본 연구에서는 전자기 성형법에 의한 원통형상의 가공재의 자유 확관성형 가 공에 대해서 유한요소해석법을 이용한 변형 및 응력해석을 수행하였다. 탄소성 재료 모형을 확장하여 변형 경화율이 변형률 및 변형률 속도의 지배를 받는 변형률 속도 종 속 탄소성 재료 모형을 도입하였고, 1차 제하 이후까지 포함하여 고속 성형시 변형률 속도 효과에 의해 발생하는 현상들에 대해서 연구하였다.결과의 비교 및 논의를 위 하여, 해석대상과 성형조건, 그리고 가공재에 작용하는 자기압력은 Suzuki의 것과 동 일한 것을 사용하였다. The Strain rate effect in electro-magnetic forming, which is one of the high velocity forming methods, is studied by the finite element method in this paper. The forming process is simplified by neglecting the coupling between magnetic field and work-piece deformation, and the impulsive magnetic pressure is regarded as inner pressure load. A rate-dependent elasto-plastic material model, of which tangential modulus depends of effective strain rate, is proposed. The model is shown to well describe the transient increase of yield stresses, the decreases of the final displacement and yield stress, the decrease of the difference in the distribution of deformation along the axial direction, and the change of deformation mechanism due to strain rate effect. As a result, displacement, final deformed shape, radial velocity, deformation energy, and the changes of effective stress, effective strain and effective strain rate through plastic working are given. Based on the results, the effectiveness of this model and the strain rate effect of the deformation process of the work-piece are discussed.

우주기술의 산업화에 대한 논의가 정부 주도로 활발하게 이루어지고 있는 바, 그 추진 방향에 대해서 정리를 하고 산업화 방향에 대해서 고찰을 해보고자 한다. 산업화 육성 추진방향은 우주기술 산업체 역할 확대, 우주기술의 수출 활성화, 위성정보 활용 촉진, 우주기술 융?복합을 통한 신산업 창출, 우주기술 산업화 촉진을 위한 기반 정리 등으로 가닥을 잡아가고 있다. 정부의 적극적인 산업화 및 일자리 창출 의지와 더불어 정부출연 연구소의 실질적인 협조, 그리고 무엇보다도 산업계의 굳건한 추진력이 필요하다. 특히, 체계종합을 담당하고자 하는 대표기업은 권한에 걸맞게 수출을 위한 노력과 중소기업 및 협력 기업들을 책임지고 육성하려는 동반자적 자세를 가져야 하며, 이렇게 함으로써 강건한 우주산업집단을 이루어야 선진 우주산업국으로의 발 돋음이 가능할 것이다. The discussion about the industrialization of the space technology is leaded eagerly by the Government, and is summarized and considered in this paper. The Government program of the industrialization may contain strengthening the space companies, activating the export, encouraging the practical usage of the information from the satellites, creating the new business and building up the foundation for the industrialization. For the success of the industrialization, the collaboration between the Government, the national institute and the industry. The role of the representative company is very important and essential.

Precision injection molding is an important technology for improving productivity and lowering costs in the fields of medical components, lenses and electrical connectors. The quality of injection molded parts is affected by various processing conditions such as filling time and packing pressure profile. It is difficult to consider all the variables at the same time for prediction of the quality. In this study, the genetic algorithm was used to obtain the optimal processing conditions for minimizing the volumetric shrinkage of molded parts. For a higher convergence rate, the method of design of experiments was used to analyze the relationship between processing conditions and volumetric shrinkage of molded parts, which served as analysis tool for the capability of searching optimal processing conditions but also greatly reduces the calculation time by utilizing the information of searching area. As a practical example, compact disks that require micron-level precision were chosen for the study.
나노임프린트 리소그래피를 이용한 곡면 기판 위에 정렬된 나노 볼 패턴 형성에 관한 연구

The replica of highly ordered nano-sphere array patterns were fabricated using hot embossing method. First, silica nano-sphere array on Si substrate was transferred to PVC f ilm at 130℃ and 7 bar using hot embossing process. Then, silica nano-sphere array on PVC template was removed by soaking the PVC film in buffered oxide etcher. In order to form anti-stiction layer, the PVC template was coated with silicon dioxide layer and self-assembled monolayer. Through UV nanoimprint lithography with the fabricated flexible PVC template, highly ordered nano-sphere array pattern was imprinted on curved substrates with high fidelity.

Antireflection pattern, moth-eye structure, was fabricated on lens using Ultra Violet nanoimprint lithography and flexible template. Ni template with conical shaped structure was used as a master template to molding. The flexible poly vinyl alcohol template was fabricated by molding. This poly vinyl alcohol template was used as an imprint template of imprint at lens. Using Ultra Violet nanoimprint lithography and poly vinyl alcohol template, polymer based moth-eye structure was formed on lens and its transmittance was increased up to 94% from 92% at 550 ㎚ wavelength.
차세대 항공 감시용 UAT ADS-B의 설계 및 성능분석

국제 민간 항공기구 (ICAO)는 충돌 위험 감소와 운용 효율성을 증대하는 차세대 항공 감시 기술로 ADS-B(Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcasting)을 도입하여 2015년부터 비 레이더 공역에 ADS-B 시스템을 구축할 계획이다. UAT (Universal Access Transceiver)는 시계 비행을 하는 경량항공기의 감시를 위한 ADS-B 데이터 링크로써 경량항공기 운항이 증가함에 따라서 레이더의 감시 영역 밖에 있는 저고도 경량항공기의 위치를 탐지하여 항공기의 충돌을 예방할 수 있도록 한다. UAT는 우수한 주파수 특성을 요구하여 기존 항행 시스템과 병용 가능한 장점을 갖는다. 본 논문은 UAT 송수신기에 적용할 설계 기술을 제안하고 성능 분석을 통하여 국제 기술 기준(RTCA DO-282B)의 요구사항을 만족함을 보인다. Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) is a surveillance technology for tracking aircraft as part of the next generation air transportation system. Universal Access Transceiver (UAT) refers to a ADS-B data link intended to serve light aircraft. Most light aircraft travel in VFR (Visual Flight Rule) or in low altitude, which is out of coverage for conventional radar surveillance. The UAT is expected to fill those gaps providing much more complete vision for air-traffic management and less accidents. Since the UAT has a excellent spectrum characteristics, it can be used with other aeronautical navigation equipments and military usage. This paper presents the design approach on the transmission and reception of the UAT. We show that the proposed scheme satisfies the performance requirements of the RTCA DO-282B.

본고에서는, 지구관측 위성용 탑재체지료처리장치의 주요기술과 국내외 기술 개발동향과 국내 기술의 현주소를 살피고, 독자적인 기술개발의 필요성 및 개발방향을 점검한다. In this article, we introduce the technologies and trend of technical evolution of Payload Data Handling Unit (PDHU) for Earth Observation Satellites. As well, we review the efforts for the Koreanization of PDHU so far, and conclude with some suggestions for future work.
