      • 1LM-6 Conformal transfer printing based on ultrathin electronic device

        Fabrication of ultrathin electronic devices followed by transfer printing enables ‘stick-and play’ system that provides high performance electronic functionalities to desired surfaces. Regarding the related transfer printing, there are several challenging issues. In relation to picking up a desirable layer and placing it onto a desired surface, perfect transfer yield with no change of position and no crack formation is of great importance. Second, when surface mismatch occurs between printable formats and receiving substrates, development of a means to allow conformal transfer printing is also important. This presentation will address these issues.

      • 3D Transformation Based on Membrane-Type Electronic Devices and Supportive Plastic Frameworks

        This presentation deals with a means of transforming membrane-type electronic devices into desirable three-dimensional shapes in mild and stable manners. The strategy begins with creating printable thin structure of electronic devices and supportive plastic (ABS copolymer used in this study) framework separately and lamination process. ABS framework serves as a mechanical supporter and undergoes plasticization and transformation by thermal annealing or plasticizer. The optical, mechanical, and electrical analysis show that plasticization releases stress concentration on the device layer, frazile area in perticular, and allows 3D transformation without electrical failure. Finally, some examples of 3D electronic devices such as image sensor arrays, LED displays, IGZO transistors developed using this method will be demonstrated.

        The Effect of Physical Education Professors’ Teaching Skills, Research Ability, and Self-efficacy on the Professional Development of Physical Education Professors: Focused ona Professor of Physical Education at University in ChinaXin Fang, Heung Kou, Zhenghua Li, & Sukyoung Cho Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of physical education professor’s teaching ability, research ability, and self-efficacy on the professional development of physical education professor. Through this, we intend to provide basic information for the professional development of physical education professors and the establishment of support necessary for strengthening the competence of physical education professors. The subject of this study was 295 professors of physical education at 4 universities in China. The questionnaire was collected through URL and analyzed through SPSS 25.0. As a result of the study, first, professional development showed the highest trend with 3.137 (SD=±.900). Second, professional development of professors showed a significant positive correlation in teaching ability, research ability, and self-efficacy, and showed the highest correlation in self-efficacy. Third, self-efficacy was found to have the greatest influence on professional development. The subjects of this study were 107 male early childhood teachers in China, and questionnaires were collected online and offline and analyzed using SPSS 26.0. Results First, in terms of social-emotional competency and job satisfaction according to age and monthly income of male early childhood teachers, young male early childhood teachers and male early childhood teachers with low monthly income showed low results in social-emotional competence and job satisfaction. Second, it was found that there was a significant correlation between the social-emotional competency and job satisfaction of male early childhood teachers. This means that the higher the social-emotional competency of male early childhood teachers, the higher their job satisfaction. Through this, we intend to provide basic information to find the factors that can motivate male early childhood teachers’ efforts to improve their social-emotional competency, and the support and methods that should be actually accompanied to improve job satisfaction of male kindergarten teachers.         The Effect of Teacher Support Based on Self-determination Theory on The Self-efficacy of University StudentsChinese Majoring in MusicHuifen Zhang, Heung Kou, & Sukyoung Cho Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of teacher support based on self-determination theory on self-efficacy of Chinese university students majoring in music, and to provide basic information necessary to construct a true teacher support plan for enhancing self-efficacy of music students. The subjects of this study were 292 Chinese music major university students, and questionnaires were collected through URL and analyzed through SPSS 25.0. As a result of the study, first, teacher support and self-efficacy were found to be above 3 points on average. Second, there was a significant positive correlation between teacher support and self-efficacy. Third, all sub-factors of teacher support were found to have a significant effect on self-efficacy.
