다문화청소년의 문화적응스트레스가 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향: 친구의지지와 자아존중감의 이중매개효과

본 연구는 문화적응스트레스가다문화청소년의 학교생활적응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고 친구의지지와 자아존중감의 매개효과를 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2019 다문화청소년패널조사(MAPS 2019) 2기자료를 활용하였고, 초등학교 4학년 총 2,271명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 26.0으로 기술통계, 상관관계를 분석했으며, Process Macro 4.0 Program을 활용하여 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 효과 분석은 문화적응스트레스와 친구의지지의 간접효과분석에서 문화적응스트레스가 친구의지지에 부적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다(b=-.17, P<.001). 문화적응스트레스가 자아존중감에 미치는 영향에서 문화적응스트레스는 자아존중감에 부적으로 간접효과(b=-.11, P<.001)를 미쳤으며, 친구의지지는 자아존중감에 정적으로 직접효과(b=.38, P<.001)를 나타냈다. 문화적응스트레스, 친구의지지, 자아존중감이 학교생활적응에 미치는 효과분석에서 학교생활적응에 대한 문화적응스트레스(b=-.13, P<.001), 친구의지지(b=.29, P<.001), 자아존중감(b=.19, P<.001)은 유의한 간접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났고 문화적응스트레스에 관한 학교생활적응은 부적인 직접효과(b=-.21, P<.001)가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 문화적응스트레스가 학교생활적응에 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 다양한 교육 및 상담프로그램 개발에 이바지해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors influencing cultural adaptation stress of multicultural adolescents on school life adaptation and to verify the mediating effect of friend support and self-esteem. To this end, the second data of the 2019 Multicultural Youth Panel Survey (MAPS 2019) were used, and a total of 2,271 fourth graders in elementary school were analyzed. For data analysis, descriptive statistics and correlations were conducted with SPSS 26.0, and mediating effect analysis was conducted with the Process Macro 4.0 program. The effect analysis was confirmed that cultural adaptation stress negatively affected the friend's support in the indirect effect analysis of cultural adaptation stress and friend support (b=-.17, P<.001). In the effect of cultural adaptation stress on self-esteem, cultural adaptation stress negatively affected self-esteem (b=-.11, P<.001), and friend support had a positive direct effect on self-esteem (b=.38, P<.001). In the analysis of the effects of cultural adaptation stress, friend support, and self-esteem on school life adaptation, cultural adaptation stress (b=-.13, P<.001), friend support (b=.29, P<.001), self-esteem (b=.19, P<.001) was found to have a significant indirect effect, and adaptation to school life related to cultural adaptation stress had a negative direct effect (b=-.21, P<.001). Based on this, it is necessary to contribute to the development of various education and counseling programs to understand the factors that affect school life adaptation stress.

The purpose of this study is to explore factors influencing them and properties of exercise behaviors among rural elderly in Korea. To implementing it, data were gathered from a total of 356 elderly aged 65 and over living at the Seniors Well-being Villages being developed by the Rural Development Administration in Korea, using the structured questionnaires. also, data were analyzed by the SPSS/windows program. Results show that the exercise behavior of rural elderly was medium level as the average of 3.06 score(1~5 score) and 44.2 percent among them didn`t exercise regularly and 66.8% didn`t participate in sports groups. Second, there were the difference in exercise behavior according to sex and age. Specifically, elderly men exercised more regularly and were aware of proper exercise methods than elderly women. However, there were no difference in exercise behavior according to age. Third, when we analyzed the difference in exercise behavior with the regularity of execution, the elderly who exercise regularly showed higher preference, awareness of necessity, regularity of execution, execution of stretching, participation in sports gatherings and awareness of proper methods than the counterparts. Fourth, we found that unhealthy elderly were more aware of necessity of exercise, exercised regularly, and participated in sports groups frequently than healthy elderly. Also, there was a positive influence of regularity of execution on exercise behavior. These results suggested that regular exercising is very important in health of rural elderly. Therefore, to improve their health, above all, exercise program must be developed.
청소년의 코로나19로 인한 주관적 건강상태가 불안에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 청소년의 코로나19로 인한 주관적 건강상태가 불안에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 스트레스, 손씻기의 매개효과를 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2021년 제17차 청소년건강행태조사 자료를 활용하였고, 중학교 1학년부터 고등학교 3학년에 재학 중인 청소년 총 54,848명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 26.0으로 기술통계분석과 상관관계를 실시했으며, Process Macro 4.0을 활용하여 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 청소년의 주관적 건강상태와 불안 사이의 관계에서 스트레스와 손씻기의 매개효과를 검증한 결과 주관적 건강상태가 불안에 대해 유의미한 영향을 미쳤고, 주관적 건강상태가 불안에 미치는 영향에서 스트레스와 손씻기를 매개하여 검증한 결과 스트레스와 손씻기도 불안 관계에 있어서 유의미한 매개효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 주관적 건강상태에 따른 손씻기, 스트레스 관리와 불안중재에 관한 프로그램 개발에 이바지해야 할 것이다. This study aims to analyze the effect of subjective health conditions caused by COVID-19 in adolescents on anxiety and to verify the mediating effects of stress and hand washing. To this end, data from the 17th Youth Health Behavior Survey in 2021 were used, and data from a total of 54,848 teenagers attending the first grade of middle school to the third grade of high school were analyzed. Data analysis was correlated with descriptive statistical analysis with SPSS 26.0, and mediated effect analysis was conducted using Process Macro 4.0. As a result of verifying the mediating effect of stress and hand washing in the relationship between adolescents' subjective health status and anxiety, subjective health status had a significant effect on anxiety, and stress and hand washing also had a significant mediating effect on anxiety. Based on this, it should contribute to the development of programs on hand washing, stress management, and anxiety intervention according to subjective health conditions.
