3차원 적층 출력과 밀링에 의해 제작된 일체형 의치의 인공치 변위 평가

목적: 의치상과 인공치가 밀링과 3차원 프린팅 방식에 의해 일체형으로 제작될 때 각기 인공치의 변위를 평가하고자 한다. 재료 및 방법: 밀링과 3차원 프린팅 방식으로 상하악 각기 12개의 의치를 제작하였다. 프린팅에 의해 제작된 상악의치 군은 Group Up이고, 하악의치군은 Group Lp이다. 밀링에 의해 제작된 상악의치 군은 Group Um이고, 하악의치 군은 Group Lm이다. 대조군 상악의치는 소프트웨어상에서 최종적으로 디자인된 것으로 상악은 Group Uc이고 하악은 Group Lc이다. 상하악 의치의 양중절치 사이(AB, ab), 양견치 사이(CD, cd), 양제1대구치 사이(EF, ef), 중절치와 제1대구치사이(AE, ae) 및 중절치와 설측점사이(AG, ag) 의 거리를 측정하였다. 결과: AG와 ag는 상하악 의치 모두에서 프린트된 의치군과 컨트롤 의치군 사이에서 뿐 만 아니라 밀링 의치군과 컨트롤 의치군 사이에서도 통계학적 유의성을 나타내었다(One-way ANOVA, P < .05). 하악 일체형의치에서는 Group Lp와 Group Lm 사이에 ab, cd, ef 모두 통계학적 유의성을 나타내었다. 결론: 밀링과 3차원 프린팅에 의해 제작된 의치의 인공치 변위는 통계학적 유의성이 나타났으나, 임상적으로 매우 양호한 변위량을 보여주었다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the displacement of artificial tooth of monolithic complete denture manufactured by milling and 3D printing method in which the denture base and the artificial teeth are simultaneously made. Materials and methods: Twelve upper and lower complete dentures for each were made by milling and 3D printing method. Group Up and Group Lp are a group of upper and lower dentures made by printing, and Group Um and Group Lm are denture groups made by milling. Group Uc and Group Lc are is a group of finally designed upper and lower dentures respectively. Measurements were performed between both central incisors (AB, ab), both canines (CD, cd), both first molars (EF, ef), between an incisor and a first molar (AE, ae), and between incisor and lingual point (AG, ag) for each upper and lower denture. Results: AG and ag value between printed dentures and original ones as well as between milled dentures and original ones showed a statistically significant difference (One-way ANOVA, P<.05) in both lower and upper monolithic dentures. In the lower monolithic ones, ab, cd and ef value revealed a significant difference between Group Lp and Group Lm (One-way ANOVA, P<.05). Conclusion: Dentures made using milling or 3D printers revealed statistically significant difference compared with those of original data. However, it showed clinically very accurate reproducibility.

A conductive oxide-based sapphire glass indium tin oxide/metal electrode and the optical coating, through patterning process was studied in excellent optical properties and integrated touch panel has a high strength. Indium tin oxide conductive oxides of the sapphire glass to 0.3 A at DC magnetron sputtering method of 10 min, gas flow Ar 10 Sccm Ar, $O_2$ 1.0 Sccm the formation conditions of the thin film after annealing at $550^{\circ}C$ for 30min was achieved through a 86% transmittance. In addition, the coating 130 nm hollow silica sol-gel was to improve the optical transmittance of the indium tin oxide to 91%. For the measurement by the modeling hollow silica sol by Macleod simulation and calculated the average values of silica part to the presence or absence in analogy to actual. Refractive index value and the actual value of the material on the simulation the transmittance difference is it does not completely match the air region similar to the actual value (transmission) could be confirmed that the measurement is set to a value of between 5 nm and 10 nm.
블라인드와 디밍제어 전략에 따른 연구소 건물의 하절기 에너지 절감 효과

The purpose of this paper is focus on the effect of cooling season energy saving potential with blind and dimming control strategies in a research building. In this study the influence of the blind and dimming control strategies in current building condition, such as lighting and cooling system were analyzed. Control variables are blind slat angle, blind status, and dimming control of lighting. Control strategies and energy saving potentials of 11 cases were modeled and estimated using the EnergyPlus with EMS class. During the cooling season, lighting and cooling energy reduction were calculated. The results show that slat angles of 0° with blind control(application of EMS) and dimming control is the best in energy performance, lighting and cooling energy consumption are reduced about 4.41% compared to baseline model.

The purpose of this study is to develop an energy management system and to verify the proposed model by applying energy management technique in a real campus building. In this study the influence of the blind control and dimming control strategies in energy consumption and the energy saving potentials of a lighting system have been investigated by means of simulations with EMS of EnergyPlus. With blind control(application of EMS) and dimming control, light energy consumption and cooling energy consumption are reduced about 50% by baseline model.

This research aims to predict and analyze green building certification market of Korean Peninsula after unification. First, it analyzes prospected unification time period, then it forecasts number of new residential and non-residential buildings to be constructed based on estimated number of residences in short at the time in North Korea. There exists a good chance that North Korea’s new building market forms similar to that of South Korea, as unification would thoroughly proceed which would result levels of economic·culture·social·politics in quasi-equal state. Thus, assuming the ratio of residential and non-residential building against population is similar in both Korea’s, the number against North Korea’s house supplied population can be estimated. Based on the expected numbers in North Korea, number of proceeded Building Energy Conservation Plan, Building Energy Rating Certification, and Green Standard for Energy and Environmental Design (G-SEED) are predicted. The research shows certification market related to green building in united Korean Peninsula to be ₩660 billion over 10 years. Not only certifications to newly built buildings but also including existing buildings, this market is to grow to a considerable extent. As this would largely influence eco-constructive materials, energy plant/equipment, and other relevant markets as well, it would require to make thorough preparations. In sum, to stabilize green building market even before the unification, the research proposes the necessities of appropriate systems in consideration of North Korea, through in-depth discussions and establishment of technology and policy directions in green building sector, such as building energy management and emission reduction technology.
기상 예보 데이터와 일사 예측 모델식을 활용한 실시간 에너지 수요예측

This study was designed to investigate a method for short-term, real-time energy demand prediction, to cope with changing loads for the effective operation and management of buildings. Through a case study, a novel methodology for real-time energy demand prediction with the use of weather forecasting data was suggested. To perform the input and output operations of weather data, and to calculate solar radiation and EnergyPlus, the BCVTB (Building Control Virtual Test Bed) was designed. Through the BCVTB, energy demand prediction for the next 24 hours was carried out, based on 4 real-time weather data and 2 solar radiation calculations. The weather parameters used in a model equation to calculate solar radiation were sourced from the weather data of the KMA (Korea Meteorological Administration). Depending on the local weather forecast data, the results showed their corresponding predicted values. Thus, this methodology was successfully applicable to anywhere that local weather forecast data is available.
가상 테스트베드를 활용한 실시간 에너지 수요예측 사례 연구

This paper describes a newly developed energy demand prediction method applying virtual test-bed(VTB). The VTB presented here is a more modular design based on a middleware of Ptolemy Ⅱ, a modular software environment for design and analysis of heterogeneous systems. As a preliminary study, real-time weather forecast data of outdoor temperature and humidity data by KMA(Korea Meteorological Administration) were utilized as inputs into EnergyPlus model to predict the energy consumption of real target building. The final goal of the study is to realize smart operating strategies of the building equipped with BEMS(Building Energy Management System). This case study showed promising results in simulation methodology and implementation.
