The porous metals are known as relatively excellent characteristic such as large surface area, light, lower heat capacity, high toughness and permeability. The Fe-Cr-Al alloys have high corrosion resistance, heat resistance and chemical stability for high temperature applications. And then many researches are developed the Fe-Cr-Al porous metals for exhaust gas filter, hydrogen reformer catalyst support and chemical filter. In this study, the Fe-Cr-Al porous metals are developed with Fe-22Cr-6Al(wt) powder using powder compaction method. The mean size of Fe-22Cr-6Al(wt) powders is about $42.69{\mu}m$. In order to control pore size and porosity, Fe-Cr-Al powders are sintered at $1200{\sim}1450^{\circ}C$ and different sintering maintenance as 1~4 hours. The powders are pressed on disk shapes of 3 mm thickness using uniaxial press machine and sintered in high vacuum condition. The pore properties are evaluated using capillary flow porometer. As sintering temperature increased, relative density is increased from 73% to 96% and porosity, pore size are decreased from 27 to 3.3%, from 3.1 to $1.8{\mu}m$ respectively. When the sintering time is increased, the relative density is also increased from 76.5% to 84.7% and porosity, pore size are decreased from 23.5% to 15.3%, from 2.7 to $2.08{\mu}m$ respectively.

Yeongyeong Seowon School(硏經書院) was the first of its kind in Daegu, representing the starting point of education in the Daegu area. First constructed in 1563 (the 18th year of the reign of King Myeongjong), and then, torn down during the Japanese Invasion of Korea(壬辰倭亂), the School went through a long period of being rebuilt. As the provincial office of Gyeongsang Province(慶尙監營) was set up in Daegu in 1601 (the 34th year of the reign of King Seonjo), Yeongyeong Seowon School faithfully fulfilled its function as a Seowon School in Daegu, the capital city of Gyeongsang Province. This ultimately led to the School becoming the main Seowon School when it came to the Toegye Studies in the Daegu area. However, in 1871 (the 8th year of the reign of King Gojong), the School subjected to abolition as a result of the nationwide abolition policy against Seowon Schools led by Heungseon Daewongun(興宣大院君), King Gojong's father who was acting as a regent at the time. The abolition made the School leave around three-hundred-year-long prosperity behind history. However, it is needless to say that Yeongyeong Seowon School made an immeasurable contribution to educational, academic and cultural aspects in the Daegu area. In recent days, recognizing the enormous influence of the School on the formation of identity in Daegu, and agreeing on the need for the School to regain its reputation as the starting point of the Daegu education, some interested figures in this matter in the Daegu area have embarked on a campaign for restoring the Seowon School. Against this backdrop, the writer of this thesis has touched on the status, characteristic, and significance of Yeongyeong Seowon School. 연경서원은 대구 최초의 서원으로 대구지역 교육의 원류이다. 이 서원은 1563년(명종 18)에 건립되어, 임진왜란 때 소실되었으며 이후 오랜 기간에 걸쳐 중건되었다. 1601년(선조 34)에 경상감영이 대구에 설치됨에 연경서원은 경상도 首府의 서원이자 監營의 서원으로 그 기능을 다하였다. 이로써 연경서원은 洛中地域 퇴계학의 중심서원이 되었다. 그러나 1871년(고종 8)에 이르러 대원군의 서원철폐정책으로 훼철됨으로써 300여 년간 융성하였던 연경서원의 발자취는 사라지게 되었다. 그러나 연경서원이 대구지역의 교육과 학술, 문화에 끼친 공로는 지대하다. 이것은 『대구읍지』를 비롯한 史書와 先儒들의 문집 속에 기록된 많은 문헌이 이를 실증하고 있다. 최근에 이르러 대구의 뜻있는 인사들이 연경서원이 대구의 정체성 형성에 미친 영향과 대구교육의 원류로서 연경서원이 복원되어야 한다는데 의견을 모우고 복원운동을 전개하고 있다. 그래서 논자는 본 논고에서 우리나라의 서원 중에서 연경서원의 위상과 특징 및 의의에 대하여 건립연도, 건물의 규모, 건립의 주체, 배향인물, 강학의 참여자, 사액여부, 관리의 방문, 훼철여부, 지역사회의 기여도를 중심으로 고찰하였다. 이러한 고찰은 연경서원 복원을 위한 타당성과 정당성을 확보하는데 도움을 줄 것이다.

Investments and studies on the traditional biofuel like bioethanol have decreased significantly due to the collapse in the oil price and the decline in its business environment in three years. However academic researches and industrial application on the biomass based chemical, materials and drop-in fuel such as the Biojet fuel are being and must be performed for the future environment and new chemical industry. KITECH is studying on the biomass based materials and drop-in fuel for the application of the Biorefinery concept to the chemical and fuel industry as follows, - Bioplastics process development with agricultural by-products - Processes development of the source materials from the biomass and those conversions to the jet fuel - Industrial materialization of the forest natural products

이 논문은 대구의 달성토성(達城土城)과 달성서씨(達城徐氏)와의 관계를 밝힌 것이다. 달성은 신라 때 축성된 토성이다. 이 달성에 서씨(徐氏)들이 거주한 것은 고려 명종(明宗) 때로 확인되었다. 달성은 조선 세종 6년(1424)에 왜구(倭寇)의 방어를 위해 성곽을 수축(修築)하기 위하여 나라에서 남산(南山)의 옛 역터와 교환하게 하고, 상(賞)과 관직을 하사하려고 하였다. 이때 달성에 거주하고 있던 달성서씨 4대손 서침(徐沈)은 이를 사양하고 대구부민(大丘府民)들의 환곡(還穀) 이자(利子)를 줄여줄 것을 요청하여 허락을 받았다. 이로써 대구의 부민들이 환곡 1섬에 ⅓인 5대를 감하고 10대만 이자를 내게 되었다. 이러한 혜택은 조선말에 이르기까지 이루어졌다. 현종 6년(1665)에 이르러 대구부민들이 서침의 은혜에 감사하여 숭현사(崇賢祠)를 건립하여 제향을 드렸다. 서침은 현대적 용어로 표현하면 조선조에 대구지역에서 노블리스 오블리제(noblesse oblige)를 실천한 사람의 모범으로 오늘날에도 기릴 필요가 있다고 여겨진다.

Abdominal compartment syndrome (ACS) is a life-threatening emergency requiring prompt treatment. In these cases, a patient cannot ventilate effectively and oliguria can occur because of the high intra-abdominal pressure (IAP). The mortality rate is very high. Treatment is abdominal decompression and secondary closure. There are very few reports of the anesthetic management of a patient with ACS. We report a 38-year-old male patient who was diagnosed with ACS at the operating room. The IAP was measured and emergency abdominal decompression and “Bogota bag” apply were performed. The respiratory and hemodynamic parameters improved after this treatment.
