본 연구는 상지 부위 근육의 동적 근수축에 따른 표면 근전도 신호의 진폭 추출 기법의 차이를 비교하고자 하였다. 근전도 신호 처리 기법의 과정인 근활성도 추출, 스무딩 크기에 따른 차이를 파악하였다. 본 실험에 참가한 피실험자는 10명의 20대 남성이었으며, 표면 근전도와 입식 작업대 장비를 사용하여 실험을 수행하였다. 피실험자내 실험 설계로서 근육 (상완이두근, 전면삼각근, 상부숭모근), 근활성도 추출 기법 (평균, 첨두), 스무딩 크기 (100, 300, 500㎳)를 독립변수로 선정하였다. 이에 따라 신호의 재현성을 분석하기 위하여 linear envelope (LE)의 변동 계수 차이를 비교 분석하였다. 분석 결과 변동 계수는 근활성도 추출 기법과 스무딩 크기의 주효과 및 교호작용에 따라 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 일반적으로 평균 LE가 첨두 LE보다 낮은 변동 계수를 나타냈으며, 첨두 LE는 스무딩 크기가 증가할수록 변동 계수가 감소하는 추세로 파악되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 동적 근수축에 따른 근활성도를 파악하고자 할 때, 신호 추출 기법간의 차이를 파악할 수 있었다. 이를 토대로 추후 반복적인 동적 상태의 근활성도를 분석하기 위하여 추출 방법, 스무딩 크기 등의 적절한 근전도 신호 처리 기법을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Traffic signs without a cognitive consideration in their design may cause information-processing problem that could result in a mental confusion among drivers often lead to a serious traffic accident. Therefore, in this study, several traffic signs currently used in Seoul Metropolitan area have been sampled and analyzed to identify design problems that usually caused by neglecting drivers cognitive ability. To classify the practical design problems, five major information-processing problems have been suggested: indistinguishable information, information conflict, missing information, sign-load mismatch, and information overload. In order to solve these cognitive problems, new traffic signs have been suggested in this study. An experiment was also performed to validate the new traffic sign. Twenty-four healthy subjects participated in the experiment. They were asked to answer the Question after observing the traffic signs continuously displayed on computer screen. The result indicated that subjects improved the accuracy in understanding the signs by 1.4 times when they used the suggested traffic sign compared to the old one. Based upon the results, a cognitive guideline was suggested for correct and speedy reading of traffic signs by improving information processing and reducing of human error. In conclusion, the traffic sign may well be applied to design an intelligent traffic sign system to increase the safety and comfort of drivers, especially in complex load condition.

By referring thirty-seven previous studies on manual material handling (MMH), this paper analyzed guidelines and main factors of one-handed tasks. The previous studies concerned main factors of distance, weight, frequency, posture, gender, age, training, direction of force, height of the force exerted, and object shape and size. Based on these factors, the criteria used to understand one-handed tasks were objective measures of maximum strength, reaction force, etc., psychophysical measures of maximum acceptable frequency and weight, etc., and physiological measures of oxygen uptake, heart rate, electromyography, etc. An allowance threshold model regarding quantitative and objective fatigue and workload would be suggested for future research. This study would be expected that it serve to establish and Korean recommendations of one-handed tasks.

This is a case study which establishes effective ammo issue plan and determines ammo support capability by linking various situations about ammo issue with wargame simulation. Ammo function simulation model has been developed for this matter and it has been proven that the model has significant impact on type of round, parking space for magazine, number of workers and capacity of equipment, etc. during establishing ammo issue plan and determining ammo supply capability. Also, ammo support capability varies significantly depending on tactical damage and MOPP status, etc. ASP's tactical situation, such as magazine damage, MOPP status, type of issuing round, parking space for magazine, number of workers and capacity of equipment, can be reflected when preparing an effective wartime ammo working hour issuing plan for supplying ammo to units through studies results, so that the issuing plan can be realistic and actual.
