        지역사회주민의 생활 만족도와 이에 영향을 미치는 건강관련요인 연구

        The current study was conducted to produce basic data for the policy establishment to improve the life satisfaction of residents in regional communities. The study subjected total 1,400 residents living in youngnam province in our nation for the survey by using convenience sampling. The survey took about 4 months started from March 1, 2007 to June 30, 2007. The abstract and conclusion of the result could be summarized as in below. 1. In subjective health status, 45.4% responded as normal, and the health status scored $2.68{\pm}0.67$ in 5 point scale(53.6 in 100 point scale). 2. The level of life satisfaction was found to show the score of $19.57{\pm}3.39$ in 30 point scale(65.2 in 100 point scale). Characteristically, the highest score was found in male in both age groups younger than 19 and in 20s, but lowest score was found in the age group in 40s(p<0.001). In the level of life satisfaction, 29.6% responded as satisfactory and 11.9% responded as not satisfactory. 3. In reviewing the life satisfaction by the health related characteristics, 65.7% of whom responded as very healthy answered satisfactory in life, and the life satisfaction was significantly high in peoples who do not smoke. However, the level was significantly higher in alcohol drinker than no alcohol drinker. People who have enough sleep tended to satisfy in their life, and the life satisfaction level of whom have leisure turned out to show superiorly high satisfaction level. 4. As the variables affecting on the life satisfaction, sex, age, education level, marital status, health status, stress level, life satisfaction level, healthy life activities and depression level were found, and the influence of these variables was 19.6%. As the above results demonstrate, the life satisfaction of residents in regional community was proportional to health status and highly affected by daily health life. So, the more attentions have to be made on health management and the self effort should not be neglected. Especially, since stress, depression level and leisure life did have effects on life satisfaction, more attentions have to be made on stress solving and on the development of leisure life programs. For the goal, the governments, related private organizations and specialized workforces have to make integrated efforts along with the health improvement project in large perspectives.

        의자커버용 인테리어 직물의 객관적 태평가

        Textile fabrics used for interior and home contact with the human body frequently, hence the importance of comfort including hand should be considered. The assessment methods of comfort for the interior textile materials have not been studied even though there are many previous researches in the field of wear comfort. The relationships between the mechanical properties and interior fabric hands through mechanical testing and statistical analysis tech niques were identified. In this study, 18 kinds of chenille and jacquard fabrics used for seat cover were selected. The Kawabata Evaluation System was used to measure the mechanical properties for 18 fabrics and THV(total hand value) determined by subjective evaluation of 10 participants of an expert panel was also utilized. We ran the stepwise regression analysis to select the most significant mechanical properties and to develop the prediction models for hands. The tensile properties, bending, thickness and the mean deviation of surface friction were selected as the significant mechanical properties affecting fabric hands. In addition, the interior fabrics were categorized into five groups through the cluster analysis using four mechanical properties. The THV, constituent yams, and such fabric structural factors as pile floating area and pattern showed significant differences among five groups. The interior fabric hands are expected to improve through controlling the four mechanical properties by applying the structural factors for fabric design and construction.

        도로안전시설용 시선유도봉의 신뢰성 평가

        Tubular markers for road safety facilities are used to lead the driver"s sight line and separate the lanes on the road. Such tubular markers are usually installed on the road and frequently hit by vehicles, they are accordingly requested to assure the product durability. The traditional evaluation method of tubular markers include only quality tests of the material properties. However, most of consuming agencies in charge of road management at fields have proposed problems on long-term performance of the products hit by vehicles under various weather conditions. Therefore, the objectives of this study are to develop the reliability test methods and equipments to simulate the product failures of tubular markers due to vehicle collision and wheel compression and the delamination and discoloration of reflection sheets attached on the surface of the products under high and low temperatures.

      • 플라스틱 연직배수재의 굴곡조건하에서의 배수성능시험법 개발

        플라스틱 연직배수재의 굴곡조건하에서의 배수성능을 객관적으로 평가하기 위하여 굴곡 시험장비를 개발하였으며 굴곡형태, 굴곡부여 방식 및 pin 직경 등 굴곡조건에 대한 영향을 분석하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 현재 플라스틱 연직배수재의 굴곡조건하에서의 배수성능 시험방법의 국제표준화가 진행 중에 있다. The most important property of prefabricated vertical drains (PVDs) is the discharge capacity. After the installation of PVDs, water is discharging from compressible soil layers which causes a vertical deformation of the PVDs, resulting in buckling. However, there are many different practices are present all over the world for the testing of the discharge capacity of PVDs, especially in buckled condition. In this study, the effects of buckling shape, pin diameter and buckling procedure on discharge capacity were investigated to develop the standardized test method and apparatus for discharge capacity of PVDs in buckled condition.

      • 플라스틱 연직배수재의 배수성능시험법 국제표준화

        Prefabricated vertical drains(PVDs) are used to accelerate the settlement of clays and silts under a given surcharge loading. Therefore, the discharge capacity is the most important property for PVDs. According to EN 15237, the soil compression, taking place during the consolidation process, may cause buckling or kinking of the PVDs, which may seriously reduce their discharge capacity. However, the previously developed test methods are not enough to measure the discharge capacity of straight and buckled PVDs considering the installation and consolidation processes with acceptable repeatability and reproducibility. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the ISO standard test method considering the following factors which affect the discharge capacity: hydrualic gradient, static or stepwise cell pressure, test duration, creep effect and buckling geometry etc.

        자동차 에어백용 원단의 수명예측

        The airbag module is an inflatable restraint system that inflates within 0.05 seconds automatically in a collision to protect the occupants. The airbag fabrics used in the module are required to have the good resilience and strength and also to have retained at least 80% of mechanical properties after using longer than 10 years. In this study, we develop an accelerated test method in order to predict the lifetimes of airbag. In this test, we select temperature and humidity as environmental stresses by analyzing the failure mechanisms of coated and uncoated nylon 66 fabrics. It is found that the degradation of airbag fabrics is effectively accelerated under the combined conditions of high temperature and humidity. Analyzing the results of the accelerated test, the lifetimes of airbag fabrics are predicted to be longer than 10 years.

        The reduction factor for installation damage required for calculation of design strength of geosynthetics is usually obtained from the field test. Installation damages of geosynthetics occurred during backfill compaction are influenced by various factors such as geosynthetics, backfill materials and backfill compaction method. However field test considering these factors shows very low repeatability and reproducibility. This study suggests the pilot test method for obtaining the reduction factor of installation damage economically and efficiently.

      • 단계등온법을 적용한 복합소재 지오그리드의 수명예측

        복합소재 지오그리드의 크리프 거동을 단계등온법을 적용하여 평가하였는데, 시험조건을 결정하기 위하여 승온스텝, 하중, 시료의 리브수가 복합재 지오그리드의 크리프 거동에 미치는 영향을 평가하였다. 그 결과 단계등온법을 복합재 지오그리드에 적용할 때 10~14℃의 승온 온도와 승온 최대온도는 80℃ 이하가 적용가능하며, 40%, 50% 하중 하에서는 primary 크리프 거동이 관찰되었고, 60% 하중 하에서는 secondary 크리프 거동이 관찰되었다. 또한, 크리프 마스터 커브를 이용하여 사용온도 20 ℃에서 통계적 신뢰성 분석방법을 적용하여 수명분포를 추정하고, 신뢰성 척도를 산출하였다. 사용온도에서 하중별 수명은 시공자로 하여금 현장에 적합한 지오그리드를 선택하는데 유용한 정보를 제공하며, 과도한 크리프 안전율 설계에 대한 경제적인 절감효과를 보인다.

      • 띠형 섬유보강재의 내시공성 개선 연구

        In the domestic design for reinforced retaining wall, the maximum particle size of land fill materials is specified less than 19 mm to assess the strength reduction by the installation damages. However, it is impractical to use a high quality of land fill materials under 19 mm of particle size in construction site. In this study, the hybrid geosynthetic strips were developed with polyester yarns secured by PE coating and then laminated with PET mesh on the surface in order to improve the installation damages. Using the hybrid goesyntheic strips, we evaluated and verified the improvement of installation damages with various particle sizes of land fill materials.
