拥有实现功名的目标, 但自己的理想遭遇挫折后産生了焦躁不安的情緖, 他用自然法则的感悟来治愈這種不安的情緖。我认为欧阳修通过自然法则来治愈自己的情绪不仅仅是受到道家思想的影响,也受到宋代时期转变成思索和哲理性质的性理学的影响以及当时非常盛行的禅宗佛教的影响。以自然为中心的儒佛道的合一在他的文学作品中是通过感悟体现出来的。

교육 및 치료적 관점의 요리활동 관련 연구동향 분석 - 2000년 ~ 2015년 국내 학술지를 중심으로 -

이 연구는 국내 학술지에 등재된 요리활동관련 연구의 전반적인 동향을 분석하고 향 후 연구의 방향을 제시하는데 목적을 두었다. 분석대상 논문은 국내 학술지에 게재된 요리활동 관련 연구논문 68편이며, 연도별?학술지별 동향, 연구주제별 동향, 연구대상별 동향, 연구방 법의 특성을 분석 준거로 사용하였다. 요리활동관련 연구 논문을 통해 얻어 낸 연구결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 1998년 제6차 유치원교육과정에서 제시된 요리활동의 교육적 가치에 대한 설명을 시작으로 2000년 이후부터 연구가 활발히 이루어졌으며 41종에 해당하는 다양 한 분야의 전문 학술지에 게재된 논문을 볼 수 있었다. 연구주제는 학습의 기초개념을 위주 로 하는 인지?표현영역(38.25%)과 인식만족도(13.23%)와 프로그램 개발(13.23%)에 관한 연구가 많았다. 연구자는 유?아동교육 전문가(58.82%)가 많았으며 연구대상도 유아(50.63%)와 아동 (12.66%)의 요리활동에 관한 연구가 대부분이었으며 그 다음으로 장애아동(17.72%)을 대상으 로 이루어지고 있었다. 연구방법으로는 실험연구(54.06%)가 가장 많았고 그 다음으로 조사연 구(21.62%)로 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과를 토대로 향 후 요리활동관련 연구의 방향에 대하 여 논의하고 제언을 하였다.

Adipogenesis Inhibitory Effects of Limonium tetragonum in Mouse Bone Marrow Stromal D1 Cells

Unbalanced differentiation of bone marrow cells into adipocytes rather than osteoblasts causes severe bone-related disorders, such as osteoporosis. Natural products that can act against unbalanced differentiation are targeted for development of functional dietary supplements. Limonium tetragonum, a halophyte known for anti-oxidant constituents, was studied for beneficial effects in prevention of adipogenesis of bone marrow stromal D1 cells in vitro. Solvent-partitioned extract fractions of L. tetragonum prevented differentiating D1 cells from accumulating lipids. Expression of the key adipogenic markers PPARγ, SREBP1c, and C/EBPα were inhibited at mRNA and protein levels. Suppressed protein levels of the phosphorylated MAPK-related factors ERK, JNK, and p-38 indicated inhibition of PPARγ pathway-linked adipogenesis in D1 cells. The n-BuOH fraction was the most effective fraction for bioactive substances. L. tetragonum inhibited adipogenesis in D1 bone marrow stromal cells due to the presence of bioactive flavonoids.
