The superstructures of the steel box bridge, which support the vehicle load directly, are composed of two main components; the steel box and the concrete slab, which are designed as a compositely behaving structure. In the composite girder bridges, the concrete pouring procedures cause different bending moments at each location of a girder. The difference in bending moment is also caused by the varied stiffness of the girders. For the open section type of steel girders which is used in many countries, the sequential concrete pouring method is suggested on the basis of the influential lines concept in order to minimize the effect of such moments. However, the effect is insignificant for the closed section steel box girders which are mostly used in Korea. This paper deals with the behavior of closed section steel girder box bridge according to the continuous pouring concrete slab. Both experimental and structural analysis were performed to assess the behavior of the composite steel box girder bridge under construction.

소의 간 시토졸 알데히드 탈수소효소의 정제와 특성에 관한 연구

Cytosolic aldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH) of bovine liver was purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation, DEAE-Sephacel column chromatography, hydroxyapatite affinity chromatography and 5`-AMP Sepharose 4B affinity chromatography. The molecular weight of cytosolic ALDH was determined to be 205,000 dalton by Sephadex G-150 gel filtration. SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis showed that it was homotetramer of four identical subunits, molecular weight of each of which was 52,000 dalton. Optimal pH and optimal temperature of this enzyme was found to be pH 9.0 and 37℃ respectively. The isoelectric point of this enzyme was 6.3. K_m values of bovine liver cytosolic ALDH for acetaldehyde, propionaldehyde, succinic semialdehyde was high (4∼6 mM) but those for benzaldehyde and indole 3-acetaldehyde were extremely low (20∼50 μM). This result suggested that bovine liver cytosolic ALDH might contribute partly to acetaldehyde oxidation in ethanol metabolism but its major function would be to oxidize biogenic aldehydes. It was realized that the esterase activity of bovine liver cytosolic ALDH was inhibited by propionaldehyde, a substrate of the dehydrogenase activity of this enzyme, suggesting that the catalytic site of dehydrogenase and esterase activity might be identical. Chloral hydrate protected N-ethylmaleimide inhibition of both dehydrogenase and esterase activity of this enzyme. This again suggested that both active sites might be identical. v

쥐간 미토콘드리아의 외막결합 Aldehyde Dehydrogenase 의 활성부위에 관한 연구

The outer membrane bound ALDH of rat mitochondria was purified and its reaction phenomena were investigated through chemical modifications. The purified membrane bound ALDH was inhibited up to about 50% by disulfiram when its concentration was high and it was realized that at 0.1∼0.4 mM of sulhydryl specific iodoacetamide concentration, the ALDH was inhibited by the formation of enzyme inhibitor complex in one to one ratio of molecular level. The second-order rate constant was 334.3 M^-1min^-1. The purified outer membrane bound ALDH was also rapidly inactivated by thiol specific reagent such as phydroxymercuribenzoate at the concentration of 0.2∼0.6 μM. Inactivation by p-hydroxymercuribenzoate was protected by acetaldehyde, a substrate of ALDH. The second-order rate constant for the inactivation was calculated to be 773,000 M^-1min^-1, and the reaction order with respect to p-hydroxymercuribenzoate was 1.08, indicating that there might be one sulfhydryl residue per enzyme. Arginine specific reagent such as phenylglyoxal, histidine specific reagent such as diethylpyrocarbonate and lysine specific reagent such as pyridoxal 5`-phosphate have no effect on the above ALDH. However, phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride, a serine specific reagent, inactivated ALDH as much as 66%. These results indicated that the cysteine, serine residues might probably be located at/or near the active site of the enzyme.

Man is a social animal, who is learned the way to live by the education and tradition of society. Nowadays mass-media has the great influence on our consciousness and activity because of its excellent effect of transmisson. When we consider various instances of juvenile delinquency, most of the negative events accompanied by sex and violence are caused by the distorted fluence to massamedia. For it is transmitted to them without filtering. Further we can't overlook that the content of massmedia is related to the industry of enjoyment which make money by producing sex on a commercial scale. The proper role of massmedia in informationized society is to furnish us with useful information. But on the one hand, if massmedia transmits directly the reality of sex and violence without filtering, it does incurable harm to human mentality. Further, if it is transmitted repeatedly information on crime and violence by Massmedea, it is worried over insensibilization about it. What comes into question is the fact that these pheonomena extend to younger generation as well as adults. On the other hand, though masmedia may not embellish sexual crime and viloence, readers or viewers little by little become insensible while uncritically reflected without value - judgment and treated merely for amusement or too much real. This make increase insensible men who don't feel guilty while commiting a crime. Ethic of massmedia begins from not 'what should do with'. but 'how to do with it', because it is expression of attitude regarding to moral sense of the persons concerned massmedia and social responsibility of massmedia and press. To live a life worth of man, we must have at least intelligence to controll material desire. Modern society, however, degrades to be threatened our existential life because materialistc value becomes superior standard but spiritual value falls down inferior standard. How to protect the youth from the degraded publication reinforces the law and penalty so as to block radically it's publication, and it should be established the law restricting selling besides special place or reader. The problem of lewdness and decadence can be solved by the reformation of our consciousness as recipient as well as that massmedia. Therefore it is required urgently education of the value or moral for judgement media-recipients.

The main objective of the enterprise is that it is to continue business value creation. All of our enterprises concentrating in meantime on growth characteristic and profitability security must be kept in mind the possibility of becoming the insolvent and bankrupt company when they neglect the risk management of their enterprises. This is why they must prepare the plan of preparation all the times. The uncertainty of complicated characteristics has been increasing in the current management environment of blunting, such as the 21 century's globalization, unstable oil price and complicated financial goods, etc. So, it is needed to establish the system against the connection characteristic security and an important point of view for the ERM(Enterprise Risk Management) frame. Understanding this ERM and establishing the plans for better ways of management is important in the future. This study would be useful for its management as a guideline.
