Climate catastrophe insurance has been introduced and run by the government since 2008 in response to try to adapt to climate change. Within this insurance system, however, only houses and green houses are covered, and other buildings and structures are excluded. These days the government has enlarged the limit of application to trade people, most of whom are the livelihood of the low-income bracket and the small-scale self-employed people vulnerable to the climate change, yet this system still lacks its inducement to insure them. In addition, to give them a virtual support from the system, the improvement of the insurance system should be imperative. To make this insurance system effective, accordingly, the reform and development of the policies must take precedence. First of all, insurance products should be subdivided to offer them practical assistance, especially considering those who get damages from disasters are lessees. Secondly, limit of liability should be classified into several groups for trade people to set their limit for themselves. Thirdly, data concerning climate disasters need to be cumulated from the various damages of various buildings. Lastly, construction of public service system on education and for the climate catastrophe insurance contracts should be stronger than now.

Islanding phenomenon of utility-connected PV power conditioning systems(PV PCS) can cause a variety of problems and must be prevented. If the real and reactive powers supplied by PV PCS are closely matched to those of load, islanding detection by passive methods becomes difficult. The active frequency drift(AFD) method, called the frequency bias method, enables islanding detection by forcing the frequency of the voltage in the islanding to drift up or down. In this paper, non-detection zone(NDZ) of AFD is analyzed for the islanding detection method of utility-connected PV PCS by simulation tool PSIM. 계통연계형 태양광발전 시스템(PV PCS : Photovoltaic Power Conditioning Systems)의 단독운전은 다양한 문제들을 야기할 수 있으며, 따라서 이는 반드시 방지되어야 한다. 실제로는 단독운전이 발생할 확률이 매우 낮지만, PV PCS가 공급하는 유·무효 전력이 부하가 요구하는 유·무효 전력과 거의 일치한다면, 수동적인 방법만으로는 단독운전 검출이 힘들게 된다. AFD(Active Frequency Drift) 기법은 주파수 바이어스 방법이라고 일컬어지는 방법으로, 단독운전 상태에서 계통과 연결된 노드전압의 주파수를 강제로 빠르게 또는 느리게 하여 단독운전을 검출하는 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 최근에 들어서 PV PCS의 능동적 단독운전 검출방법으로 많이 사용되는 AFD 기법의 불검출영역을 널리 사용되는 시뮬레이션 툴(PSIM)을 사용하여 분석하였다.

The nucleotide sequence of the 5S rRNA from Pseudomonas putida has been determined. According to the enzymatic data, we have proposed the alternate secondary structure models for the 5S rRNA; there are two equilibrium forms of double-stranded area C and, also, of interior loop I₂. It appears that a tertiary interaction is possible between hairpin loop H1 and interior loop I₂.

The primary structure of 5S rRNA from Pseudomonas testosteroni was determined by enzymatic and chemical methods. The 5S rRNA consists of 116 nucleotides and contains no modified nucleoside. The 5S rRNA has somewhat low homology (75%-79%) compared with those of the four other Pseudomonas species studied to date. Data on the cleavage sites by nuclease S1, RNase T1 and RNase V1 suggest that the molecule of 5S rRNA is rather flexible.
Clinical Usefulness of Schedule for Oral-Motor Assessment (SOMA) in Children with Dysphagia

Objective To investigate the clinical usefulness of the Schedule for Oral-Motor Assessment (SOMA) in children with dysphagia by comparing findings of SOMA with those of the videofluoroscopic swallowing study (VFSS). Method Both SOMA and VFSS were performed in 33 children with dysphagia (21 boys and 12 girls; mean age 17.3±12.1 months) who were referred for oropharyngeal evaluation. Ratings of oral-motor functions indicated by SOMA were based upon the cutting score of each specific texture of food (puree, semi-solids, solids, cracker, liquid-bottle, and liquid-cup). Abnormalities of either the oral phase, or the pharyngeal phase as indicated by VFSS were assessed by a physician and a speech-language pathologist. Results There was signifi cant consistency between the findings of SOMA and the oral phase evaluation by VFSS (Kappa=0.419, p=0.023). SOMA reached 87.5% sensitivity, 66.6% specificity, and 95.4% positive predictive value when compared with the oral phase of the VFSS. We were able to evaluate oral-motor function by using SOMA in 6 children who were unable to complete the oral phase evaluation by VFSS, due to fear and crying during the study. The findings of SOMA failed to show any consistency with the pharyngeal phase evaluation by VFSS (Kappa=−.105, p=0.509). Conclusion These results suggest that SOMA is a reliable method for evaluation of oral-motor function in children with dysphagia. In particular, SOMA is recommended for children that were unable to complete the oral phase evaluation by VFSS due to poor cooperation.

The primary structure of 5S rRNA from P. mendocina has been determined by enzymatic and chemical methods. The 5S rRNA consists of 116 nucleotides and contains no modified nucleotides. We have constructed a possible secondary structure and discussed some of its features on the basis of cleavage sites by single strand specific nucleases and a double strand specific ribonuclese, and also of chemical modification sites by phenyldiglyoxal and diethyl pyrocarbonate on the 5S rRNA.
