PWM 컨버터 제어기 이득의 해석적 설계

Comparing with diode or thyristor bridge AC/DC converter, It is known that the 3 phase PWM converter has some merits of low THD and unit power factor. In many application such as UPS, it has been a trend to use PWM converter The study on 3 phase PWM converter has already been widely made. However analytical design can not be found from the publications on hardware and controller design. In this paper, the review on analysis of 3 phase PWM converter was made. Through the DC analysis the design of system parameter was made . Through the AC model the voltage and current controller was designed. The gain of controllers was also calculated by analytical method.

본 논문은 『2015 개정 교육과정』 가운데 고등학교 도덕과 교육과정에 기술된 동양윤리의 큰맥인 유교윤리사상의 교육내용과 교수학습방법에 대한 견해를 피력하는데 집중하였다. ‘윤리와 사상’은 보편가치인 동서양 윤리사상을 다룸과 동시에, 한국 윤리사상의 특성을 공정하고 바른 시각에서 바라보는 것도 중요하다. 독창성과 우수성을 기초로 한국 윤리사상의 자원을발굴하고 그것이 지닌 현대적 의의를 재해석하는 작업은 ‘윤리와 사상’이 해야 할 과제이다. ‘생활과 윤리’는 동아시아 가치에 대한 균형 있는 자세가 필요하다. 효제 등은 수천 년 간 한국의 생활 방식을 규정해 온 하나의 큰 자산이자 전통이다. 고등학교 도덕과 교육과정에서 보다 심도 있는 내용을 다루어야 전통가치의 현재성과 민족의 정체성을 확립할 수 있을 것이다. ‘고전과 윤리’는 동양의 四書와 한국의 선현들의 언행록이나 저서에서 가치관계 확장법에 맞게선록하여 재구성하면, 충분히 교과교육의 내용 요소로 활용할 수 있다. 고전은 지금 바로 여기를살고 있는 우리의 삶을 풍요롭게 가꾸고 세상을 조화롭게 일구는 지혜의 보고이다. ‘고전과 윤리’ 에서 새롭게 규정한 한국고전과 동양고전이 마련되면, 고등학교 학생들의 삶에 풍부한 윤리적 자원을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 『2015 개정 교육과정』이 고시되었다. 큰 틀의 수정은 어렵겠지만, 교과서 집필과 교육현장 적용까지는 아직 보완의 여지가 있다. 향후 수정과 보완을 통해 명실공히 인성교육의 핵심 교과로써 역할을 하여, 궁극적으로 모든 학교 교육과정에서 필수로 교육하는 교과로 지정되어 정착되기를 희망한다. In this paper, the study focused on the expression of opinions about the contents and teaching & learning methods about Confucian ethics and thoughts, one of the main pillars of the Oriental ethics, which are included in the high school moral education of the 2015 National Revised Curriculum. In “Ethics and Thought,” it is important to deal with the universal values of the Oriental and Western ethical thoughts and to examine the characteristics of the Korean ethical thoughts from a fair and just viewpoint. The major task of “Ethics and Thought” is to excavate the resources of the Korean ethical thoughts and to reinterpret their modern meaning. “Life and Ethics” needs to offer a balanced view about the Eastern Asian values. For instance, Hyo-Je (filial piety and brotherly love) is one of the greatest asset and tradition that has defined the lifestyles of Korean people for thousands of years. If in-depth contents are taught in the high school moral education curriculum, it can be possible to define the modernity of Korean traditional values and establish the identity of the Korean people. In case of “Classics and Ethics,” if ‘The Four Books’ (Chinese classic texts illustrating the core value and belief systems in Confucianism) and the memoirs and books of Korean ancient sages are carefully selected and reconstructed to be adequate to the value relationship expansion method, they can be utilized as the contents of the moral education curriculum. These classics are considered a treasure trove of wisdom which can enrich the lives of the contemporary people and make the world more balanced. If the newly defined Korean classics and Oriental classics are included in “Classics and Ethics”, it can be possible to provide ethical resources which will enrich the lives of high school students. The 2015 Revised National Curriculum has already been announced. Although it can be difficult to modify the overall framework, it is possible to make up for shortcomings before the textbooks are written and supplied to the education field. Through modifications and revisions, it can establish itself as the core curriculum for personality education by name and in effect and, hopefully, it will be accepted as the mandatory subject in all school curriculum levels.

실천적 인성리더 양성을 위한 미래형 수업 모델 개발 연구 ─ 성균 ‘仁’ Dream ─

The purpose of <SUNGKYUN IN DREAM> is to establish a future class model for the practical training of moral leaders in colleges through the incorporation of an innovative teaching method, the “Flipped Classroom,” that adds vigor and depth to classical wisdom and learning, the foundation of East Asian ideas and cultures. The 21st century has attempted to fundamentally revise the standards of traditional values for moral leaders, develop new methods, and switch to a different educational paradigm. Mechanical intellectuals, as expressed in the metaphor of the “tea cup”—the symbol of modernization—or one-track specialists (so-called “smart fools”) can no longer be the “top talents.” Universities are eagerly taking turns to cultivate holistic talents who have the qualities of both intelligence and humanism and can perceive the world from diverse perspectives. This is evident from the number of universities attempting to demonstrate their advocacy for moral education through their educational visions, development plans, and curriculum reforms. However, in reality, when it comes to the contents of moral education, such as what to teach in order to cultivate character, universities inevitably convey an impression of not matching up to their declared visions and intentions. In many cases, they cannot overcome theory-oriented education or social services, and show a tendency to rely on Western personality theories or religious foundations. The innovative teaching method of the Flipped Classroom, which involves the application of East Asia-specific traditional values, as epitomized by the famous Confucian saying “Self-discipline is the basis for managing the house and governing the nation, and ultimately bringing the world peace,” to a modern setting and which provides learning initiatives for students, is a “futuristic class model” that can both overcome typical mannerisms and effectively cultivate students’ moral character. In the future, Flipped Classroom, the innovative teaching method that transforms the above mentioned saying into a reality, is expected to help establish and consolidate a new paradigm for moral leadership education in East Asia. 본 연구팀의 <성균 ‘仁’ DREAM>은 동아시아 사상문화의 토대를 이루었던 고전의 지혜와 수업에 활력과 깊이를 더해주는 혁신적 교수법 ‘Flipped Classroom’의 결합을 통해, 대학인성리더양성의 미래형 교육의 미래형 실천적 수업 모델을 만드는데 목적을 두고 있다. 21세기 문턱을 넘은 세계는 인성리더에 대한 기존의 가치기준을 근본적으로 수정하고, 새로운 방식의 보완이나 또 다른 패러다임의 전환을 시도하고 있다. 근대화의 상징이었던 ‘찻잔’과 같은 기능적 지식인이나 ‘똑똑한 바보’와 같은 편협한 전문가는 더 이상 ‘최고 인재’가 될 수 없다. 대학은 앞 다투어 지성과 인성을 겸비하고, 폭 넓은 시각으로 전체를 바라볼 수 있는 전인적 인재양성을 하는데 그 방향을 선회하고 있다. 많은 대학들이 교육의 비전, 발전계획, 교육과정개편 등을 제시할 때 인성교육을 강화하고 있음을 보여주고자 노력하고 있는 사실은 이를 증명한다. 그러나 인성 교육에 대한 각 대학들의 의지에 비해 실제로 각 대학에서 학생들의 인성 함양을 위하여 무엇을 어떻게 가르쳐야 하는가라는 인성 교육 콘텐츠의 문제에 들어가면 빈약하다는 느낌을 지울 수 없다. 많은 경우가 이론교육 내지는 사회봉사라는 측면에서 벗어나고 있지 못하며, 서구식 인성이론이나 종교적 기반에 의지하는 경향성을 보이고 있다. 그런 면에서 ‘수신 · 제가․치국․평천하’로 요약되는 동아시아 고유의 가치를 현대적으로 응용하고, 학습의 주도권을 학생으로 옮겨주는 Flipped Classroom 혁신교수법 적용은 인성교육의 다원적 패러다임을 제시하고, 이론위주의 매너리즘을 극복하고 효과적으로 학생들을 교육할 수 있는 미래형 수업 모델이며, 향후 동아시아 인성리더십 교육의 새로운 패러다임을 구축하는데 기여할 것으로 전망된다.
