        소셜 빅데이터를 이용한 밀키트 메뉴 트렌드 분석

        This study analyzed the trend of meal kit menus, a form of home meal replacements, using social big data. Data were collected for five years, focusing on the COVID-19 situation, and the process of changing by year was investigated, and the following results were shown. Meal kits tended to be concentrated on exotic menus in the early stages of the collecting period. It was found that it is used to enjoy easy, practical, and characteristic foods by providing ingredients that are not normally prepared in ordinary households in Korea. In the early periods of the meal kit menu, it appealed to the market as an attractive product with a distinctive menu such as Spanish dish Gambas al Ajillo, and in the process of development, it expands upward to a fine menu such as Premium Steak. Since then, efforts have been made to convert external stagnation factors into pleasure through in-house eating using distinctive meal kit menus in the 2020 with COVID-19. These results show that meal kits, which are focused on single dishes, seem to come to the table in the form of side dishes as they converge into Korean cuisine, and expand to various menus. In 2021, as the second year of the outbreak of COVID-19, "Tteokbokki" was the highest frequency. It was found that it was changing from the basic form to a practical dish with various sauces and side dishes added.

        국산 플럭스 코어드 와이어 용접에서 입열량이 용접부의 미세조직과 인성에 미치는 영향

        In the present study, the microstructure and Charpy V notch toughness of multipass $CO_2$ FCA weldment in three different heat inputs(1-3KJ/mm)were investigated. The weldments using two different domestic FCAW wires(AWS E71T-1 and E71T-5 equivalent) in C-Mn steel were chemically analysed. The following conclusions can be inferred. 1. T-1 wire Showed a stable arc transfer, less spatter and harsh, a better bead spreading and easy slag removal, whereas T-5 wire suffered from the arc stability, which tended to increase spatter and produce a more convex bead. 2.The microsturctures of the top beads of the weldments in three different heat inputs consisted of coarse-grained boundary ferrite and Widmanstatten ferrite side plate with increasing heat inputs. The modest fraction of acicular ferrite in the two wire weldments was observed in the 2KJ/mm heat input. 3.The fine-grained reheated zones of both welds consisted of a duplex microstructure of polygonal ferrite and second phases. 4. The basic flux weldment of T-5wires showed a higher Charpy impact property than that of T-1 wires because of a higher fraction of acicular ferrite in the weld microstructure.

        800MHz 대역 고격리 이중급전 ICS 중계기 안테나

        무선통신 시스템에서 ICS 중계기는 Donor와 Service 사이의 거리를 많이 이격시켜야 높은 격리도를 확보할 수 있는 단점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 음영지역을 해소하여 통화권 영역을 확대하기 위해 높은 격리특성을 갖는 ICS(Interference Cancellation System)중계기 일체형 안테나를 설계하고 제작 및 측정을 통하여 성능을 평가하였다. 대역폭과 이득은 주방사 패치 및 기생 패치의 크기, 스터브 길이 등을 조정하여 구현하였다. 제작된 안테나는 CDMA 이동통신 주파수인 824~894 MHz 대역에서 이득은 3 dBi 이상, 격리도는 -56 dB 이하의 양호한 특성을 나타내었다. Even if ICS(Interference Cancellation System) repeater is used in wireless communication system, it has the disadvantage that it must have enough distance between Donor and Service antenna to be isolated. In this paper, new ICS repeater integrated antenna with high insolation characteristics is designed. The proposed antenna is fabricated for 800MHz and measured. Bandwidth and gain are optimized by changing the stub lengths near main patch and power divider, and also by changing the size of parasitic patch. The fabricated antenna has a return loss less than -13 dB, a gain over 3 dBi, and an isolation between the donor and the server antennas less than -56 dB from 824~894 MHz for CDMA mobile communication. Therefore, the proposed antenna structure can be applied to eliminate the shadow area and to expand the coverage area for any other wireless communication bands.

        핵연료 피복관용 지르칼로이-4의 미세조직과 기계적 특성에 미치는 $\beta$-열처리의 영향

        The effect of $\beta$-heat treatment on th microstructure, mechanical properties and texture in the nuclear fuel cladding of Zircaloy-4 tubes was chosen at 1000, 1100 and 120$0^{\circ}C$, and the tubes were heat-treated by a high frequency vacuum induction furnace. Morphology of the second phase particles and $\alpha$-grain of as-received tubes were markedly changed by heat treatment. The average sizes of second phase particles of as-received and $\beta$-heat treated tubes were 0.1$\mu\textrm{m}$ and 0.076$\mu\textrm{m}$, respectively. However, the average sizes of second phase particles were not much changed in the $\beta$-heated temperatures. With increasing heat treatment temperatures, the 0.2% yield strength and the hoop strength were decreased because of changes in preferred orientation as will as $\alpha$-plate width. Heat treated Zircaloy-4 tubes exhibited texture changes but the preferred orientation of grains still remained.

        스페인 산티아고 순례길 도보여행자의 관광동기와 여행행태 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the tourism motivations and make clusters and to find out the characteristics of walking tours for 368 travelers to the pilgrimage way of St. James in Spain by on-off line survey. The first factors were extracted the 'self-meditation' factor, followed by 'self-refreshment', 'local experience' and 'curiosity' factors. The final factor was the ‘religious’ factor with the lowest average. The cluster analysis was classified into three groups: 'active walker', 'neutral walker' and 'passive walker'. The 'active walker' cluster had catholics in their 50s and 60s aged spent their journey with their family partners. The 'neutral walker' had a high rate of female unmarried responses under middle aged and non religious, walking alone mostly. The 'passive walker' cluster had intended to focus themselves on walking alone for religious reason. Based on the results the walking travelers pursue their internal value, domestic walking tours should be able to attract visitors seeking internal values by reinforcing themes related with local landscape and external programs.

        비정질 이원계 합금 Zr-Be 용가재를 이용한 지르칼로이-4의 브레이징 타당성 검토

        An attempt was made in this study to investigate the brazing characteristics of Zr-Be binary amorphous alloys for the development of a new brazing filler metal for joining Zircaloy-4 nuclear fuel cladding tubes. This study was also aimed at the feasibility study of rapidly solidified amorphous alloys to substitute the conventional physical vapor-deposited(PVD) metallic beryllium. The $Zr_{1-x}Be_{x}$($0.3\leq$x$\leq0.5$) binary amorphous alloys were produced in the ribbon form by the melt-spinning method. It was confirmed by x-ray diffraction that the ribbons were amorphous. The amorphous. the amorphous alloys were used to join bearing pads on Zircaloy-4 nuclear fuel cladding tubes. Using Zr-Be amorphous alloys as filler metals, it was found that the reduction in the tube wall thickness caused by erosion was prevented. Especially, in the case of using $Zr_{0.65}Be_{0.35}$ and $Zr_{0.7}Be_{0.3}$ amorphousalloys, the smooth and spherical primary $\alpha$-Zr particles appeared in the brazed layer, which was the most desirable microstructure from the corrosion-resistance standpoint.

        베릴륨 용가재를 사용한 핵연료피복재 지르칼로이-4 브레이징에 대한 연구

        An attempt was made to investigate the effect of brazing time on microstructure, microhardness, and corrosion of Zircaloy -4as well as the beryllium diffusion into its sheet. The sheets were coated with beryllium and brazed at $1020^{\circ}C$ for 20-40 minutes in $2{\times}10^{-5}$ torr vacuum atmosphere. 1. Microstructurally the brazed zone was largely divided into three regions: a region of continuous or partially formed of eutectic liquid films along grain boundaries; a region of precipitation in both grains and grain boundaries; a region of elongated wide structure of .alpha.-laths, which was not affected by beryllium. 2. Due to the precipitates, the beryllium-migrated region was hardened and the width of the hardened region increased with increasing brazing time. 3. Beryllium brazed Zircaloy -4 sheets showed a higher corrosion rate than those of as-received and heat-treated at a brazing temperature. 4. Diffusion coefficient of beryllium into Zircaloy -4 at $1020^{\circ}C$ for 30 minutes was $7.67{\times}10^{-7}cm^2/sec.$ It seemed that Be penetrated Zircaloy -4 by forming eutectic liquid films along grain boundaries in the proximity of Be/Zr interface and it, thereafter, diffused into Zircaloy mainly by interstitial solid solution.

        저항 업셋 용접방식에 따른 Zircaloy-4 핵연료 피복재 용접부의 미세조직 특성

        A study on microstructures of welds for Zircaloy-4 sheath end closure by the resistance upset welding methods was carried out. Two upset welding process variations such as magnetic farce and multi-impulse resistance welding were used. Grain size and microhardness across welds were analysed in terms of welding parameters. Magnetic farce resistance weld with one cycle of unbalanced mode has smaller upset length and $\alpha-grain$ size in heat affected zone than those of multi-impulse resistance weld because of lower heat input and shorter welding time. Heat affected zone formed by two upset resistance welding variations revealed fine Widmanstatten structure or martensitic ${\alpha}'$ structure due to the high heating rate and foster cooling rate. Magnetic force resistance welds showed recrystallized grains before grain growth, whereas multi-impulse resistance welds showed full grain growth.
