        The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the level of the satisfaction of facilities and spacial utilization behaviors among teachers who work for preschool centers in Jinju The results were as follows ; 1. With regard to their spacial utilization pattern, It was determined that most of their teaching activities took place indoor facilities. 2. The level of their satisfaction of facilities was medium on the average 3. There were significant differences in the level of the satisfaction depending on two variables, teachers and facilities.

      • 보육시설의 질적 수준에 대한 학부모 만족도 분석

        This study is designed to analyze the quality level of child-care centers, such as educational programs, learning environments, and teacher qualifications from the parents' point of view. A survey was carried out by collecting questionnaires from 278 parents living in Jinju. The collected data was processed into simple mean, standard deviation, T-test, Schette's multiple range test and etc... through SPSS WIN 10.0. The results of this study were as follows: Firstly, the parents' overall satisfaction regarding the qualifications and roles of teachers were shown to be high while their overall satisfactions regarding the educational programs and learning environment of child-care centers were shown quite to be low. Secondly, when analyzed using socio-demographic variables, parents were found to respond differently depending on their age regarding their satisfactions with quality on the whole. Lastly, when comparing the parents' overall satisfaction between public and private child-care centers, parents were shown to be more satisfied with the educational programs, qualification of teachers, and the learning environment of public child-care centers.

        주거이동의 동기와 영향변인 분석 -진주시 집합주택을 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the motives of residential mobility and variables which effect it through surveying questionaires of 240 housewives who lived in a tenement house. The analytical methods adopted in this study were factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, multiple regression analysis. The SPSS+ program was used in analysis. The major findings were as follows: First, the motives were composed of 6 factors ; housing improvement, housing policy, accumulation of property, comfortable residential environment, educational environment, traffic convenience. Second, there were a significant differences in residential mobility according to socio-demographic and housing variables. Third, in analysis of variables which effect residential mobility, a housing improvement influenced by socio-demographic variables, an comfortable residential environment influenced by housing variables and also family life cycle was a variable that effect factors such as housing policy, accumulation of property, educational environment and traffic convenience.

        This study is to suggest the basic data on elderly housing development that desire for the convenient daily life of elderly. For this purpose, first of all, the characteristics of elderly is discussed in view of the fact that elderly is the one stage of human development. And then, the housing environment is examined that is desirable for the characteristics of elderly. Also, the prospect of elderly housing industry in Korea is discussed by indicating factor that influence the development of elderly housing industry. Finally, given these findings, this study is to provide several suggestion for elderly housing development that desire for elderly in Korea in the furture.

      • 주거공간의 지속과 변용에 관한 연구 : 개화기부터 현재까지의 도시 단독주택을 중심으로 Centering on the independent urban housing study from the era of enlightenment until now

        This research analysis the changing structure of independent urban housing, expecially in our time. In intends to analyse the primary factors of continual and changing housing space. The research documents of continual and chinging housing factors show: First, there is the Anbang(women's quarter), which continues to remain in use today. The Anbang is ; one, situated furthest from the front door or entrance way two, used to develop good family relations, and three, even though there are now many two-story homes it continues to remain on the first floor. Second, there is the Maru(main floored room), which has changed in to the living room. The location of the living room in the western style compared to that of the Korean style is different. In the Korean style, the Maru and the Madang have been combined. The traditional Madang(garden) and the modern living room serve the same function. That is to say, in order to go to each room it is necessary to first pass through the living room, as with the traditional Madang. Even through the traditional Maru space that is openly exposed to nature, has recently developed into the modern living room, it continues exist even today. Third, the location and style of the kitchen have become different, and a distinct dining and sleeping area have developed. Traditionally the kitchen which was located in the front of the Anbang it is now changed to the back. From the era of enlightenment until 1960 the traditional kitchen has changed. in 1960's it was the improve kitchen, in 1970's it was the standing kitchen, and in 1980's it became the modern kitchen. Also due to a rapid increase on the use of the dining-kitchen style and living-dining-kitchen style, the dining and sleeping area have became distinct. Through the rapid increase in the use of the distinct dining and sleeping area and the purpose of the kitchen changing from that of traditionally being used for mainly cooking, to an area of family interaction and welcoming guests, has created a new changing factor.

        보육시설 실내ㆍ외 환경에 대한 만족도와 중요성의 인식정도 : 학부모, 보육교사의 차이를 중심으로 On the Basis of Different Viewpoints from the Parents and the Teachers

        The prupose of this study was to analyze and determine the level of the satisfaction and awareness of facilities in child care centers among teachers and parents. Special attention was given to both the indoor and outdoor environments from the viewpolnts of both parents and teachers. The subject of this research fooused on parents who leave their children at child care centers, and teachers who work for the center. The data was compiled by performing both T-tests and paired T-test. The information was processed by a program called SPSS WIN10.0 The results were as follows; 1. (a) With regard to the satisfaction of the extemal and intemal facilites: It was determined that both the play rooms and the wall-pattem arrangements were satisfactory to both the parents and the teachers. (b) Regarding the awareness of the importance of facilities, while the parents focused more on the play rooms and the external envlronments, the teachers placed more importance on the bathrooms and the play rooms. 2. In the paired T-test that determined whether their individual opinions were different in terms of the satisfaction and awareness of facilies, it was ineresting to see that both the parents and the teachers showed significant differences in their opinions and prrioities about the porches, the play rooms, the bathrooms and the wall-pattern arrangements. In general, their awareness was much higher than the satisfachtion with these facilities. 3. In the T-test that determined whether there were any tendencies in the satisfaction and awareness respectively in the two groups, the satisfaction rate was higher among the parents than the teachers. In terms of the awareness of the importance of the failities, the teachers rated the bathrooms and the wall-pattern arrangements as a priority.

        대학생의 자기효능감, 취업스트레스, 진로성숙 및 진로준비행동의 구조관계 분석

        The concerned study looked into how the self-efficacy of college students in G area affects their behavior concerning career preparation while discussing other indirect effects which had mediated career maturity and job stress. In doing so, this study searched for the intervention directions for behavior concerning career preparation of college students and proposed basic references to establish support plans suitable for college life. The results of the analyses are summarized as follows. According to the analysis on the direct effects, it was discovered that self-efficacy would have a negative influence on job stress and a positive influence on career maturity and career preparation behavior. In other words, the greater the self-efficacy, the lower the job stress, the higher the career maturity, and the better the career preparation behavior would be. The analysis also found a negative, direct influence of job stress on career maturitywhich should be interpreted as the greater the job stress, the lower the career maturity. However, as for the direct effects of job stress on career preparation behavior, they were observed to be positive. Because of this, the study determined that the higher the job stress, the greater the career preparation. According to the analysis on the indirect effects, job stress-mediated self-efficacy turned out to have a positive, indirectinfluence on career maturity while career maturity-mediated job stress was understood to cause the same indirect, negative effects. However, despite that, self-efficacy was not found to have an indirect effect on career preparation behavior. Based on what has been learned through the analyses, this study proposed intervention and support plans to help the college students with their career preparation. 본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향과 진로성숙과 취업스트레스를 매개한 간접효과를 검증함으로써 대학생들의 진로준비행동을 위한 개입방향을 모색하고 대학생활 측면에서 지원방안 마련을 위한 기초자료로 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 직접효과의 분석결과, 자기효능감은 취업스트레스에 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면 진로성숙과 진로준비행동에는 정적인 직접효과로 나타나 자기효능감이 높을수록 진로스트레스는 낮아지는 반면 진로성숙도와 진로준비행동은 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 취업스트레스는 진로성숙에 부적인 직접효과가 나타나 진로스트레스가 높을수록 진로성숙 수준이 낮음을 알 수 있다. 그러나 취업스트레스가 진로준비행동에 미치는 직접효과는 정적으로 나타나 취업스트레스 수준이 높을수록 진로준비는 높아짐을 알 수 있다. 간접효과의 분석결과, 자기효능감은 취업스트레스를 매개로 진로성숙에 부적인 간접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 취업스트레스는 진로성숙을 매개하여 간접적인 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 자기효능감은 취업스트레스와 진로성숙도를 매개로 진로준비행동에 간접적 영향은 검증되지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학생의 진로준비를 위한 개입방안 및 지원방안에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.
