Hainan Traditional Ethnic Folk Music: the Origin and Development of Danzhou Tone(儋州調聲)

하이난 섬은 중국에서 두 번째로 큰 섬이다. 샤, 상, 저우 왕조 이전에 하이난의 단 저우 (儋州)는 야생의 장소였다. 그러나 기원전 110년 이후 한(漢) 국적의 우 황제는 하이난에 두 개의 현 (珠崖、儋耳)을 세웠고, 광동성과 광시성의 조상들은 하이난의 북동쪽으로 계속 이주했다. 단 저우는 하이난의 북동쪽에 위치하고 있으며 초기 이주, 긴 이주 기간 및 복잡한 이주 (다문화)로 인해 문화가 크게 변했다. 또 다른 이유는 북송 왕조의 학자 Su Shi가 단 저우로 추방되어 중부 평야 한 문화를 단 저우로 가져와 지역 문화에 큰 영향을 미쳤기 때문이다. 지금까지도 고대 중국의 단어와 문자는 단 저우 방언과 민요 노래에도 여전히 보존되어 있다. 민족 민속 음악인 단 저우 톤은 단 저우 지방 사투리로 부르는 민요의 한 형태이며, 하이난 성 단 저우 지역에만 퍼져있는 독특한 지역 스타일의 전통 민요이다. 그것은 지역 주민들의 삶에서 독특하고 중요한 역할을 하고있다. 본 논문의 목적은 단주 음의 기원, 명명 분쟁, 음악적 형식, 멜로디 구조 등을 분석하여 단주 음의 발전을 향상시키는 것이다. Hainan Island is the second-largest island in China. Before the Xia, Shang, and Zhou Dynasties, Danzhou (儋州) in Hainan was a wilderness. But ever since 110 BC, Emperor Wu of Han (漢) nationality set up two counties (珠崖、儋耳) in Hainan, people from the Guangdong and Guangxi provinces continued to migrate to the northeast of Hainan. Danzhou is located in the northeast of Hainan and its culture greatly changed because of the earlier migration, the long migration period, and the complex multi-cultural heritage of the migrants. Another reason was that Su Shi, a scholar of the Northern Song Dynasty, who was exiled to Danzhou, brought the Central Plain Han Culture here which influenced the local culture greatly. Even today, ancient Chinese words and characters are preserved in the Danzhou dialect and their folk songs as well. A part of the ethnic folk music, Danzhou tone, are folk songs sung in local dialects in Danzhou with a unique regional style prevalent only in the Danzhou district of the Hainan Province. It has a unique and important place in the lives of the local people. The purpose of this paper is to analyze Danzhou tone from its origin, its naming disputes, its musical form, and its melody structure, etc. to bring about the better development of Danzhou tone.

예술심리치료사의 특성에 따른 자기효능감 및 잔류의도의 차이분석

본 연구의 목적은 예술심리치료사의 특성에 따라 주요변수(자기효능감, 잔류의도)의 차이를 분석하는데 있다. 연구대상은 강원도내 예술심리치료사 182명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, T-검정, 일원배치분산분석(One-Way ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 예술심리치료사의 성별에 따라, 주요 변수인 자기효능감, 잔류의도 요인은 통계적으로 유의미하게 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 특히 예술심리치료사가 지각하는 자기효능감, 잔류의도는 모두 남자보다 여자가 더 평균점수가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 예술심리치료사의 결혼상태에 따라 주요 변수인 자기효능감, 잔류의도 요인은 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 예술심리치료사의 근무경력에 따라, 주요 변수인 자기효능감, 잔류의도 요인 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 특히 3년-5년 미만 집단에서 가장 높은 수준으로 나타난 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구의 시사점은 예술심리치료사의 자기효능감과 잔류의도 증진을 위한 방안 마련의 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference in the main variables (self-efficacy, intention to remain) according to the characteristics of art psychotherapists. The subjects of this study included 182 art psychotherapists in Gangwon-do. For the analysis method, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, T-test, and one-way ANOVA were performed using the SPSS 22.0 program. First, according to the gender of the art psychotherapists, it was confirmed that there were statistically significant differences in the main variables, such as self-efficacy and intention to remain. In particular, in terms of self-efficacy and intention to remain, the average score was higher in women than in men. Second, it was found that there was no statistically significant difference in the main variables such as self-efficacy and intention to remain according to the marital status of art psychotherapists. Third, it was confirmed that there were statistically significant differences in both self-efficacy and intention to remain according to the work experience of art psychotherapists. In particular, the highest level was found in the group under 3 to 5 years. This study is considered to be basic data for the preparation of measures to enhance self-efficacy and intention to remain for art psychotherapists.

근로 장애인의 자기효능감이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 : 직무만족도의 매개 효과

본 연구는 근로 장애인의 자기효능감이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 직무만족도의 매개 효과를 규명을 목적으로 하며, 이를 위한 연구방법은 장애인고용패널 2차 웨이브 1차∼4차(2016-2019)의 근로 장애인 1,604명의 자료를 SPSS V22.0과 AMOS 22.0으로 분석한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 연구결과는 첫째 근로 장애인의 자기효능감은 삶의 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 둘째 근로 장애인의 자기효능감은 직무만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 셋째 직무만족도는 삶의 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 넷째 근로 장애인의 자기효능감과 삶의 만족도 관계에서 직무만족도는 매개 영향을 미치는 것을 밝혔다. 이런 연구결과를 토대로 장애인 복지실천을 위한 시사점과 연구한계 및 제언을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediated effects of job satisfaction in the effect of self-efficacy on the life satisfaction for the disabled workers. The research method analyzed the data of 1,604 disabled workers in the 2nd Wave 1 to 4th(2016-2019) of the employment panel for the disabled as SPSS V22.0 and AMOS 22.0. The results of the study show that first, the self-efficacy of the disabled workers has a positive effect on the life satisfaction. Second, the self-efficacy of the disabled workers has been shown to have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Third, job satisfaction has been shown to have a positive effect on life satisfaction. Fourth, job satisfaction in the relationship between self-efficacy and life satisfaction of the disabled workers has a mediated effects. Based on the result, practical suggestions were presented for the welfare of the disabled.

예술심리상담사의 감정노동과 삶의 만족도, 일터영성의 매개효과

본 연구의 목적은 예술심리상담사의 감정노동과 삶의 만족도와의 관계에서 일터영성의 매개효과를 파악하는데 있다. 연구대상은 속초시 예술심리상담사 196명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 변수 간의 인과관계 및 매개효과 검증에 대한 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 예술심리상담사의 감정노동과 삶의 전반적 만족도와의 관계에서 감정노동의 하위요인인 표면행동, 내면행동 요인 모두 삶의 전반적 만족도와의 관계에서 일터영성은 모두 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 예술심리상담사의 감정노동과 삶의 주관적 만족도와의 관계에서 감정노동의 하위요인인 내면행동 요인만 삶의 주관적 만족도와의 관계에서 일터영성은 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 예술심리상담사의 감정노동과 삶의 만족도와의 관계에서 일터영성은 매개역할을 하는 것을 의미하는 것이다. 본 연구의 시사점은 예술심리상담사의 삶의 만족도 증진을 위한 방안 마련의 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study is to grasp the mediating effect of workplace spirituality on the relationship between emotional labor and life satisfaction of art psychology counselors. The subjects of the study included 196 art psychological counselors in Sokcho city. As an analysis method, the SPSS program was used to perform frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis for the causal relationships between variables and the verification of the mediating effect. First, for the relationship between the emotional labor of art psychology counselors and their overall life satisfaction, both the surface behavior and inner behavior factors, which are sub-factors of emotional labor, have partial mediating effects on overall life satisfaction. Second, in the relationship between the emotional labor of art psychology counselors and their subjective life satisfaction, the inner behavioral factor, which is a sub-factor of emotional labor, has a partial mediating effect in relation to workplace spirituality. This means that workplace spirituality plays a mediating role in the relationship between emotional labor and life satisfaction of art psychology counselors. This study is considered as basic data for preparing plans for improving the life satisfaction of artistic psychological counselors.

장애인 활동지원사의 일터영성이 이직의도와 직무만족에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 장애인 활동지원사의 일터영성, 이직의도, 직무만족과의 관계를 파악하는데 있다. 연구대상은 OO시 장애인 활동지원사 134명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 변수 간의 인과관계에 대한 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 장애인 활동지원사의 일터영성 하위요인인 소명의식은 이직의도에 부적(-)으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애인 활동지원사의 일터영성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 일터영성의 하위요인인 소명의식, 공동체의식은 직무만족에 정적(+)으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 장애인 활동지원사가 지각하는 일터영성의 소명의식이 높을수록 이직의도가 낮아진다는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구의 시사점은 장애인 활동지원사의 이직의도 감소 방안 마련을 위한 역량강화프로그램 개발의 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study is to grasp the relationships between workplace spirituality, job turnover intentions, and job satisfaction in supporters for the disabled. The study was conducted with 134 OO supporters for the disabled. As an analysis method, SPSS software was used to perform frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis of causal relationships between variables. The results of the study first found that vocational consciousness, a sub-factor of workplace spirituality in supporters for the disabled, had a significant negative (-) effect on turnover intentions. Second, as a result of examining the effects of workplace spirituality on job satisfaction in supporters for the disabled, other sub-factors of workplace spirituality (vocational consciousness and community consciousness) were found to have a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. This means that a higher vocational consciousness of workplace spirituality perceived by supporters for the disabled lessens turnover intentions. The implications of this study are considered to be basic data for the development of capacity-building programs to prepare measures to reduce the turnover intentions in supporters for the disabled.

예술 심리 상담사의 감정 노동 및 직무 소진이 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 예술 심리 상담사의 감정 노동, 직무 소진, 삶의 만족과의 관계를 파악하는데 있다. 연구 대상은 OO시 예술 심리 상담사 225명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도 분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석을 실시하였으며, 변수 간의 인과 관계에 대한 다중 회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 예술 심리상담사의 감정 노동이 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 표면 행동은 부적(-)으로 내면 행동은 정적(+)으로 삶의 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 예술 심리 상담사의 직무 소진의 하위 요인인 감정 고갈, 자아 성취감 저하 요인은 삶의 만족에 부적(-)으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 예술 심리 상담사의 감정 노동의 표면 행동이 낮을수록, 내면 행동이 높을수록, 직무 소진의 감정고갈, 자아 성취감 저하 요인이 낮을수록 삶의 만족이 높아진다는 것을 의미하는 것이다. 본 연구의 시사점은 예술 심리 상담사의 심리적 소진 감소와 교직 적응 탄력성 증진을 위한 방안 마련의 기초 자료가 될 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between emotional labor, job burnout, and life satisfaction for art psychology counselors. The subjects were 225 art psychology counselors in OO City. As for the methods used, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis were applied using SPSS 22.0, and multiple regression analysis was applied to causal relationships between variables. As a result of examining the effect on life satisfaction of emotional labor by art psychology counselors, surface behavior had a significant negative effect, while inner behavior also had a negative effect. Emotional exhaustion and a self-achievement decrease, which are sub-factors of job burnout for art psychology counselors, had a negative (-) effect on life satisfaction. This means that the lower the surface behavior of emotional labor by an art psychology counselor, the higher the inner behavior, and the lower the emotional exhaustion of job burnout and the lower the factor of self-achievement, the higher the life satisfaction. This study is considered to be basic data for the preparation of measures to reduce psychological burnout in art psychology counselors and can improve resilience in adaptation to the teaching profession.

뷰티체험관광 품질이 행동의도에 미치는 영향: 주관적 안녕감의 조절효과 중심으로

This study assumes the effect of beauty experience tourism quality factors on behavioral intention, analyzes the relationship between the quality of beauty experience service and behavioral intention, and what experience factors are behavioral intentions including re-engagement intention and recommendation intention. We looked at the significant effect on. Through empirical analysis, it was confirmed that the quality factors of beauty experience tourism have a positive effect on behavioral intention. The effect between the service factor and the behavioral intention of the staff was the highest, followed by the effect of the experience facility environment factor and the behavioral intention. This study is expected to provide basic data required for specialization of beauty experience tourism and direction setting for market activation, and to present the direction of the tourism industry after the Corona 19 pandemic.
