The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of residential environmental factors on multi-family housing prices. The data used as dependent variables in this study were the selling prices in the years of 1997. Independent variables were comprised of factors which represent physical characteristics, neighborhood environmental characteristics, and local environmental characteristics of housing. In this study, the Hedonic Price Approach was used in order to analyze the influence of residential environments on multi-family housing prices. Also, a hypotheses was established to observe the effect of residential environment factors on the prices of multi-family housing. In this study, the Seoul housing market was divided into sub-markets according to the price, to confirm that the selection of variables and the range of study which affect the prices of multi-family housing can vary in result. This study deals with the housing sub-market in residential factors which affect housing prices.

This study aims to find out differences between designer's design guidelines and user's actual behavior about play facilities of children playground in multifamily housing site by using the method of Post-Occupancy Evaluation. Korea National Housing Cooperation developed the 18 play facilities and constructed them into children' playground of Bun-dong and Junggae-dong housing site in Seoul. The results are as follows: First, user's behaviors which differed from designer's guidelines were influenced by mechanical and technical problems rather than design. Second, users adjusted their brahvior to play facilities which have a little operational problems. Third. users tried to make dangrous activity instead of designer's guidelines based on the safety. It infers that users want to make creative activities from play facilities. Fourth. designers should have developed play facilities for infants and youth. Fifth. users liked to play more complicated play facilities rather than single facility.

단일 선구 물질인 1, 3-디실라부탄을 사용하여 고진공 하의 온도 영역 900-1000℃에서 탄화규소 완충층이 형성된 Si(001) 기질 위에 입방형 탄화규소 박막을 적층 성장시켰다. 얻어진 탄화규소 박막의 화학량 론적 비, 양질의 결정성 및 표면 형태의 특성을 반사 고에너지 전자 회절, X선 광전자 분광법, X선 회절, X선 극점도, 주사 전자 현미경 및 투과 전자 현미경으로 확인하였다. 이들 결과로부터 단일 선구물질인 1, 3-디실라부탄이 입방 구조를 가지는 탄화규소 박막의 적층 성장에 적절한 물질임을 밝혔다. Epitaxial cubic silicon carbide films have been deposited on carbonized Si(001) substrates using the single precursor 1, 3-disilabutane in the temperature range 900-1000℃ under high vacuum conditions. The films grown were characterized by in situ RHEED, XPS, XRD, x-ray pole figure, SEM, and TEM. The results show that epitaxial cubic SiC films with smooth morphology and good crystallinity were formed in this temperature range. The single precursor 1, 3-disilabutane has been found suitable for the epitaxial growth of cubic SiC on Si(001) substrates.
