Purpose : To investigate whether bone mineral density(BMD) occurs in association with fatty replacement oflower paraspinal muscles and whether it relates with the area ratio(Ps/V) of psoas muscle(Ps) divided by adjacentvertebral body(V). Materials and methods : For the evaluation of osteoporosis, 100 females underwent quantitativeCT. At L1,L2 and L3 levels, the fatty replacement of lower paraspinal muscles was numerically graded and therelationship between this and BMD of the vertebral body was evaluated. The correlation between BMD and Ps/V at L2and L3 levels was also evaluated, as was the relationship between the thickness of subcutaneous fat tissue at L1,L2 and L3 levels. Results : BMD showed significant inverse correlations with the grade of the fatty replacement oflower paraspinal muscles at L1($ ho$<.01), L2 level and L3 level($\rho$<.001). In particular, significant differenceswere established between grade 0 and 2 ($\rho$<.05) at L1 level, and between grade 0 and 2, and 1 and 2 ($\rho$<.05) at L2and L3 levels. There was markedly low correlation (${\gamma}$=.33) between BMD and Ps/V at L3 level($\rho$<.001) and lowercorrelation (${\gamma}$=.22) at L2 level($\rho$<.05). At L2 and L3 levels, there was no correlation between the thickness ofsubcutanous fat tissue and BMD or Ps/V. Conclusion : The present study demonstrates that there was significantinverse correlation between BMD and fatty replacement of lower paraspinal muscles, and low correlation between BMDand Ps/V.

Keats lived in 19th century England, which was undergoing revolutionary social and political changes. He combined the imaginative thoughts of the first generation romantic poets with his 'Negative Capability' theory. He was not looking to stir some exotic emotion or aspiration or to escape reality, but was simply trying to use his imagination to find truth and beauty in one place As Keats explained 'Negative Capability' from 'Soul-making' is when man is capable of being in uncertainties, mysteries and doubts without any irritable reaching after fact and reason. It is considered an accident of rare occurrence in the actual world. That is, it looks for things in the real world that do not exist, it assumes things are possible that are impossible, it tries to understand things that cannot be understood, and it tries to surmise things that are unsurmisable. It can be explained as spiritual capability that is in harmony with unreal and negative phenomena or situations, in which objects are appreciated and incorporated into Keats' poetic imagination Beauty unifies and harmonizes Keats' imaginative world while also internalizing the real world. In addition to, Keats uses 'Negative Capability' to transform the negative aspects of reality into positive ones in his imaginative world. This affirmative recreation allows relative dual essential elements, such as his pleasure and sorrow, delight and grief, body and soul, life and death, light and dark to harmonize and unify.

대학기록관의 내부마케팅을 통한 이용자 만족도 제고 방안

According to the development of information technology, the paradigm of the archives is shifting from preservation management of past records to use-oriented services. In this regard, this study is conducted an empirical study on the effect of internal marketing factors of university archives on the customer orientation of employees in order to improve organizational satisfaction for users of records information service. Based on the previous research, the delegation of authority, internal communication, management support, and training are established as factors of internal marketing, and the parameters for this are job satisfaction, organizational commitment, customer orientation as dependent variables, and We set up hypothesis between research variables and attempted an analysis through statistical system. In summary, each element of internal marketing showed significant results on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and management support was most closely related to job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and customer orientation of university archive staff. 정보기술 발달에 따른 기록관의 패러다임이 과거 기록물에 대한 보존 관리에서 이용 중심의 서비스로 전환되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 기록정보 서비스 이용자의 만족도 제고를 위한 조직적 개선 노력을 위하여, 대학기록관 기록물관리 전문요원을 대상으로 대학기록관 내부마케팅 요소가 직원의 고객지향성에 어떤 영향을 미치는가에 대한 실증연구를 설문을 통해 진행하였다. 선행연구를 토대로, 내부마케팅의 요인으로 권한위임, 내부커뮤니케이션, 경영층지원, 교육훈련을 설정하고, 이에 대한 매개변수는 직무만족, 조직몰입, 종속변수로는 고객지향성을 설정하고 연구 변수 간 가설과 연구모형을 설정하고 통계시스템을 통한 분석을 시도하였다. 연구 결과를 종합하면, 내부마케팅의 요소는 직무만족 및 조직몰입, 고객지향성에 대해 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 대학기록관 직원의 직무만족과 조직몰입, 고객지향성 향상에 있어 내부마케팅 요인 중 경영층지원 요인이 가장 밀접한 관계가 있는 것으로 도출되었다.

John Keats was always conscious that "A poet should seek truth and reality and give it an eternal life with a meaningful language." So, during his brief life, he was much concerned with real experience and reality. In particular, he believed that metaphysical thoughts and religions could not settle the pain of the real world. He tried continuously to find something powerful that could endow hope in human life. As the result, he pursued the eternal Beauty that indwells in all things and natural phenomena. Therefore, Beauty was the object of an eternal pursuit and that brought joy to him. And the Beauty that grasps through abundant imagination makes our life positive and humanity harmonious with the real world. Notably, Ode to a Nightingale shows his effort to overcome sorrow from the limitedness of humanity and his progress of inner growth to develop the wisdom to endure the pain and the hardships of the real world. Most of all the significance of Keats as a poet is that he welcomed the pains and the hardships, and tried to find Beauty as a solution to them, not in a fantasy or a dream, but in a real world based on the understanding of humanity, and let humans understand it.

『프시케에게 부치는 노래』에서의 이상에 대한 미의식

John Keats was one of the post-romantic poets who tried to find truth and beauty in human life. He used his imagination, Negative Capability, as a positive element in his works. And he thought the most important element in the actual world is to achieve Soul-making through the power of imagination. So he explored through the imagination into the ultimate reality of our melancholic life to give it positive meaning paradoxically. Ode to Psydche which was written first, grasped the love of psyche which was existing at the mythological world in the past, and was systematized by the problem of compensation that was derived by the pains. In this poem, Keats wanted to a pursuit of ideal world by creating soul-making to unify with her and a pursuit of beauty through understanding of actual world. In conclusion, during his short life Keats felt human agonies and troubles sensitively and understand the importance of experience in this world. He tried to see all things not through the pessimistic view but as beauty. Therefore it has the value of reestimation that he finally attains the Truth, creates his soul and becomes pure poet.

악성 비강 종괴의 CT 소견

Purpose : To evaluate the CT findings of malignant nasal cavity tumors. Materials and Methods : Retrospective analysis was performed on 20 patients with pathologically-proven malignant nasal cavity tumors. Using CT, we analysed their location, extent of bone destruction and of involvement of adjacent structures, and enhancing pattern. Result : A total of 2 cases included nine squamous cell carcinomas, three olfactory neuroblastomas, three lymphomas, two polymorphic reticulosis, one adenoid cystic carcinoma, one undifferentiated carcinoma and one metastasis from renal cell carcinoma. All cases except one adenoid cystic carcinoma and one squamous cell carcinoma revealed bone destruction or erosion. Aggressive bone destruction and irregular enhancement were seen in eight cases of squamous cell carcinoma, seven cases of which showed involvement of the adjacent paranasal sinuses, nasopharynx, and orbit. Olfactory neuroblastomas were centered in the superior nasal cavity and the adjacent ethmoid sinus, and erosion or destruction of the cribriform plate had occurred. Lymphomas showed bilateral involvement, with uniform contrast enhancement. Polymorphic reticuloses showed perforation or erosion of the nasal septum, with bilateral involvement of the nasal cavity. Conclusions : The location, pressure of bone destruction, involvement of adjacent structures, and enhancement pattern of tumor on CT can be helpful for the differential diagnosis of malignant nasal cavity tumors.
