M.Z. Barakat의 N-Bromsuccinimide에 依한 Hydroquinone 微量定量法의 改良에 對하여

In this paper a modified method of M. Z. Barakat's microdetermination of Hydroquinone was described. By using 20 mg of NaHCO₃ crystalline powder ranging from 10 to 1 mg of Hydroquinone instead of M.Z. Marakat's NaHCO₃ saturated solution, the author could easily eliminate the certain factors which affect to the reproducibility of titration values. This modified method has some advantages as follows. 1. There was no any affections which caused by different temperature of sample solution to the titration values. 2. When the NaHCO₃ crystalline powder was added to the sample solution, there was no significant error on the titration values until 10 minutes standing time. 3. There was no need to prepare freshly NaHCO₃ saturated solution for every titration. 4. This method was more accurate than the M.Z. Barakat's one. The determination error of this method was 0.6 per cent and the applied analysis's(butter, lard and cod liver oil) was 1.00 per cent respectively comparing to the 2.00 per cent of Barakat's one.

In this study new and simple method for microdetermination of Arhutin (10-lmg) with N-Bromosuccinimide was proposed. 1. Glucose which was produced by hydrolysis of Arbutin did not interfere with the titration values. 2. In this experiment, it was founded that. using NaHCO₃ crystalline powder gave better results than NaHCO₃ saturated solution in determining the Arbutin. 3. There was no significant differences between the error of proposed mithod and that of generally accepted one of Iodimetry.

클로로포름 존재하에 N-bromosuccinimide 2몰은 8-hydroxyquinoline 1몰과 2M 아세트산 용액 속에서 반응하여 5, 7 -dibromo-8- hydroxyquinoline을 생성한 다. 이 반응은 실온에서 신속하게 정량적으로 진행한다. 본 반응의 메카니즘 이 검토되었으며 , 이 반응을 이용한 8-hydroxyquinoline의 새롭고 간펀한 미량 적정분석법이 확립되었다. N-bromosuccinimide를 일차 표준용액으로 하고, Bordeaux red를 내부 지시약으로 사용하는 본 방법은 공정분석법인 역적정법 에 비하여 신속하고 간단하며 정확도와 정밀도가 우수하다 . 0.lmg~10mg 범위 의 8-hydroxyquinoline이 분석되었으며, 아울러 JIS 공정분석법에 의한 비교분 석결과도 보고한다. 실험오차는 ±1.61%를 넘지 않는다.

The size of furosemide was reduced by the recrystallization method in order to increase the dissolution rate of the drug. Surfactants or hydrophilic polymers were used to suppress the aggregation in the crystal formation-growth process of microparticles by dispersing action. Dissolution rate of microparticles increased remarkably due to the size reduction of microparticle. The particle size decreased with increasing the concentration of the drug and the dispersing agents, i.e., surfactants or hydrophilic polymers. No polymorphic transition occurred during the microcrystallization process, but the habit of crystal formation was altered in the case of anionic surfactant.
