        암 병동 간호사의 통증관리에 대한 지식과 태도

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the knowledge and attitudes of oncology ward nurses toward cancer pain management and to find ways to improve the educational program for nurses. Method: A total of 209 nurses working at the oncology ward of three hospitals in Seoul and a Gyenggi Province. The survey instrument used was the 32-item scale for evaluating nurses knowledge and attitudes originally developed by McCaffery and Ferrell'(1990). that was by Kim'(1997). Result: In terms of the nurses knowledge of pain management. the result showed that the nurses scored an average of 67.8 out of 100 for phamacokinetics of opioids. 84.8 for classification of analgesics, 60.1 for pain assessment, and 70.7 for drug administration. 18.2% of the nurses hesitate to inject the narcotic agent because of concerns regarding the drug's potential side effects. there was significant difference in the knowledge of pain management according to the general characteristics of pain in terms of the nurses age(p=.001), position (p=.016). years of experiences(p=.002), experience of cancer pain education(p= .001). Conclusion: The also showed that nurses working at cancer ward lack knowledge. It is important to provide intensive education to nurses about cancer pain management.

        말기 위암 외래 환자에게 제공된 통증관리의 염려 및 주저정도에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: This study was designed to evaluate the effect of cancer pain-management-education on the concerns and hesitancy of pain-management in out-patient of terminal gastric cancer. Method: 24 terminal gastric cancer patients who had not surgery, were assigned to the control group and 24 were assigned to the experimental group receiving pain-management-education. As Measurement-instrument of concern on pain-management and questionnaire on degrees of hesitancy were used the questionnaire developed by Ward( 1993) and translated by Kim Hong-Soo(1998). Data were analyzed per descriptive analysis, x²-test and t-test with the SPSS 10.0 program. Result: Degrees of concern of cancer-patient on pain-management between experimental-group and control-group showed significant difference: Experimental-group changed from 2.52 to 1.13 point(maximum 5 point) and control-group from 2.59 to 2.40 point(p=.000). Degrees of hesitancy of cancer-patient on pain-management between two groups showed significant difference. Experimental-group changed from 2.33 to 1.35 point and control-group from 2.77 to 2.52 point(p=.000). Conclusion: Above findings showed that pain-management-education reduces the concern and hesitancy on pain-management in out-patient of terminal gastric cancer. We conclude that the pain-management-education in this study was identified the effective nursing program.

        간호사의 근무부서와 경력에 다른 항암제 안전수칙에 대한 지식과 이행

        Purpose : To investigate the level of knowledge and compliance on guidelines for safe handling of cytotoxic drugs by career and work units in clinical nurses. Method : 255 nurses working at two University hospitals, located at Seoul, Korea were asked to fill out questionnaires. Tools of this study were developed by investigators based on the guidelines issued by OSHA and Oncology Nursing Society in America. Results : Nurses working at oncology wards showed higher level of knowledge and compliance compared with nurses working at non-oncology wards. The differences between two groups were statistically significant. Also, the level of knowledge and compliance was increased with career. The differences in the level of knowledge were statistically significant with career, but the differences in the level of compliance were not statistically significant. Conclusion : We suggest that 1) education program be provided to novice nurses intensively and be reinforced to the nurses with over 10 years experiences. 2) Nowadays cancer patients be found at any ward regardless of disease types. Thus, the nurses who should handle the cytotoxic drugs should be educated the guideline for safe handling of cytotoxic drugs.

        인문·사회계열 대학생의 부모-자녀 의사소통이 진로장벽과 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 인문·사회계열 대학생의 부모-자녀 의사소통이 진로장벽과 진로결정자 기효능감에 미치는 영향력을 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 부산지역의 D대학교 학년 400명을 대상으로 부모-자녀 간 의사소통 척도, 진로탐색장애검사 척도, 진로결정자기효능감 척도에 대한 설문을 2015년 10월부터 11월에 걸쳐 두 달 간실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Ver. 21.0을 사용하여 부모-자녀 의사소통, 진로장 벽, 진로결정자기효능감의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 실시하였으며 부모-자녀 의사소통이 진로장벽과 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향력을 알아보기 위해 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통한 연구 결과는 첫째, 인문·사회계열 대학생의 부모-자녀 의사소통, 진로장벽, 진로결정자기효능감은 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타 났다. 둘째, 인문·사회계열 대학생의 부모-자녀 의사소통이 진로장벽에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인문·사회계열 대학생의 부모-자녀 의사소통이 진로결정 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 인문·사회계열 대학생의 부모-자녀 의사소통이 진로장벽과 진로결정자기효능감에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수있어 자녀가 진로를 선택하고 준비하는데 있어 부모와의 의사소통의 중요성을 확인할 수 있었으며, 자녀와 부모가 함께하는 긍정적 의사소통 프로그램을 개발하여 개인과 가족 등에 제공함으로써 진로결정의 장애를 제거하고 어려움을 해소한다는 점에서 중요한 시사점이 있다. This study is to verify the impacts of Parent-Adolescent communication of career barriers, career decision-making self-efficacy of college students. 400 university students major in college of humanities, management, and social science from a university in Busan were selected. The questionnaire was conducted for two months from October to November 2015 on a influences of parent-adolescent communication inventory scale, career barriers inventory scale, career decision-making self-efficacy scale. Finally data were analyzed using correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis of SPSS Ver. 21.0 statistical program. The conclusions are as follows. First, there were correlation among parent-adolescent communication, career barriers, and career decision-making self-efficacy. Second, parent-adolescent communication effects on career barriers. Third, parent-adolescent communication effects of career decision-making self-efficacy. In other words, parent-adolescent communication has an effect of the career barriers and career decision-making self-efficacy. In conclusion, parent-adolescent communication effects on career barriers and career decision-making self-efficacy of university students who major in college of humanities, management, and social science. To understand university students’ career decision-making self-efficacy, we have to consider not only the variables which effect on it, but also sub-factors of such a variable. Also, this study implies to enhance career decision-making self-efficacy of university students we need to consider not only parents’ role but also multiple strategies.

        간호서비스 질, 의료서비스 만족, 병원 재이용 의도간의 관계

        This study was done to examine the influence of nursing service quality and medical service satisfaction on intent to revisit the hospital, and to identify mediating effects of medical service satisfaction between nursing service quality and intent to revisit the hospital. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional survey. Participants were 390 hospitalized patients at one general hospital in Gyeonggi Province. Data were collected from July 21 to September 10, 2010 and analyzed using SPSS/PC version 18.0. Results: The score for nursing service quality continuously improved but the scores for medical service satisfaction and intent to revisit the hospital did not changed significantly after estimated. Factors influencing intent to revisit the hospital were nursing service quality, medical service satisfaction, ``same religion``, and ``Christian``, and the explanation power of these four factors was 79.7%. Medical service satisfaction had a partial mediating effect between nursing service quality and intent to revisit the hospital. Conclusion: Findings indicate that nursing service quality is a very important factor to improve both medical service satisfaction and intent to revisit the hospital. Nursing managers should develop strategies to improve nursing service quality.

        특성화고등학생의 성인애착과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 그릿과 학교소속감의 매개효과

        본 연구는 특성화고등학생의 성인애착이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에서 그릿과 학교소속감의 매개효과를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 부산광역시 소재 B특성화고등학교의 남⋅여 학생을 대상으로 하여 2020년 11월 2일에서 2021년 1월 7일에 걸쳐 성인애착, 진로준비행동, 그릿, 학교소속감을 측정하는 설문을 실시하였다. 총 230부의 설문지를 배부하여 수집된 자료 중, 최종 206명의 자료를 사용하였다. 자료 처리는 SPSS Ver. 24.0과 Hayer(2013)의 PROCESS macro for SPSS Ver. 2.16을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특성화고등학생의 성인애착, 진로준비행동, 그릿, 학교소속감은 모두 유의미한 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 특성화고등학생의 성인애착이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에서 그릿은 부분 매개효과가 있었다. 셋째, 특성화고등학생의 성인애착이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에서 학교소속감은 부분 매개효과가 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 성인애착과 그릿, 학교소속감은 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 주요한 변인임을 알 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 특성화고등학생의 진로발달 과정을 이해하고 올바른 진로목표를 설정하여 진로준비행동의 증진을 위한 유용한 기초자료가 될 것이다. The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of Grit and sense of school belonging on the relationship between adult attachment and career preparation behavior of specialized vocational high school students. In order to figure these out, students were selected from 1 specialized vocational high school in Busan during November 2, 2020 to January 7, 2021, and a survey measuring adult attachment, career preparation behavior, Grit, sense of school belonging was conducted. Among 230 copies of questionnaire, 206 out of them were handled and analyzed using SPSS Ver. 24.0 and PROCESS macro for SPSS Ver. 2.16 of Hayes(2013). The results of this study are as follows: First, specialized vocational high school students adult attachment, career preparation behavior, Grit, and sense of school belonging have statistically significant correlations. Second, in the influence of specialized vocational high school students adult attachment on career preparation behavior, Grit have partial mediating effects. Third, in the influence of specialized vocational high school students adult attachment on career preparation behavior, sense of school belonging have partial mediating effects. These results show that adult attachment, Grit, and sense school belonging are the main variables that influence career preparation behavior. The results provides useful guidelines to understand the process of career development and to set up the career goal to promote career preparation behavior for specialized vocational high school students.

        신규간호사 예비교육에서 실습지도자(preceptor)의 교수효율성(Teaching Effectivenes) 연구

        The purpose of this study was to contribute to the development of new entry nurse orientation program by new entry nurses' & preceptors' ratings of preceptor' s teaching effectiveness in new entry nurse orientation program. The subjects were comprised of 106 new entry nurse & 89 preceptors. The colected data were analyzed by the actual number, its percentage, the mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson' s correlation coefficient. The 46 questions used in the questionnaire were categorized in to 5 components subject to factor analysis. The 5 components were 'interpersonal relationship & communication skills' 'favorable to new entry nurse by resource' 'teaching methods & evaluation' 'proffetional competence & knowledge' 'encourage & support'. The results of this study are as follows 1. Preceptor' s teaching effectiveness : the total points for preceptor' s teaching effectiveness was 174.33±30.31(mean of 3.78) by new entry nurses' ratings & 172.39±21.35(mean of 3.47) by preceptors' s ratings where the total score is considered to be slightly higher than the average. 2. The rating scores between new entry nurses' ratings and preceptors' ratings were not resulted in significant difference(t=0.51, P>0.05). 3. 'was available to work with staff in cooperative manner' scored the highest points of 4.41 where 'was aloof from new entry nurse' scored the lowest points of 3.17 from the 46 questions by new entry nurses' ratings. 4. 'gave appropriate correction to new entry nurse at time of error' & 'demonstrated respect for new entry nurse' scored the highest points of 4.19 where 'was unclear in instruction given to new entry nurse' scored the lowest points of 2.93 from the 46 questions by preceptors' ratings. 5. Among the 5 categorial components from the questionnaire, 'interpersonal relationships & communication skills' scored the highest points of 3.96 where 'encourage & support' scored the lowest points of 3.50. 6. The total points for preceptor' s personality was 44.09(±0.82) where is considerd to be very higher than the average. 7. The relationship between preceptor' s personality and preceptor' s teaching effectiveness was found to be significant(γ=0.58, P<0.001).
