        나쓰메 소세키(夏目漱石)의 직업관

        本論文は「夏目漱石の仕事観」について考察したものである。 夏目漱石は幼い頃から「人間はいかに生きるべきか」ということで悩み続けた。漱石の追求したより人間らしい生き方への答えは漱石の「自然観」を通して窺うことができる。人に対する思いやりや義理、人情、道徳などを何より大事にする漱石はこれらを自分の生き方の基に考えた。そして、自分の考えを作品に表わした。 生きがいのある生き方の中で漱石の「仕事観」は見逃すことができない。漱石は様々な作品だけでなく講演での演説や知人、弟子との手紙を通して自分の「仕事観」について延べた。 漱石の「仕事観」は簡単に纏めると「自己本位」で仕事に務めるということである。これは一見、自分の利益だけを考えるエゴイズムに受け取られるかもしれない。しかし、漱石の「自己本位」でやる仕事とは、自ら好きで積極的に仕事に取り組み、自分の発展はいうまでもなく結果的に他人にも利益を与えるということである。さらに自分のために務める仕事は、仕事の発展はもちろん、社会への貢献にも繋がるということである。 なお、「自己本位」でやる仕事で欠かせないのは仕事への責任である。仕事に対する責任があってこそ本人はもちろん社会や国家への発展が期待できよう。このように自分だけでなく社会全般のことを意識し、仕事に取り組むにはプロ意識が欠かせない。 漱石は「大きな自然」の「大きな道徳」の中で「自己本位」でやる仕事を求めた。このような漱石の「仕事観」は、「人間はいかに生きるべきか」という悩みの一部であり、「自然観」の一部であるといえよう。

        대구지역의 국지순환풍의 환기경로 및 대기오염수송에 관한 수치모의

        Recently, urban planning with consideration of urban climate, represented by the concept of urban ventilation lane is widely practiced in many countries. The concept of urban ventilation lane is mainly aimed to improve the thermal comfort within urban area in summer season. It has also the aim to reduce the urban air pollution by natural cold air drainage flows which are to be intensified by a suitable alignment of buildings as well as use zonings based on scientific reasons. In this study, the prevailing wind ventilation lane of a local wind circulation and around Daegu for a typical summer days was investigated by using a numerical simulation. The transport of air pollutants by the local circulation winds was also investigated by using the numerical simulation model, the RAMS (Reasonal Atmospheric Model System). The domain of interest is the vicinity of Daegu metropolitan city (about 900 km2). The horizontal scale of the area is about 30 km. The simulations were conducted under a late spring synoptic condition with weak gradient wind and almost clear sky. From the numerical experiment, the following three conclusions were obtained: (1) The major wind passages of the local circulation wind generated by radiative cooling over the representative mountains of Daegu (Mt. Palgong and Mt. Ap) were found. The winds blow down along the valley axis over the eastern part of Daegu as a gravity flow during nighttime. (2) At the flatland, the winds blow toward the western part of Daegu through the city center. (3) As the results, the air pollutants were transported toward the western part of Daegu by the winds during nighttime.

        나쓰메 소세키(夏目漱石)와 여행에 관한 연구

        「旅行」に?する?究は幅?く行われている。政治·??·文化·人類?など??な分野における旅行への?究は、社?や??の?展と?がり、?家競?力を成し遂げた。よって、旅行に?する?究はあとを絶たないと思う。文?における旅行の影響も見逃せない。本稿は、夏目漱石の作品に描かれている旅行を漱石の??と?連づけて考察した。本論に先立って述べた日本における旅行の?史は、??な目的で旅立つ作中人物の心理や作品の背景理解に役立つと思う。漱石は生涯、二回にわたって、海外旅行に出た。日本と違う環境や生活·文化などで?惑い苦?したが、二回の海外旅行は漱石にとって掛け替えのない大切な??となった。中でも、イギリス留?中に出?った池田菊苗、「自己本位」の自?、外から冷?で客?的に?察させられた日本への考え方は、イギリス旅行から?穫した?物といえよう。これらによって視野が?がるようになり、物事に?する考え方が?わり、究極に生き方が?わった。そのうえ、『文?論』をはじめ、多彩な文?作品が生み出された。漱石作品に描かれている「旅行」にはいくつかの特?が見られる。一つは近世から一般に行われるようになった「?泉湯治」である。次は?分?換の目的で立つ旅行といえよう。旅行の目的とは言えないけれども、旅行後の?化や旅行先からの期待感をも?者に興味を?える。漱石作品に描かれている旅行に?する?容の中、現?を離れて新たな世界を求めて旅立つ人物に注目したい。これは一見、現?から逃れようとする消極的な態度に見られるかも知れないが、かえって複?に絡み合っている現?から離れ、もっと高い世界より問題を解決しようとする高踏的な態度といえよう。漱石作品における旅行は、漱石の??に基づいた?容である。なお、話の流れとして描かれている旅行だけでなく、旅行そのものに重点を置いて書いた作品にも注目したい。

        An observational study on the differences in thermal characteristics of the Upo Wetland and converted areas from wetland to paddy field

        This study intended to collect data for evaluating the meteorological value of Upo Wetland which is the largest wetland in the downstream of Nakdong River. The observations were conducted in summer at the Upo Wetland and its surrounding paddy field that is the converted areas from a wetland to a paddy field. The following results are obtained: 1) The temperature of Upo Wetland area was 1oC lower than the surrounding area during the day while it was a little higher during the night.; 2) The maximum wind speed in the Upo Wetland area was 3.5 m/s which is stronger than 1.6 m/s of its surrounding area. The south wind was observed in the farmland for most of the day while north winds and south winds alternated between day and night in Upo Wetland.; 3) In heat budget analysis, Upo Wetland was wasted in the form of latent heat rather than sensible heat in daytime.         DNA topoisomerases control DNA superhelicity and play important roles in various cellular processes occuring on DNA. The efficiencies of replication, transcription and recombination are greatly affected by inactivation of the enzymes. The inhibitors of DNA topoisomerases are used as antibiotic and anticancer drugs. The inhibitors are thought to cause cell death by the blockage of replication and/or by inducing DNA damage.
