        서울시 창조계층의 입지특성

        본 연구는 도시 내부를 대상으로 창조계층의 입지특성을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구내용을 종합한 결과, 서울시 창조계층은 도심, 서초구 및 강남구, 여의도 및 홍대일대에서 두드러진 분포를 보였다. 창조계층의 분포는 도심보다 서초구 및 강남구에서 더욱 강한 집적을 나타내었다. 창조계층 분류별로는 핵심적 창조계층과 창조적 전문가의 두 집단은 업무지역인 도심과 서초구 및 강남구에 입지하였으나, 보헤미안은 홍대일대에서 독자적으로 입지하며 공간적으로 타 집단과 구분되는 특성을 가지는 것이 확인되었다. This research aims to investigate the local characteristics of the creative class in an urban area. The results show that the creative class of the city of Seoul is distributed mainly in the central business district, Seocho-gu, Gangnam-gu, Yeouido and Hongik Univ. area. It was also found that the distribution of the creative class is more concentrated in Seocho-gu and Gangnam-gu compared to the central business district. The Bohemian population is spatially separated from the others by residing independently in Hongik Univ. area, while the creative core and the creative professionals are located in the central business district, Seocho-gu and Gangnam-gu.

        미래 메가트렌드와 U-City 추진 방향

        이 연구의 목적은 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 미래 메가트렌드를 고찰함으로써 도시공간을 둘러싼 환경변화를 분석하여 U-City의 전략적 추진방향을 도출하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 유엔미래보고서2, 유엔미래보고서3, 향후 40년의 40개 메가트렌드를 고찰하여 인구, 자원, 인프라, 교통, 문화, 경제 등 6가지의 도시공간에 영향을 미치는 요인과 보고서별 메가트렌드 항목을 재구성하여 최종적인 미래도시 메가트렌드를 파악하고, 그에 따른 향후 U-City의 추진방향을 정립하였다. 이 연구는 미래도시 메가트렌드를 바탕으로 향후 U-City의 성공적인 추진을 위한 방향성을 확립하였다는데 의의가 있으며 향후 유비쿼터스도시계획 및 설계와 관련한 기초자료로 활용되어 U-City 사업 활성화를 더욱 촉진하게 될 것으로 기대된다. Based on the recent issues regarding megatrends, this study aims to analyze environmental changes in the future surrounding urban spaces and to create a strategic development plans involving the U-City. After analyzing 2009 State of the Future, 2010 State of the Future, and 40 for the next 40, this study reorganized the six factors affecting the urban spaces(population, resource, infrastructure, transportation, culture, and economy) and the megatrend items per each report in order to envision the finalized megatrends of the future city and establish a strategic direction of the U-city based on the findings. The significance of this research lies in establishing the future directions of the successful development of the U-City based on the analysis of the future city megatrends. In addition, it is expected that the findings of this research will serve as a foundation for designing and implementing the U-City, which will eventually help facilitate the implementation of the U-City projects.

        무대 위 영상이미지가 가지는 공간의 확장에 관한 고찰 - 연극 ≪빛의 제국≫을 중심으로

        Today media image on stage is inevitable and has various uses. Post-drama theater that inevitably rose in the postmodernism trend has constantly practiced the application of mixing various media. Media as a stage element particularly mean a newly used ‘image’ on stage and has become a critical theatrical language in terms of expanding time, space and expressiveness. It also conveys various implicative images to the audience by existing as a visual image that holds the spoken language vanishing in the air. In this article I examine the application of video in terms of space expansion in two aspects; First, the aspect of revealing the inner space and second, the external expansion of space. ‘Revealing the inner space’ is looked into through the projected image in the scene with the main characters- Ki Young, Mari, Soji- and the external expansion of space is discussed through ‘Seoul’ and 「General Ddol-ee」, Ki Young, a spy dispatched from North Korea, has been living as a middle-class citizen in South Korea without any instructions for years. Then one day, he receives a word; ‘Leave everything and return. This is an irreversible order.’ The play tracks what happens on this day. The French director Arthur Nauzyciel installs tilted projection screens on the stage left and on the forepart of the stage, then develops the show with a simple nuance by projecting various media sources on a gray toned, empty stage. First let’s examine Ki Young’s ‘space of deficiency’. In the beginning of the show, the images express Ki Young’s ‘ghostly’ identity by not describing what he says in his monologue, the uproarious and spectacular Lotte World, but by showing the underground passage of Lotte World and the monotonous appearance of Ki Young wandering the premises. This leads the audience to see a modern nomad that is unable to settle by nature and to watch Ki Young’s devastated inner landscape. Meanwhile, the show efficiently uses the close-up technique as an expression of expanding the inner side. The audience can easily apprehend the elaborate emotional change by looking at the character’s facial expression in detail through a close-up appearance. However, in Ki young’s close-up image, Ki Young is consistent with an expressionless face. As if it were a freeze-frame, his facial expression remains illegible. The theme of the space given to Mari, another main character of the play, can be defined as ‘the space of deviation’. Mari is Ki Young’s wife who used to be a student activist in the 1980’s in South Korea. She has an absence of communication with her husband and has a college student as her boyfriend- Seong Uk. In the first monologue of the show, Mari talks about her friend’s car accident. After a video of Ki Young taking a shower and brushing his teeth, she appears on another video on the opposite side, showing her naked face and taking a shower in rotation. She puts lotion on her face and blows her hair with a dryer. These are dry and mundane daily tasks. When Ki young clicks on an octopus icon, a close-up image of Mari’s gazing face is shown on the stage left façade. Mari gets an indecent proposal from her lover. The front shot footage of her walking down the street with two men, and the footage of her wandering about aimlessly with her face buried in the collar of her coat, mentally connect to the first image of her naked face. The audience can detect ‘the space of deviation’ through the application of visual images suggesting her dry and deserted inner side. Her ‘space of deviation’ is not revealed directly onstage or projected on video in detail, but various media show her inner loneliness, emptiness, depression and pattern of deviation. ‘The external expansion of space’ can be explained through the image of ‘Seoul’ and the animation of 「General Ddol-ee」. In ≪The empire of Light≫, Seoul is treated in a particular way. Short footages of Seoul disclose well of the city’s the daily life. The landscape of Seoul shown in between documentary-like footages of the characters -a scenery scraping along fast outside the subway window, a scene of people meaninglessly waiting for their order in a cafe, narrow alleys, restaurants without customers, indifferently looking strangers, etc.- not only serves as the character’s background but it also shows a background, image and meaning as itself and expands the external space of the play. An assembly of shots of ordinary but aliened viewpoints makes the audience abruptly discover a‘new’ Seoul. This can be understood as an expansion of external space. In the case of 「General Ddol-ee」, the choice of using the animation in the overall context of the play seems distinctive. In the animation, pictures of beautiful and green natural landscape, and footages of North Korean people working hard in areas that reminds us of ‘Aogi Coal mine’are shown. Monologues of the actors’ personal experiences related to communism are delivered through a microphone. Visual images at this time work as a medium of connecting individual monologues and the play’s theme, thus drawing the extension of external space. So far we have briefly examined the internal and external expansion of space through the function of the media in ≪The empire of Light≫. The fusion of different genres on stage discovers new areas of expression and then extends further. In the space of physically restricted platform, media images assign an almost unlimited new world. The images projected on the two enormous screens onstage augment the play’s visual meaning and as disclosed throughout this research, it shows in various ways the play’s internal world by exceeding the restricted space. The video effects play a critical role in realizing the various intentions of Arthur Nauzyciel. He puts perfection in the work by precisely filming images beforehand and appropriately placing them on main dramatic points. Besides the usage of visual images, he achieves theatrical and aesthetic. Completing this article, I would like to discuss more in another opportunity about the stagecraft used in this play; a study on the media language technique- close up, angle, and montage, a study on the director’s intent of the play’s ambiguous space of truth &false, and reality &fantasy, and lastly, a study on the production background of how the assembly of the actors’memory and the novel could meet.

        논문 : 고대도시 장안성(長安成)의 입지적 의미와 도시구조

        본 연구는 한국과 일본의 왕도였던 국내성 · 서라벌 등의 모델로 추론되는 중국 시안을 대상으로 수 · 당대의 왕도였던 장안성 도시구조의 형성과정을 고찰한 것이다. 이에 앞서 중국 고대국가의 왕성들이 정도한 바 있는 관중지방의 입지적 의미를 음미해보고 장안성의 도시계획에 내포된 특징을 파악하였으며 아울러 전성기의 지역분화에 대하여 규명하였다. 그 결과. 장안성의 입지는 지리적으로 설명될 수 있으며, 도시구조는 주례식 동관고공기 등의 여러 사상이 유기적으로 결합하여 형성되었음이 밝혀졌다. 그리고 장안성의 지역분화는 궁궐과의 접근성이 작용하여 상류층의 주택지역이 이동함에 따라 중류층과 하류층의 주택이 연쇄적으로 이동하여 진행된 것으로 추정된다. 당시 상류층 주거지역은 아시아 최초의 폐쇄적 공동체를 형성하였다. This study investigates the urban formation of Chang` an which was the palace hi Xi an. Xian, as the capital of Sui-Tang dynasty, is considered as the original model of many cities in East Asia such as Gungnae fortress and Sorabol. In addition, this study overviews the location characteristics and regional segregation of Guanzhong area as the original place of many ancient Chinese palaces. The result implies that the location of Chang` an is geographically explained. The urban structure reflects the combination of many ideologies including K` ao Kung Chi, which was the city image of the Jurue, The residential segregation of Chang` an was interpreted as the result of chain migration initiated by upper class people to the central city for better accessibility and followed by middle and lower class population to outer areas. The upper class residential areas formed the first gated community hi Asia.

        터널 콘크리트 구조물의 보수를 위한 무기게 균열주입기술의 표준화 연구

        본 논문은 터널 콘크리트 구조물의 보수를 위한 무기계 균열주입기술의 표준화에 관한 연구이다. 본 연구를 위하여 균열보수공사가 필요한 터널 라이닝 및 박스 구조물을 선정하여, 균열폭에 따른 주입량, 주입시간 및 주입압력, 주입압력과 주입시간, 구조물 규모에 따른 주입량, 구조물별 균열 위치에 따른 주입량, 균열폭 및 구조물 두께와 주입시간의 관계에 관하여, 현장 조사와 시험평가를 수행하여 구조물의 종류 및 균열의 크기에 따른 균열보수재의 주입압력, 주입량 및 주입시간 등을 명확히 파악하였다. This study is to establish a standardization of injection system by inorganic material for crack repair of tunnel concrete structures. For this various surveys and experiments were carried out as followed. The first we surveyed capability of injection and crack pattern of concrete structures in site. and second we analyzed the relationship between crack width and volume of injection, and decided pressure and volume of injection. Finally we evaluated the relationship between crack width and volume of injection with kind of concrete structures, and between required time for injection and crack width with thickness of structure. From these surveys and experiments, we cleared the relationship between crack patterns and injection technologies such as volume, pressure of injection and required time for injection with kind of structure.

        논문 : 통근,통학,업무 목적통행으로 본 수도권의 지역구조 변화

        본 연구는 특정 기간에 걸친 수도권의 도시구조 변화 양상을 도출하는 것을 목표로 하였다, 2002년과 2008년 통근 · 통학 · 업무의 OD 자료를 사용하여 각 시기의 통근 · 통학 · 업무의 유동패턴을 인자분석의 방법을 적용하여 분석하였으며. 2002년과 2008년의 유동패턴을 비교하여 그 변화율을 알아보고 원인을 파악하였다. 또한 군집분석을 적용하여 수도권 유동패턴에 의해 조직되는 교통지역의 공간적 배경과 그 변화를 알아보았다. 분석결과 서울과 경기도 전역에 걸쳐 존재하던 연결성이 약해지고 수도권 각 지역 내에서의 연결성이 강화된 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 서울이 가지는 도시기능에 대한 의존도가 약화된 것으로 풀이할 수 있다. This research aims at drawing the changing aspects of the urban structure in a metropolitan area over a specific period of time through the analysis of the changing aspects of the urban structure of Seoul. First, this research took a look at the change in movement patterns using OD data on the trip for commuting, going to school, and business in 2002 and 2008, respectively, using a factor analysis method, and grasped the reason for the change after looking into the change rate by comparing the movement pattern. In addition, this research looked into the space background and changes of traffic areas organized by the movement pattern in a metropolitan area by applying cluster analysis. As the result of analysis, it was found that the connectivity which had existed over the whole area of Seoul and Gyeonggi-do became weak while Intra-regional connectivity of Gyeonggi-do, Seoul, and Incheon became intensified. This can be explained by the fact that other regions`` reliance on the urban functions of Seoul has weakened.
