        The purposes of this study is investigating the variation of Find Pore Structure and the mechanical properties in heated temperature Using Nitrogen Adsorption method. As results of this study comprehended the characteristic of porosity of High-heated Concrete, the following can be summarized; Generally Pore Distribution Variation showed a tendency to increased affected by the influence of high water-cement ratios(W/C). On the whole porosity showed a tendency to decreased according as High-heated temperature irrespective of water-cement ratios(W/C). The compressive strength and the modulus of elasticity were degraded depending on a rise of heated temperature.

      • 사춘기 전후시기 암컷 흰쥐 난소의 steroidogenesis 활성 연구

        스테로이드 호르몬은 다양한 생리작용의 조절자로서 잘 알려져 있으며, 생리적 활성에 따라 5그룹 (mineralocorticoids, glucocorticoids, estrogens, progestagens, androgens)으로 나뉜다. 그 중 estrogen류는 특히 암컷 포유류의 이차성징을 유도함이 잘 알려져 있다. 본 연구는 사춘기 전후 암컷 흰쥐난소에서의 steroidogenesis 조절 효소의 유전자 발현에 대해 정밀 조사한 것이다. 미성숙한 암컷 흰쥐를 생후 29일에서 43일까지 2일 간격으로 희생한 뒤 total RNA를 추출하여 semi-quantitative RT-PCR을 시행하여 steroidogenesis 관련유전자인 StAR(steroidogenic acute regulatory protein), CYP11A1(side-chain cleavage enzyme), CYP17(17α-hydroxylase), 3β-HSD(3β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase), 17β-HSD(17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase), CYP19(Aromatase)의 발현 양상을 조사하였다. 연구에 사용된 암컷 흰쥐는 대체로 37일에 질구개방이 일어났다. 유전자 발현 조사에서 StAR는 생후 41일, 43일에 유의하게 증가(p<0.05, p<0.01)하였다. CYP11A1은 43일에 유의하게 증가(p<0.01)하였다. CYP17의 경우, 35일과 39일에서 유의한 감소(각 p<0.05)를 보였다. 3β-HSD, 17β-HSD, CYP19의 경우는 유의한 변화를 보이지 않았다. 전반적으로 스테로이드 합성 관련 유전자 모두 생후 35일에 감소하였다가 암컷의 성 성숙 지표인 질구개방이 대체로 일어난 37일을 기준으로 유전자 발현이 급증됨을 확인하였다. 이는 사춘기 개시를 위한 다량의 sex steroid 합성을 위한 것으로 추정된다. 이러한 결과는 사춘기 전후시기 난소의 성 성숙에 관한 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

        한국 남해에 분포하는 갯장어(Muraenesox cinereus)의 연령과 성장

        The age and growth of Muraenesox cinereus collected in the South Sea of Korea by Danish seine and coastal Longline fisheries were determined from right sagittal otoliths between May 2018 and April 2019. Otoliths of 353 fish were observed under reflected light, and the edges of the opaque zone were considered to be the otolith ring. Monthly changes in the marginal index indicated that rings (opaque zones) were formed once a year from June to July. The estimated von Bertalanffy growth equation with growth parameters estimated from non-linear regression were Lt=138.37 (1-e -0.18(t +0.79)) for females and Lt=99.00 (1-e -0.13(t +3.99)) for males. The oldest female M. cinereus was 12 years old, and the oldest male was 8 years old.

        Effect of Long Term Reverse Feeding on the Reproductive and Non-reproductive Tissues in Male Mice

        Previously, we demonstrated that the shift and/or restriction of feeding time during relatively short-termperiod (4 weeks) could alter the pituitary gonadotropin expression and the weights of seminal vesicle and prostate in rats. Wealso found that the reverse feeding (RF) schedule (up to 8 weeks) might induce an adaptable metabolic stress and causeimpairment of androgen-dependent reproductive tissues. In the present study, we extended the RF time regimen up to 12weeks, and measured the reproductive tissue weights. After 4 and 8 weeks of RF, the weights of epididymis were notsignificantly different. After 12 weeks, however, epididymis weights of RF animals were significantly different (CON 12W :RF 12W = 48.26±0.62 mg : 44.05±1.57 mg, p<0.05). After 4 and 12 weeks of feeding, seminal vesicle weights of RF animalswere significantly decreased (CON 4W : RF 4W = 79.36±8.34 mg : 46.28±2.43 mg, p<0.001; CON 12W : RF 12W =72.04±3.76 mg : 46.71±2.27 mg, p<0.001, respectively). Prostate weights were not changed by RF. Kidney and spleenweights of RF animals were significantly different on weeks 4 and 12 (Kidney, CON 4W : RF 4W = 249.72±4.20 mg :228.41±3.03 mg, p<0.001; CON 12W : RF 12W = 309.15±7.49 mg : 250.72±6.13 mg, p<0.001, respectively, Spleen, CON4W : RF 4W = 111.26±3.76 mg : 96.88±4.69 mg, p<0.05; CON 12W : RF 12W = 123.93±10.72 mg : 94.68±5.65 mg, p<0.05,respectively). Histology analysis of seminal vesicle revealed that the thinner epithelial cell layers, reduced complexities ofswollen papilla folding in the exocrine glands on weeks 4 and 12 of RF. There was no histological difference between controland RF group on week 8. The present study indicates that up to 12 weeks RF induced differential changes in tissue weights ofmale mice. In particular, seminal vesicle, kidney and spleen seemed to temporarily adapted to the RF-induced metabolic stresson week 8 of feeding schedule. These results confirmed the our previous study that the RF might induce an adaptablemetabolic stress and cause impairment of androgen-dependent reproductive tissues such as epididymis and seminal vesicle aswell as non-reproductive tissues such as kidney and spleen. Further studies will be needed to achieve a better understanding ofthe how does mealtime shift affect the reproductive function and exact nature of adaptation.

        상지운동 동안 복부에 적용된 압력 차이가 요부와 복부 근육 활성도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of applied pressure to abdomen on lumbar and abdominal muscle activation during upper limb exercise. The experimental group consisted of twenty-seven healthy male subjects (mean age=$22.40{\pm}2.19years$, mean height=$175.30{\pm}2.19cm$, mean weight= $67.67{\pm}7.44kg$, RM=$8.43{\pm}2.76kg$). In each different pressure condition (OmmHg, 30mmHg, 70mmHg, 100mmHg), upper limb exercise was performed in total of 10 trials with 10 RM dumb-bell exercise. Lumbar and abdominal muscle activity was measured using surface bipolar electrode electromyography(EMG). EMG activity was measured from upper rectus abdominis, external oblique abdominis, internal oblique abdominis, and elector spinae. The raw EMG signal was processed into the root mean square(RMS). All RMS EMG data were normalized and express as a percentage of the EMG(%EMG). Collected data were statistically analyzed by SPSS/PC Ver 10.0 using two-way analysis of variance for repeated measures($4{\pm}3$) and Bonferroni post hoc, test. Lumbar and abdominal muscle activation was significantly increased when 100 mmHg was applied(p<.05). Upper rectus abdominis activation was significantly increased compared as other muscles activation(p<.05). However, there were no interaction between pressure and muscles(p>.05). The findings of this study can be used as a fundamental data when lumbar orthosis is applied and external pressure can be used as a therapeutic tool.

        중학생의 수줍음과 대인불안이 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 영향 : 부모-자녀 간 폐쇄형 의사소통과 또래관계의 매개효과를 중심으로

        The mediating effect of problematic communication between parent-adolescent and peer relationship in the relationships between the teenagers’ shyness, interpersonal anxiety, and smartphone addiction was examined. 439 first- and second-year middle school smartphone users in 4 different middle schools in Seoul were surveyed. Shyness and interpersonal anxiety was positively correlated with problematic communication among parent-adolescent, negative peer relation, and smartphone addiction, and negatively correlated with positive peer relation. A structural equation modeling showed that problematic communication among parent-adolescent and peer relationship only mediated the effect of interpersonaly anxiety in explaining the smartphone addiction, but not of shyness. This result suggests that, although shyness and interpersonal anxiety are often considered similar constructs, their effects on smartphone addiction and interpersonal relationship may differ. 본 연구에서는 청소년의 수줍음과 대인불안이 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 영향에서 부모-자녀 간 폐쇄형 의사소통과 또래관계의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 서울 지역 4개 중학교에서 스마트폰을 사용하고 있는 1,2학년 439명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 매개효과 검증을 위해 구조방정식 모형검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 수줍음과 대인불안은 부모-자녀 간 폐쇄형 의사소통, 또래부정, 스마트폰 중독과는 정적상관을, 또래긍정과는 부적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 매개효과 분석 결과, 수줍음은 가족 및 또래관계를 매개하여 스마트폰 중독을 설명하지 못하였다. 반면 대인불안은 부모-자녀 간 폐쇄형 의사소통과 또래관계를 완전 매개하여 스마트폰 중독에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 유사한 변인임에도 수줍음보다는 대인불안을 통해 스마트폰과 대인관계 문제점을 접근할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.
