전략적 다양성 관리를 위한 다양성 통합 요인에 관한 연구

오늘날 기업 경영에서 다양성 관리(Diversity Management)는 기존의 차별철폐를 위한 규정 준수를 넘어 글로벌 환경에서 경쟁우위를 모색하는 전략적 차원으로 접근하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 그것을 다양성 통합 전략(Integrated Inclusion)으로 정의하고 기업이 다양성 통합 전락을 수행하기 위한 필수적인 전략적 요인들을 문헌과 자료를 통하여 도출하는 것이 첫 번째 목적이고 사례기업의 다양성 전략 분석을 통하여 검증하고 이론적 명제를 제시하는 것이 다음 목적이다. 먼저 다양성 통합의 전략적 요인은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업은 다원화된 다양성과 높은 다양성 환경을 조성해야 한다. 둘째, 다양한 고객 및 이해관계자와 지속적인 파트너십을 유지해야 한다. 그리고 마지막으로 글로벌 기업은 관련된 글로벌 차원의 다양성으로 확대해야 한다. 한편 앞서 도출된 다양성 통합 요인을 사례기업인 오라클 사의 다양성 전략과 비교 분석하여 검증한 결과 세 가지의 전략적 요인을 이론적 명제로 제시할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 학문적인 관점에서 기업의 다양성 전락을 분석하기 위한 기본적 틀을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 한국 기업과 실무진에게 다양성 전락을 수립하기 위한 기준을 제공하고 글로벌 다양성의 필요성을 제시하였다. 또한 다양성 통합 전략의 모색이 우수한 인적자원 확보와 시장 확대를 통한 경쟁력 강화에 기여하고 글로벌 시장에서 해외 기업과의 경쟁에서 협력과 성과를 도출할 수 있는 선진국형 기업전략이 뒬 수 있을 것을 시사했다. Today, Diversity management has been approached to business strategy for searching competitive advantage beyond complying legal regulation against discrimination. Integrated Inclusion has been defined and needs some strategic factors for executing through literature research as the first objective of this study. The other objective is to verify the strategic factors through a case enterprise and to derive theoretical proposition and implications in the processes of case study. There are 3 propositions for strategic factors of Integrated Inclusion. Firstly, enterprise should provide high diversity climate, considering multidimensional diversity levels. Secondly, enterprise should keep sustainable relationship with diverse customers and other stakeholders. Finally, global enterprise should aim for global diversity. This case study for strategic factors of Integrated Inclusion gives following implications: First, it provides a basis of general frame to establish and analyze the diversity strategy of enterprise. Next, it suggests an advanced enterprise strategy for Korean enterprise to reinforce competitive advantage.

Spontaneous pneumomediastnum is a very rare complication of systemic autoimmune diseases, The precise mechanism of pneumomediastinum in dermatomyositis is not well known. Pulmonary alveoli rupture secondary to interstitial pneumonitis or pulmonary infarctions consequent upon vasculitis are the suggested mechanisms, Among the idiopathic inflammatory myopathies, dermatomyositis and polymyositis show similar clinical manifestations except skin lesions. But pneumomediastinum occurs exclusively in cases with dermatomyositis, not in case with polymyositis. In a literature review, patients with dermatomyositis and pneumomediastinum had some characteristic features. As compared with dermatomyositis without pneumomediastinum, CK level was normal in about half and concomitance of interstitial lung disease and cutaneous vasculitis were very frequent. We experienced a case of dermatomyositis with spontaneous pneumomediastinum and subcutaneous emphysema, Thus we report that with a review of the literature and analysis of reported cases.
