본 연구는 ERP 시스템의 성공요인이 사용자 만족과 재무적 성과에 미치는 영향관계를 규명함으로써 기업들이 ERP 시스템을 도입하는데 적합한 판단기준과 지침을 제공하고자 한다. 실증분석에서 ERP 시스템의 성공요인, 사용자 만족, 재무적 성과의 영향관계에 대한 가설검정 결과 상호 영향관계에 대한 연구모형이 적합한 것으로 분석되었으며 첫째, ‘ERP 시스템의 성공요인은 사용자 만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다’라는 가설 1을 검정한 결과 ERP 시스템 성공요인 모두 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, ‘사용자 만족은 재무적 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다’라는 가설 2를 검정한 결과 사용자 만족의 구성요인은 재무적 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, ‘ERP 시스템의 성공요인은 재무적 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다’라는 가설 3을 검정한 결과 ERP 시스템의 성공요인 모두 재무적 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 이론적 측면과 실무적 측면에서 다음과 같은 점을 시사하고 있다. 첫째, ERP 시스템의 성공요인은 사용자 입장에서 사용자 만족, 기업의 입장에서 재무적 성과에 영향을 미치고 있다는 사실의 중요성을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 사용자 만족은 재무적 성고에 직접적으로 영향을 미침으로써 기업의 ERP 시스템의 도입 및 운용 효과를 입증하고 있다. 셋째, ERP 시스템의 공급업체는 사용자들이 선호하는 제품의 특성을 잘 고려하여 ERP 시스템을 설계해야 할 필요성이 있음을 알 수 있다. 넷째, ERP 시스템의 성공요인을 우선적으로 파악하여 시스템 사용자들이 효율적으로 운용할 수 있는 환경을 조성하는 것이 바람직하다. 다섯째, ERP 시스템의 도입 단계에서부터 최고경영자, 사용자, 시스템 공급업체 등의 견해를 종합하여 ERP 시스템을 구축해야 한다.

In the high level of information society, the core of accounting information system is its software. As expectation and worries about the importance of software leading to treatment of the original data and its quality become known, the structures and the features are a matter of primary concern. In this respect this study aims to examine the quality of ordinary software in order to investigate the packages of accounting software and its model by the literary materials and to analyze the main structure and the features of accounting software used commonly within the country. Software package is defined as a tool for carrying out the job in the intentionally specific applied area, and in order to carry out the specific job, software package carries out its job through interaction between computer system and its user. In conclusion, the proper investigation of commercial accounting package can be carried out in case that the software package itself must be practiced and the investigation of learning how to use the product with ease must be done. Moreover, environment in which the small companies use their computer must be improved gradually in consideration of the fact that DOS environment of PC system is changing into Windows environment, because the present accounting package is developed into the unified management systems performing the function of management information in order to supply promptly accounting information in the changing environment of management.

현재 대부분의 기업은 정보와 통신기술의 발전에 따라 컴퓨터의 확산과 소프트웨어의 개선에 힘입어 회계업무의 전산화에 박차를 가하고 있다. 이에 따라 회계환경이 급속도로 변하고 있으며, 교육부는 교육인적자원부로의 새로운 명칭 및 기능으로 변경되고, 회계정보 전문가를 인정할 수 있는 새로운 시스템을 발전시켰다. 따라서 실업계 고등학교의 회계교육은 실제 기업 업무에 활용할 수 있는 보다 능률적인 교육과 회계 지식의 습득을 위해 컴퓨터와 이에 적합한 소프트웨어를 적극적으로 사용하는 회계 패키지 교육에 중점을 두어야 할 것이다. 이와 같은 측면에서, 본 연구는 실업계 고등학교의 회계 패키지 관련 교육 문제를 다음과 같이 분석하는 데 목적을 둔다. 첫째, 회계 패키지가 정식 교과목으로 개설되어야 한다. 둘째, 회계 패키지 교육은 학생들이 회계 패키지 사용능력을 개선시킬 수 있도록 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 회계 패키지 교육의 능률을 향상시킬 수 있는 실습실 또는 기타 시설이 마련되어야 한다. 넷째, 회계 패키지 교육용 소프트웨어는 여러 가지 형태로 개발되고 보급되어야 한다. 마지막으로, 회계 패키지를 가르치는 교사에게 회계 패키지 교육과 관련된 체계적인 실습의 기회가 주어져야 한다.

In the high level of information society, the core of accounting information system is its software. As expectation and worries about the importance of software leading to treatment of the original data and its quality become known, the evaluation of software is a matter of primary concern. When the package of accounting software is purchased, evaluation the function and the features for selection of software exerts a significant influence upon constructing efficiently accounting information system. In this study, accounting software is defined not only as a procedure of surveying and communicating an economic information by computer, but also as an essential element of accounting information system for supplying a useful information for their decision. According to investigation, there are about 50 kinds of software in the country, and its types are divided into three as follows : accounting management, administration of unified accounting, and unified management. Software package is defined as a tool for carrying out the job in the intentionally specific applied area, and in order to carry out the specific job, software package carries out its job through interaction between computer system and its user. Therefore, the evaluation of software package, but also management of its system and the user's interface for its management. In conclusion, the proper evaluation of software package can be carried out in case that the evaluation of software package itself must be practiced and the evaluation of learning how to use the product with ease must be done.
